Un véritable havre de paix tunisien ! Ce logement a dépassé toutes mes attentes - décoration authentique, propreté impeccable et une vue à couper le souffle. L'accueil chaleureux de l'hôtesse et attentions ont rendu mon séjour inoubliable. L'emplacement idéal m'a permis de découvrir les trésors locaux tout en profitant d'un confort absolu. Je recommande sans hésitation cette perle rare qui a transformé mon voyage en une expérience exceptionnelle. Merci pour ces souvenirs précieux !

Amen’s apartment is spotless and exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet yet very central part of La Marsa, making it both peaceful and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

Bel appartement très bien situé au bord de la mer. Propre, bien équipé. À quelques minutes à pied du centre de Marsa.

Hanane est une hôte très accueillante, le logement était très propre, fidèle aux photos, bien placé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est à 12 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux voyageurs souhaitant découvrir Tunis. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Roomy, comfortable apartment with all the amenities at an affordable price for the area. It's right off the corniche in La Marsa, within easy walking distance to the beach, the gym, the bank, a big fruit and vegetable market with amazing fresh juice, three grocery stores, and lots of cafes and restaurants. The hosts were kind and helpful. At one point, I accidentally locked my keys in the apartment and they dropped everything to come rescue me within 15 minutes. I stayed here a month and felt right at home.

Teddy was really helpful and understanding considering we had to rearrange our arrival a number of times. The apartment is in a great location, minutes from a beautiful beach, a couple of shops next door to the apartments and a main road with everything you could need within a 10 minute walk. Taxis are regularly available on the road outside. The apartment is large, with plenty of space including a good sized terrace that is partially open making it a lovely space for work and rest. The beds are comfy and bedrooms have window shutters making sleep restful, giving me the best sleep I've had in a very long time! The place benefits from both air-conditioning for the summer and gas central heating in the winter which was very welcome as it was pretty chilly in the evening during January. There's also a washing machine and good hanging space away from the terrace area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a great location, has everything you need and pretty cheap!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Tunesien. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Mohamed empfangen, er hat extra auf uns gewartet für den Check in. Bereits vor Reiseantritt stand er stets für alle unsere Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, alles war wie beschrieben vorzufinden, sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein und wir konnten dort einige Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Bad war sehr hell und sauber, alles war liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal und zentral zu allen wichtigen Ortschaften in Tunis. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und der nächste Supermarkt ist bereits zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

A comfortable clean apartment with a good size private patio for sunshine and relaxing. Big Parasol and dining table chairs. Interior is comfy and Wi-Fi Netflix all working. The shower has good pressure with plenty of hot water! Beds comfy and selection of bedding and blankets. Elyes and his friends always on call to help out with assistance be it in the house or local knowledge. The kitchen itself very clean with some cleaning products supplied. The apartment is close to a main road so there is some traffic noise but it’s not invasive. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this area with good local shopping transport connections and the local beach which is a 10 minute walk away. Recommended

Die Wohnung ist ein orientalischer Traum! Wunderschön und liebevoll gestaltet auf drei Etagen mit allem was das Herz begehrt, einschließlich lauschiger Dachterrasse. Zentrumsnah und doch ruhig gelegen. Der nette Herr, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, hatte zudem gute Gastrotipps auf Lager. Empfehlung: Frühstück im Café inmitten des nahegelegenen Parks von Sidi Bouzid. Vielfältig und Riesenportionen!

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

De plaats is mooi en rustig . Alles is beschikbaar in deze villa. Mijn rating is zeer hoog en ik zou iedereen aanraden om daar te gaan

La villa era come da descritto, ambiente ordinato e camere pulite. La posizione era buona anche se non facilissima da trovare, ma la comunicazione con Linda è stata impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente anche per il rapporto ottimo qualità/prezzo. Alla prossima, grazie di tutto.

Youssef nous a proposé de nous récupérer à l'aéroport, et a été de bons conseils durant tout le trajet. C'est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est très proche des commerces et de la gare de Marsa plage, qui permet de rejoindre facilement Carthage et Sidi Bou Said. ( Des travaux sur la voie rendent l'accès à Tunis beaucoup moins facile en ce moment) Nous recommandons ce logement

Malik was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Anytime I had a question or needed something, he replied quickly and made sure I was taken care of. His place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. I really appreciated his hospitality and would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Lovely condo with an amazing pool. Walk right out to the beach and enjoy your day in the sea. A short drive into town for shopping at the souk and lots of restaurants. We loved it!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location (Close to great beaches, restaurants...). The host Wissem was super helpful and responsive.

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

J’ai passé mon séjour deux semaines dans cette Airbnb ! C’était vraiment incroyable, la vue était juste magnifique. Les photos sont exactement pareil qu’en réalité. Je mettrai un bon 10/10. Vraiment très accessible. Après en bas de la résidence, il y a un café lounge et juste à coté il y a l’hôtel Byzance. Ensuite autour il y a plein des restaurants, un Monoprix et un peu plus loin y’a le centre de nabeul. De la résidence au centre c’est 20min à pied.

Nous avons passé une semaine, jolie maison avec de jolies fleurs,c'est l'emplacement idéal ,la mer est proche de la maison. les commerces et activités sont tout proche,tout peut se faire à pied. internet excellent.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Souheil, l'emplacement est top , piscine propre, les enfants se sont éclatés, franchement rien à dire. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine inchallah !
