This is truly a home away from home. We were welcomed by the sweetest people to a very comfortable accommodation. The pictures really doesn't do the place justice. There's lots of space, the kitchen LITERALLY has everything you need, there's enough ACs to keep the temperature in the entire place fresh and the bathroom was super clean and homelike. It even has a bath which was really nice. There's a complete separate entrance to access the apartment so there's never any intrusion on either side. There was a really cool personalized touch that we don't find in most Airbnbs. We were gifted with fruits upon arrival and even new toothbrushes as well as toothpaste in the bathroom. We hit it off with the owners from the start and they even invited us over for dinner. They are extremely caring and generous hosts who love meeting people. The whole family is really awesome. We felt truly blessed to have passed through here and will definitely be coming back if we return to Colombo.

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Отдыхали на вилле с 2 апреля по 15 апреля 2018 года. Вилла в хорошем состоянии, состоит из главного дома и отдельно гостевого домика. В главном доме 3 спальни, одна с выходом к бассейну, две другие обычные комнатки не прям большие, гостиная большая и большая кухня, гостевой домик отличный с выходом к бассейну, во всех комнатах есть душ и туалет, белье чистое меняли регулярно!Вилла находится в 20 минут от аэропорта. Встретили очень хорошо (разные фрукты и полный холодильник пива). На Вилле есть все ! Большая кухня, блендор, столовые приборы, кастрюли, сковородки, стиральная машинка, газовая и электрическая плита, фен, утюг, гладильная доска и т.д. С Виллы до пляжа примерно 15 минут на тук-туке, до мини маркета пешком минут 10, тихий райончик не любят когда шумят после 12 ночи )))).Бассейн просто супер большой, но не глубокий 1.5 метра, 6 лежаков. Смотритель дома Хемапала (для нас был БАТЕЙ )))) помогал и решал любые вопросы которые возникали ( хотя и не говорит по английский, но все равно все понимал ))) Вообщем все понравилось вилла стоит своих денег. I’ve stayed in tens of Airbnbs around the world, but Nanditha’s place is best of the best. Especially in Colombo, where I’ve lived long-term in several other Airbnbs, her place is far far better than any other places. Even if you come across cheaper options with great reviews, I would still strongly recommend staying at Nanditha’s. Her place is impeccably clean, stylish, comfortable, and secure. Everything I needed was already there. The room is in a separate building, offering 100% privacy, and she even arranged for someone to collect the garbage from the downstairs kitchen every morning. Linens were changed and the place cleaned weekly, which made it feel like a high-end serviced apartment. She offered me milk rice, dhal, or healthy juice on weekends, just out of generosity. Above all, Nanditha herself is incredibly helpful and humble. Unlike many others in this business, she’s not driven by money. I got much more than what was described.

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

I really enjoyed my stay at Roshan’s: very convenient location, incredibly close to everything, fully safe and secure. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well maintained with all the necessary amenities as listed. Roshan is a great host; he was very accommodating and responsive during my stay. I highly recommend Roshan’s place to anyone: an excellent location for a long stay.

We stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks with our two young daughters while we were looking for a long-term rental. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Everything worked well, which isn't always the case in Sri Lanka. Wendy and her friend were very quick to respond and effectively addressed our concerns and requests. The apartment is close to and an easy walk to everything, so you can't beat the location.

I found this as one of the best vacation home as a group. This place had just everything.. private pool, party room, barbecue rooftop, open-air coffee room... I’d highly recommend

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

Great place to stay after a long flight. Our family felt very welcome and were very well looked after. We had all our meals prepared and they were all delicious. The kids loved the pool and we went on a boat trip from the property to near by monkey island. Upul was so helpful and made sure we were ok and everything was going smoothly.
