Our stay was fantastic! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Everything was impeccably maintained and spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout aspects was the host’s responsiveness—quick, accommodating, and truly dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience. Amy’s attentiveness made all the difference. Would absolutely stay here again!

This location served our needs very well, we were not in the unit for much time. The location is very convenient to the interstate and restaurants in the area. You have 2 parking spaces off the street, however, some of the neighbors speed making it difficult to back out.

Barbs place was perfect for our weekend get away. She was responsive and ready to help the whole time we were there. Will definitely become a repeat customer of hers!

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Juan was very friendly, aswell as very responsive we even made the mistake of not putting we had a service animal and he had a pet fee but he accommodated that for us overall super nice place with a great host.

Omaris's place was perfect for me! Good size. Had all the essentials that I needed. The bathroom was gorgeous. She was flexible with check-in.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Marti’s house was fantastic. Super clean, fast internet, great location and awesome screened in porch. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in town with my family.

This was one of the very best places we have stayed. It’s tucked back into an older neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want. JP goes above and beyond setting up a welcoming environment. It’s the little things that stand out like a welcoming basket and beverage, toiletries for those unexpected needs, a bookshelf amply stocked with a variety of books and games. Any and everything has been thought of, right down to the s’mores box! It also boasts a great outdoor grill! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and there are blankets to curl up with in the living room! The kitchen is also amply stocked with all the comforts of home. Just be careful of the refrigerator ice dispenser, it comes out fast, and we found ourselves cleaning it off the floor all too often! We plan to visit the area in the future and are hoping JP’s place will be available! We’d rent it in a heart beat! Many, many thanks to our host, they were the tops! We just can’t say enough good about them!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage to attend our daughter’s graduation. Close to restaurants and good proximity to downtown. Had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The owner’s were easy to work with and answered questions/concerns in a very timely matter.

This home is so cozy and inviting. I loved the decor. The furniture was perfect. The white leather couch was my favorite. Everything was so clean and fresh. A great outdoor patio and back yard. This neighborhood is very quiet and not super busy. It would be a great place to walk. I felt very safe my entire stay. It will be on the top of my list of places to stay in Knoxville. A great place to stay for a long weekend or even for a work assignment. It’s a great location for shopping, local hospitals and the University of Tennessee are just right down the road. I can’t say enough good things about this cute house. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

The house was clean, and although it's not a large space, it was comfortable enough for four people. The backyard with a private fence was great, and the fire pit was a nice bonus.

Perfect location for a mountain biking getaway in Knoxville!! Across the street from Baker Creek Preserve, restaurants & a bike shop. We were very comfortable in the Bungalow.

Third time staying here, and always enjoy my stay here. Robert is a great host!

Stayed for 6 weeks and my sister and I really enjoyed it. Everything was as described and the neighborhood was great. Quiet and peaceful. A great place to stay.

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

I stayed here for a little over five weeks and it was perfect. Walkable, clean, easy to find, great instructions for check-in and impeccable communication. There were a lot of convenient things in the condo I hadn’t even thought to bring/buy myself like a first aid kit, coffee and creamer for the Keurig, fabric steamer, detergent if you need to do laundry, and power strips to charge all your devices at once. Whether you are staying short term for perhaps a game on campus or longer term like I was you’ll have everything you need. If I sit and really try to pick over something to critique, I honestly cannot think of anything. I had a great time and if I had the chance to book this spot again for my next trip to Knoxville, I would do so without hesitation.

Julie’s place was lovely! It was a really nice space and clean. The information was really clear and easy to follow. Location is great if you’re interesting in hanging around / walking around downtown to do things. Overall would recommend staying there!

Summers apartment was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and not far at all from downtown Knoxville and the zoo. The downstairs neighbors were occasionally loud but not through the night. The area was overall pretty quiet. It was a little hard to find the actual building at first but once we found it, it was simple to find the apartment and parking spot. Would 100% stay again.

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

Was wonderful. We were very comfortable and it was right in the middle of what we wanted to see.
