This is our favourite place to stay in Primorsko so far! Apartment was sparkling clean, amazing view of the pool from the terrace, 10min walking distance from our favourite beach and overall great value for money! Hopefully we'll be back next year!

Schöne Unterkunft, neu renoviert mit neuen Möbeln. Ruhig gelegen, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert, v.a. auch für Familien, welche etwas Ruhe suchen. Swimming Pool direkt beim Gebäude. Netter und hilfreicher Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung von Natalia ist einfach perfekt, tolle Lage direkt am Strand, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Natalia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - freundlich und hilfsbereit !

Zlatina's place is lovely. This was the second time for me in Santa Marina, and I will be returning again. The complex is wonderful - it's green and calm and does not feel crowded - an exception for the Bulgarian seaside. Zlatina was a great host too - for example, I forgot something, and she was kind enough to arrange for me to receive it. The balcony is also great - spacious and comfortable even for someone to take a nap on it :).

We were super happy staying in Evlogi’s flat. The flat has a perfect location, close to the beach but tucked into a quiet street. The beach is walking distance, parking is free and easy. The flat itself has a character and is fully equipped for a long stay (more than a week). The kitchen is very comfortable, there is a washing machine. It is air conditioned. It feels like home. Last but not least, Evlogi is very easy going and hospitable. We felt very welcome as if we were visiting a friend. Overall I recommend staying with him. Our experience was really positive.

You can’t get a better view is Sozopol and a better location. We LOVED looking out and seeing the sea and the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 1min. The appartment is right in the middle of everything fun yet it was quiet and we slept perfectly. There were plenty of fresh towels and even beach towels to borrow which we needed. Right outside we had access to stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and so much food options. There is a street near but along the beach with all the fun restaurants and entertainment. In the other side there is a street with a ton of little shops and vendors. We felt super safe and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Servers spoke English and were very helpful. The walk to old town was easy and extremely worth it!

Very nice place, close to the sea, groceries, easy to find parking. Everything as described. Me and my mum was happy to spend our weekends there. Ulian is a great host, would highly recommend him=)

Extremely helpful hosts, rarely did I meet anyone more helpful. Excellent location close to the Burgas University. Well equipped kitchen, the space was quite large with all the amenities you need. Could only recommend.

Appartement confortable à deux pas de la vieille ville. Le plus gros atout : la terrasse avec vue sur mer !

Отседнахме двама души за две нощувки и останахме удовлетворени от избора ни! Всичко беше чисто, комфортно и на пешеходно разстояние до плажа и заведенията на Градина. Има достатъчно място и за паркиране. Бих препоръчала и на близки. Благодарим на Милена и до нови срещи!

Lovely house in the middle of the town centre. Nice sea view. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Lovely backyard with a BBQ. Professional cleaning. The host lives 10 minutes away and was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The apartment was nice and clean. There are shops, restaurants in the neighborhood. The bus stop is 10 min away. Stanislav was very polite and helping, very easy to reach :) I would definitely recommend his apartment

Дуже вдячна за чудовий відпочинок. Житло адаптоване під проживання з дітьми. Поряд чудовий пляж, магазини. Все досить зручно. Дякую!

Предстоят беше чудесен, с много добра локация, паркомясто, в чудесен комплекс с всички удобства включително няколко басейна. Един от хубавите плажове е на 5 минути, има и връзка чрез автобус до централната част на Созопол. Всички удобства бяха налични и работеха, като климатик, пералня, хладилник и др. Хоста е изключително добър, отговаря бързо и винаги е на разположение.

Great place to stay with kids. Were very comfortable to stay on the ground floor and specially with kids, in few seconds they were out. The equipment in the kitchen exceeded my expectations, we had everything we were need. Perfect communication with Eugene.

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

Отличная квартира для семьи. Через дорогу море с отличным пляжем. В гостинице классный бассейн. Рекомендую.
