The most important thing that stood out in my stay was Mr. Kiran being proactive and the villa had all the amenities as mentioned in the listing. The entire place was free of clutter, and it was crystal clean. Mr. Kiran made sure the cleaning of the villa is done, and the pool cleaning is also done everyday. He made sure that whatever we need in our stay was made available to us by him. He has been really helpful and very responsive. He was always available on call or message. He was there to guide us to his villa. So, from the very start itself he has been really proactive. Would definitely recommend his place for all be it family or group of friends.

The property was quite clean, well maintained and clutter free. I liked the set up with the projector on ground floor which invariably became the common room for the group and really added to the fun and activity plan of our group. The pool in the property is quite small, however it did the job of beating the heat for all of us.. Jacuzzi on the roof top was another amenity that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Another thing that added a lot of charm to the property were the seating arrangements with fairy lights on patio and on the terrace. This pushed us to take our late night gatherings and games to the outdoor setting.. Location of the property is quite easy to find and it is in a gated society which added to the security and peace of mind. The staff arrangement by the host was very helpful. Barka who is the host of this property, was very friendly and understanding. she was always reachable and ensured that we had a great stay all through our booking.

It was a great experience staying at place hosted by Stay Monkey. Caretaker Deepak and Thapa were very friendly and helpful. Place is very awesome and just as how it was described on website, Really enjoyed our stay, Pool was also awesome. The place was luxurious and beautiful. Wonderful valley views and a fantastic infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and huge, and the place is done up beautifully.. very eclectic taste. The food was so so good. And Ushama was on top of everything and nothing moved an inch without her approval. She was so helpful and she recommended us great dishes. The only hitch in a near perfect vacation was the approach road… we went with 2 SUVs yet, one couldn’t make it all the way to the house.. as the tyre punctured while trying to race up the gravel… and the second one barely made it.. but Ushama made sure we got proper parking and a mechanic for the car which didn’t make it. But I would recommend this place and although we went in March, I’m sure it’ll look divine in the monsoons .. big thumbs up for this one .

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the place was exactly as described, clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect…quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the major attractions and conveniences. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Monarch Resort The Royal Retreat is a very nice property. From check in to check out, Meghraj and his team took good care of us. Our ages ranged from 2 to 80 but everyone felt at home. The resort has a nice swimming pool, pool table, TT table and cricket nets and everyone had something to do. Our activities went on till 2 am but no one told us that we need to stop. And that says a lot.

It was a very good experience. This time i had visited with my friends. Will surely like to visit again with my Family. The cleanliness was up to the mark and food quality was very good. Overall value for money experience.

Great place for big families. Property is well maintained and clean. Basement swimming pool was awesome and clean. The property is as shown in the pictures. But keep in mind that it is out of the city and nothing there near by at walking distance. So get your supplies when you check in. The care taker Om was wonderful and available through our and just one call away. Considering there were no restaurants near by, we ordered lunch and dinner. Great taste and amazing service. Maharashtrian taste. we all had great fun and made wonderful memories.

Our stay at this StayVista villa was amazing! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with ultra-luxury features that made our stay truly special. The caretakers were extremely polite and helpful. The private pool and massive jacuzzi were absolute highlight of our stay. The private bar and karaoke setup were good for our personal vacation time. The villa had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend to people looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy time with your group in style.

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it the perfect place for our trip. The highlights for us were the spacious hall, the pool, and the games room. A big shoutout to Kedar, Amit and his team for their incredible hospitality. They were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed without any hassle. Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Highly recommend staying here. Property was exactly as depicted in the photos and was clean and well maintained. Me and my friends loved spending time here. Had a helpful cook to provide us with meals of our choice. Prasanna is a wonderful host. He was incredibly responsive to our messages and answered all our questions promptly. It was an awesome stay superb place and a huge shout out to Geeta didi and caretaker Gangaram ji who helped prepared delicious meals and home cooked food… they took care of kids food customised it for toddlers and I would strongly recommend this place to any one travelling in want of peace

Priyanker and Rashvita’s villa is a beautiful home. The directions to the place were accurate and the caretaker Hussain was present at the villa to help us with a smooth check in. The house had all the amenities that were listed in the app. The location of the house was very peaceful, away from all the vehicle noises. Hussain Ji was very helpful in giving the details of the food outlets nearby. Whenever we called him for any small thing he was there to answer. We enjoyed our stay very much 🙂

The place was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful property with good staff helping you out during your stay. The villa we rented had one hall, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a big outdoor space with an eating area and the pool. No kitchen but you have toaster, microwave, kettle and a fridge. Food can be ordered via the caretaker - which is pretty affordable and tastes homemade. Pawna lake is at a walking distance with great views of the lake and birds. Not many negative points, but to point the two we noticed - upon arrival there were different villas, and we entered the Jumbo Paradise as it was the only name mentioned to us, however this one was the ‘Sapphire Villa’ which we discovered upon arrival, however the staff came to help us and guided us to the correct villa. Second was a privacy/safety issue, the pool area had a fence with a broken latch, and the window of the main bedroom did not close fully which meant anyone could enter your room.

Place was awesome and caretaker somnath and cleaning lady were very helpfull. Will visit again 😃
