We took our two small children on vacation here. It was such a perfect sized unit for our small family. There were beach towels, pool & beach toys for our kids, a scooter, etc. having the pool steps away was also so nice to have as an easy, close-by activity! Very very safe & friendly “neighbors”. They also had a pack n play. The only thing we wish they had was a highchair (kind of tricky with a 1 year old at a high top bar stool seating). But we knew that going into it! With it being a gated community, it felt very quiet and we often took strolls with the kids around the area and watched the sunset from the public patio by the water. There were grills to use, an outdoor shuffle board, & lots of fun local places to check out and/or eat at. We drove to key west a few days, which was just over an hour. Again, such a great location to be away from the hustle & bustle, but still be able to explore and check out all the neighboring keys as well. Benjamin was so helpful with any questions

the home known as Islandville was amazing, and both Monica and Roly were superb hosts. From the initial booking to final checkout, they were super responsive and super helpful. The home was perfect for our group of 5 and had every amenity you could possibly need. We used the kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and hot tub daily and the dock was awesome for a 3 day boat rental. We were greeted by a sweet gift of Key lime pie, local chips and salsa, and champagne. On top of that I had inquired about the dock light and they had a handyman there that week to repair and install a new one! I can't say enough about our time in Marathon. The only issue was that our time went by way too fast! If you have any questions about whether you should book this home for an amazing Keys vacation... I'll make it easy and answer yes for you. We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the pool area and outdoor kitchen and thought the outdoor freezer was just an extra special touch. The house was clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The appliances were all new including the washer and dryer and Michael and team were incredibly responsive and kind of we will book here again in the future. The canal is narrow but we did see plenty of fish swim by, especially at night with the neighbors snook light. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of plates and glasses for us through the week too. We liked that there were beach towels for us to use as well.

We loved staying at this home in Marathon. My family of 5 (three young kids; 9, 6 & 1) plus 4 other adults all stayed here comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We all felt right at home! The home was spotless and kept very clean. The location was great and we LOVED the backyard with everything it offered. The kids especially loved the yard. There are numerous marinas right by the home, which made renting a boat very convenient. Highly recommend doing so! We loved having the extra amenities like the kayak and paddle boards as well! Whenever I needed to get in touch with the host Carmen, she was very communicative and responded right away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you again!

This was our first time here at the Bayside villa and we throughly enjoyed every second. We did a lot of fishing off the peer and caught quite a few snappers among other fish as well. Such a prime location and the condo was SPOTLESS when we arrived. I was so impressed with everything. We will def be coming back for sure. Lloyd was a fantastic host and such a nice guy as well. We were so sad to leave.

Had an awesome stay at this property during the first full week of lobster season. Located in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, this house was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies to make full use of it during our stay. The coffee was well stocked as well (both pods and carafe packets). We really enjoyed the location, amenities, and everything included with our stay. Also really appreciate the level of communication provided by the hosts, top notch.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!

Mike was great and communicative the whole time leading up to the stay. The place was great. I would totally stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect: walk or bike to the beach; paddle board and kayak along the canals; groceries and restaurants nearby. Beds and bathrooms in excellent shape. Loved the open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas connecting to the comfortable deck looking over to the canal. Excellent TV, A/C, WiFi. Neighbors were helpful too. Manny was always responsive and helpful.
