Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Had an amazing weekend, accommodation was perfect and as described. Beautiful location, parking definitely a bonus - this won’t be our last visit!

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

Our favourite local escape is Ramsgate and Sandwich Bay. Never disappointing. The Royals Sands, “LookOut” apartment just added to our experience. We really enjoyed staying in the luxurious yet homely apartment. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Cleanliness and the layout. Spacious and very social open plan kitchen diner living room is place for fun and games of all kinds. The local fishmonger “Fruits de Mer” will provide you with great seafood should you wish to make a meal in the lovely kitchen of the “LookOut”! Nevertheless, all good restaurants and eateries are just a few minutes walk away. We loved the views from the balcony and the sofas. We opened the doors in the mornings to hear the gentle waves crashing on the shores of the Sandwich Bay and the seagulls murmuring and squabbling. I love seagulls, perhaps it’s because I loved Jonathan Livingston Seagull as a child. If you are looking for a Tranquil and romantic get away “the Lookout” will set the scene. Many thanks!

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

Lovely apartment, clean & comfortable with everything you need. Great location, close enough to walk into town or to the train station. Would definitely recommend.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

A lovely spacious and beautifully presented house and garden that was perfect for our group of 5. Off street parking with a charge point was a bonus. We love Broadstairs anyway, but the location was great. Far enough from the centre to be peaceful but everything in easy walking distance. Karim was a great host and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

We had a lovely 3 night stay with our 2 young children. The house was as described, clean and nicely decorated. the travel cot and high chair available for our 1 year old were a bonus, saved us space in the car! The house is within walking distance to the city centre, cathedral, restaurants and local supermarket. It’s also round the corner from the train station, we easily got the train to Margate one day, being able to leave the car parked at the house was really handy. Great communication from Rebecca and Jo, very responsive and helpful.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki’s annexe. Probably the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Everything was pristine and very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The breakfast supplied was lovely and the snacks of biscuits, fruit and other bits were a very nice touch. Nikki and her husband were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to book again in the future.

Had a lovely short stay at Rachel’s apartment. Everything was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Little nice touches such as Easter eggs for my daughter and milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. The flat is a short walk from the Sevenoaks town centre, which is very convenient. The area is quiet, green and leafy and perfect for exploring the surrounding region. I recommend!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Had a lovely few days of exploration and relaxation at The Garden Room, Diana was so warm and welcoming. The view is even better in person and the place itself has a super cosy vibe while still being private. Diana’s hand drawn maps for different walking trails were so helpful too! Have already recommended to friends and definitely hope to be back.

Our stay at Baydream was truly amazing. The apartment offers great views across the English Channel, the beaches and town are just short walks away. Baydream was exactly what we needed for a pleasant time at the seaside: the neat and tidy apartment with its modern furnishment and maritime touch has a well-equipped kitchen so we often had a night in and prepared our own meals which we ate in the spacious dining and living area, a good night’s rest was guaranteed by the comfortable bed. Phil and Jenny are great and friendly hosts (and Sizzles too!), we can’t wait for our next holiday at their lovely house. Thank you very much again and hope to see you soon!

I highly recommend a stay at Tara's place! I visited Canterbury to attend a conference at the University of Kent, and I'm so glad I chose this AirBnB for my stay. The day before I arrived, Tara asked if I had any preferences for breakfast goodies that she could provide. There were crumpets, raisin buns, biscuits, and fruit waiting for me, as well as milk, butter, and jam in the fridge and several kinds of teas, coffee, and even drinking chocolate. The flat is beautifully decorated, and the bed is quite comfortable. I had trouble getting out of bed the morning of my conference, I was so comfortable. I also appreciated the washer in the unit, and Tara even dried my damp jeans in her dryer. Lastly, she offered to drop me at the train station, which was so appreciated! The flat is well located - about a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 15-minute walk from the cathedral, and a 10-minute bus ride to the university. I'd gladly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Monica’s & Jeremy’s lovely apartment! The apartment has every amenity you could wish for and the location is ideal! We had truly excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. We have no hesitation in fully recommending a stay and we very much look forward to returning in the near future!

I had a wonderful stay at Becca’s place in central Folkestone. It’s a really cool place with very friendly hosts. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really peaceful. It’s a short stroll down to the creative quarter and the harbour side/beach. Becca’s place is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment has a massive comfy bed, lovely drip shower and a big living room and kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay in Folkestone. It’s right across from a lovely park. There’s a shop round the corner which is super convenient too. Folkestone had cool cafes, amazing restaurants and pubs with great food. The town is arty and fun. I’d 100% stay again.

We enjoyed the visit to Whitstable. The location was ideal and ability to park the car was very useful. The apartment was very clean and matched the high standard we expected. Definitely recommended.
