Enjoying a peaceful setting in the Kent countryside, Copse Corner cottage provides an ideal location for a relaxing holiday and a chance to unwind. The cottage is very well equipped and is furnished to a high standard with access to private patio area overlooking a woodland habitat which enjoys a wide variety of wildlife. Nestled in the Kent countryside you will find this traditional oak framed self-catering hideaway with luxury finishes and beautiful surroundings. With stunning view and the historic village of Chilham just a short walk away, Copse Corner is an ideal location to explore the Garden of England. Set within the 4 acres of the Owners property and adjoining a private woodland and meadow, this is a perfect romantic retreat for a holiday or stolen weekend away and also a wildlife watcher's paradise! Copse Corner features a cosy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a country feel with Smeg induction hob and compact oven/microwave, a small fridge freezer, Nespresso machine with selection of capsules. A further separate utility room is available with a washing machine and laundry facilities. The living area features a wood-burning stove, especially useful on those chilly autumn nights, and a free supply of logs. The comfy seating area is an ideal place to relax and unwind, with a small selection of books and games available. Duck down through the quirky low doors to access the patio which is set in a quiet corner adjacent to the woodland and meadow. The bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot to enjoy the birdsong and fresh country air, you may even catch a glimpse of the pheasants as well as other wildlife. Maybe take the opportunity to dine al fresco or enjoy breakfast (with the Owners' hens providing the eggs, when available). A dedicated parking space is available near to the Owners property. The Owners live close-by and are on hand should you need them, but otherwise will not disturb your stay. A warm welcome awaits our visitors who we are sure will have a truly memorable holiday. If we are not on-site please do not hesitate to call or text on our mobiles The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a short walk from the historic village of Chilham with its Tudor period homes, tea room, 2 pubs and gift shop. Canterbury is a short car or train journey away. Within easy reach of London (37 minutes by high speed train from St Pancras to Ashford followed by a connection to Chilham Railway station). A peaceful setting to sit back and enjoy, or for those seeking something more energetic, try the walks and cycle routes nearby. A car is not essential for your stay as we are approximately 1 mile from the mainline railway at Chilham. Although trains can be few and far between so please check timetables before deciding on this option.

Pear Tree Lodge ha sido recientemente objeto de una renovación completa. En la planta baja hay una acogedora sala de estar y una elegante habitación húmeda, luego subiendo la sinuosa escalera original está el elegante dormitorio con una cama súper acogedora con ropa de cama encantadora y un cómodo colchón hecho a mano. Te damos la bienvenida a nuestro hermoso estudio ubicado en nuestro jardín trasero en Whitstable. Ubicado a pocos minutos a pie de las pistas de Tankerton y del mar. La espaciosa cabaña cuenta con una pequeña cocina, refrigerador, microondas, hervidor de agua, tostador, una placa de inducción, té/café/leche. Impresionante baño privado de lujo con regadera. Cama doble de hierro fundido y sofá cama apto para un niño. Artículos de tocador, toallas y ropa de cama. Decorada con atención al detalle para que sea un lugar especial para relajarse junto al mar.

Amplio anexo moderno independiente

Un edificio anexo independiente independiente de tamaño generoso en un entorno rural, pero a 5 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad de Canterbury y la Universidad. Se accede a través de puertas metálicas seguras en una larga entrada privada de grava situada a lo largo de la ruta del ferrocarril original "Cangrejo y Winkle". El primer ferrocarril de pasajeros de vapor regular en el mundo. La propiedad no es visible desde la carretera. El pub más cercano es The Hare at Blean situado en Blean y literalmente a cinco minutos en auto.

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from every room. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

This fantastic open plan converted office space is located in the heart of High Weald, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ‘The Studio’ is the perfect location for couples or families wanting to explore all that the countryside has to offer. Walking distance from Ticehurst Village, home to Sunday Times Pub of the Year ‘The Bell’. As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Se encuentra junto a sus propios bosques privados, con un pozo de fuego. Barbacoa y jacuzzi para 4 personas. Ideal para relajarse, ponerse al día con amigos y familiares o pasear, montar en bicicleta y salir a las atracciones cercanas de Kent. El viñedo Gusbourne está a 1,6 km por carretera, al igual que el centro de razas raras, que es ideal para familias.
