Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

What can I say, except WOW! This place was fantastic! Beautiful apartment and perfectly furnished with high quality appliances & furniture. The attached garage is amazing too. The place feels like a small house. Highly recommended! The hosts were very helpful & responsive at all times. Definitely one of the best AirBNB's in DFW!

cant say enough about Stella's amazing hospitality. she checked in with us the next day of our arrival, and assisted us with a few things that we needed and was more than happy to accommodate. the place was clean, quiet and had many amenities. would go back since my daughter lives 10 minutes away.

Loved our weekend stay in the downtown in the city for the MAVS/Lakers game. Instructions were very clear. The place was just as pictured and described. Very clean and cozy. Many eateries around this place and was in walking distance to so many things. Loved the views. Loved that the space was very open. Building very quiet inside also.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a go to place for me when I’m in Dallas. Caleb was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated to my needs. Lookin forward to coming back!

Place was amazing location and walkable to nearby restaurants and bike share. Incredible value for its location cleanliness and amazing smell :) Host was kind and very accommodation to requests made and quick for response. Would absolutely return here should I go back to Fort Worth!

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

This place is great! Great location, clean , stocked well if you are cooking . Plenty of towels . Beds are comfortable. If you have questions there is always a quick response . Will stay here again .

Had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Chaya’s Airbnb this past weekend. Chaya’s Airbnb was clean and conveniently located as described. Chaya was extremely flexible with her check in/out process. We had a fantastic experience during our stay!

This was the best air bnb I have stayed at thus far ! Perfect location - beautiful home! The hot tub , pool, and pool table were awesome to have ! Was very spacious and had all essentials that were needed !!!!!! Easy check out instructions as well! Highly recommend and will definitely be our go to when we are in the ft worth area !

The location can't be beat. Cute, quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we needed. TCU, Stockyards, restaurants and shopping all within 15 mins driving. Home was clean, no long list to do before checkout, nice touches with provided coffee, etc. I would stay here again if visiting Fort Worth.

Very satisfying stay. The duplex is conveniently located to lots of shopping and close to the Dallas North Tollway. The decorations were very cute and the welcome wine and snacks were a classy touch! Heather was very responsive as I booked pretty last minute on a Tuesday evening. I'm appreciative of her accommodations on short notice. Definitely would stay here again.

Booked a short trip and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed! I appreciated the clear instructions, how clean the Airbnb was, and overall all of the amenities provided. The host Nick was very helpful and you can tell that he takes very good care of the place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and clean Airbnb in a great central location.

Came to Dallas for a wedding and stayed with one other couple at the condo. Overall this was a really great place to stay and close to a lot of things. We had a rental car and felt safe parking it on the street. Condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. If we come back to Dallas we would stay here again!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. LOVED staying here! We had a last minute cancellation from another host and we were having to find somewhere to accommodate us super quickly from flying in that next morning with our daughter who had local medical appointments and they were SO accommodating and helpful in getting us booked quickly! This place is so clean, really quiet area and super friendly hosts! We will be back next time we’re in Texas!
