The location of the condo was super convenient to the pool. Loved that it was on the bottom floor and the back door was close to the bbq area, pool area, and playground. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! It is a Wyndam timeshare location so they try to sell you on a marketing speech, but if you deny deny deny, you’ll be fine! The place is just like listed. Anna did a great job communicating and helping out when there was an issue in Wyndam’s end. Thank you for helping out!! Very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time at Paul’s! It was everything we could have hoped for. The location was ideal for us. We were right across the street from a less busy beach so we could walk over the house is located in the middle of town and south Kona so we felt close to everything. The house was clean and exactly as described. Paul even allowed us a late check out so that we didn’t have to spend the day sitting at the airport to return home. Would 10/10 recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Kona. The complex was lovely with parking in front of the unit. We used the community bbqs every day to cook meals. The view from the patio was amazing, and Carol's place was perfect for our family. It was very clean with everything you needed for the beach. Umbrellas, towels, lawn chairs, and snorkeling equipment. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic stay here! Great place and location, close to so much in Kona but still peaceful and relaxed. Rony was exceptional host: proactive, friendly, and flexible.

Fantastic stay! I love this location and having a kitchen with coffee maker and laundry saves me a ton of time and money when I visit Kona. Half the resort is currently under construction which made the afternoons loud sometimes but that was minor. The Wyndham staff were dismissive when I told them I booked with Airbnb and then I felt somewhat held hostage trying to check in as they high pressure tried to sell me to buy a timeshare or sit in on an 'informational session'. I guess that's the sales strategyt they must take? That said, the location and value can't be beat.

Great base for traveling around Kona and the Big Island. Lots of space. Good lighting and comfortable living room. Host was responsive when we arrived and unit had not been cleaned. Second bedroom is in loft space so sounds from whole unit can be heard (not great for light sleepers). Appreciated beach chairs etc but they could use an update. Has a/c in all rooms but temperature regulation in various spaces was somewhat difficult.

Our hosts were terrific! Very responsive. We received a detailed message with all instructions ahead of time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay (even batteries!). They had games available, and all sorts of beach items available (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc.). The pool at the condo was wonderful-we made several trips to the pool. The moment we arrived we knew the condo was exactly what we needed and that we had made the right choice renting this condo. We hadn’t even left yet and were looking to rent this again for our next trip!! We absolutely recommend this place to families!

The place was nothing short of amazing. Great location where you can walk to shops and food in Kona Town & the ocean within a minute or two. Pool and hot tub for the inn was a 5 second walk as well and super easy to access for when you just want a quick dip or some impromptu hot tub relaxing. Chris also was extremely helpful and quick to respond and I couldn’t come up with any complaints if I tried. The condo did feel slightly smaller than expected at first but we found it to be the perfect size for two people no problem.

Absolutely LOVED the unit! Will come back! AC was perfect & unit was very clean and big! We even got a late check out! Amazing place great host. Read this review if any one before mine may have discouraged you! BOOK IT

숙소를 찾아가는게 약간 힘들었지만 그래도 너무 좋았던 숙소였습니다 부모님과 함께 머무를 숙소인데 정보가 많지 않아서 걱정했는데 두 분 다 너무 편안하게 잘 보내셨고 만족해하셨습니다 특히 넷플릭스가 되는 부분(로그인ㅇ)을 엄마가 가장 좋아하셨습니다ㅋㅋ 머무는 동안 작은 벌레 2마리와 개수대 밑 바퀴 시체 말고는 못 봤고 마당엔 바선생님이 하루에 한번씩 출몰하셨지만...(3일 묵었음) 말고는 다른 벌레 없이 잘 지냈습니다 수건 한 장이 많이 녹슬어 있어서 요청하니 다음날 새거로 바꿔주어서 좋았는데 4명이 3일을 묵는데 수건을 8장밖에 안 줘서 원래 그런거냐고 물어보니 1인당 큰거1장,작은거1장이며 기간과 상관없다는 답변을 듣고 띠용하긴 했습니다 장바구니에 담는 양만큼 세탁서비스 3달러 주고 가능, 아니면 수건 새것 줄테니 20달러인가?달라고해서 더 띠용.. 그냥 쓰던 수건 계속 쓰고 살았습니다;; 식기 수저 기름 조미료 다 있어서 자유롭게 요리해먹을 수 있었는데 상당히 아쉬웠던 점은 인덕션 2구 중 1구가 고장나있고 화력이 아주아주아주 약하여 음식하려고 후라이팬 데우는 시간만 10분~20분 소요, 라면 끓이려고 3인분치 물 끓이는 시간만 40분이 소요되었다는 점..... 무척 아쉬웠습니다 전자레인지는 잘 되어서 냉동음식만 사다 먹었네요....ㅋㅋㅋ그래도 나쁘지 않은 경험이였습니다 소음기가 있어 좋다는 후기가 많아서 잘 때 너무 시끄럽지 않을까 걱정했는데 창문 닫고 사니 바깥 소리는 거슬리지 않았고 2층에서 뛰어다니는 층간소음은 좀 있었습니다(낮에만) 근데 안 시끄러워도 밤에 소음기 틀어보세요ㅋㅋ 비, 천둥소리 등 asmr 소리인데 들으니 잠 잘 오고 좋았습니다 한국분들을 위해서 더 많은 내용을 적고싶은데 며칠 지나서 쓰는 후기라 기억이 잘 안 나네요 아 근데 밤에 가족들과 대문 밖에 나가 수많은 별을 구경한 기억은 평생 남을 것 같네요 마당에 고기 구워먹는 그릴도 있고 조명도 예뻐서 같이 모여앉아 밥 먹었던 기억도 ㅎㅎ 암튼 만족스러운 숙소였습니다!!

Very comfortable condo. Was great for our adult family. Used the beach wagon and beach towels a bunch of times. There was snorkel gear, but we had our own. Was great to have a very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was adequately equipped for when we ate in. It was great to have so many close shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. Airconditioning was great, especially with ceiling fans to circulate ite air. The parking garage was a little worrisome. At first it looked like our big suv would be too tall, but there was about 3 inches clearance. A little tight getting around the temporay foundation supports in the garage, but it worked out. Nice to have convenient parking. We would definately rent this condo again. Host is wonderful. Very quick responses each time we contacted him.

Great little place for all your Big Island adventures! The water toys are a massive bonus. Traffic noise can be loud but the view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets totally offset that.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

I loved this place. Stayed here a week with my mom. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. Despite there being a pool from the apartment next door, noise was never an issue. It was a five minute drive to the downtown. The pool area was relaxing. Jason was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My grand niece and i had such a wonderful time! Everything was more than we expected. The location couldnt have been better. It was close to all the waterfront of Kona and all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Mahalo, for a the great memories!

Absolutely gorgeous home. We enjoyed every minute at the condo. the views are amazing, the location is perfect and being next to the pool was a bonus! The condo has everything you need for beach and swimming fun and for being comfortable. Super responsive to any and all questions and very friendly. We would love to come back!

Nicholas and this place were fantastic. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 & 4 yr old) and they loved all the things we could bring to the beach. Nicholas was friendly and always quick to respond. If I come back to Kona I know where I'm staying!

The accommodation was just like the picture. The clean and well-organized accommodation made our vacation start in a good mood. We were very comfortable during our stay, equipped with bathrooms and kitchen supplies, and we also used the rice cooker very well. It had two bathrooms, so it was good for our family to wash up after swimming in the sea. The bed was big and clean, but it was so fluffy for us that our backs hurt a little. It was also very convenient with 2 large boogie boards, a beach chair, parasol, flippers and other beach supplies. When we asked if we had any questions, the host answered us almost right away, so we were grateful. The pool and the Jacuzzi that starts late in the afternoon also made our vacation better. You can walk the Magic Sand and it takes only 10 minutes to get to Kona downtown. We are willing to stay again if you come to Kona again next time. I recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing stay at David’s place in Kona! As a family of three, it was the perfect spot—comfortable, clean, and matched the description exactly. In fact, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The place actually looked even better than the photos, which is rare! One especially thoughtful touch: the AC was left on for us before arrival, which made walking into a cool, welcoming space after a long journey absolutely perfect. We've stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa before, but David’s place was far better—more private, more spacious, and much more relaxing. David was a fantastic host—super responsive and proactive in sharing local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. From nearby beaches to local eats, his tips were spot on. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Big Island—especially families looking for a more personal and authentic experience!

This condo is located in the Kona Islander Inn, which has ample amenities (pool, hot tub, laundry) and parking. The location can’t be beat, and it’s very affordable. Other reviews commented on parking as on site is limited, but I found a spot outside instantly. The condo itself is very clean, linens pristine and the bed was comfortable. The patio looks out on the pool and it’s a perfect way to wake up with coffee - the cardinal that lives in the tree adjacent to the condo likes to fly into the sliding door in the mornings was unexpected, though! Great communication and super nice hosts made it easy to see myself coming back here when I’m back on the Big Island. Go for it!
