This property was amazing! Michael met us to let us in and give us the keys. He went through details of the home in detail and also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, etc. We were very comfortable. The furniture and amenities made us feel at home. The most amazing aspect of the home was the huge balcony with view of the entire ocean! I could sit out there for hours! Overall, this property is well worth the money. I would stay here again for sure. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ, Μιχάλη!

A really lovely, pristine apartment 15-20 minutes walk from central Heraklion. Gorgeous pool, (though weather meant we didn't spend too much time in it!, beautifully presented and all amenities we required. Host was very responsive and came over very quick to sort out our initial issue with connecting to the internet.

Es war Perfekt. Sehr sehr Freundlicher Gastgeber und ein Super Studio mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauber und Gross. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist Perfekt mit Restaurants und Minimarkt in der nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Schönes Badezimmer. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. (Sandwichesmaker,Toster,Wasserkocher,Kochplatte,Filterkaffemaschine) Wir waren zum dritten mal in Stalis. Dieses Zimmer war das beste von allen.

Nous avons été accueillis comme des princes, dans un superbe appartement bien calme avec une vue à couper le souffle, face à la mer. Petits déjeuners au soleil, bercés par le bruit des vagues! notre adorable hôtesse nous a régalés d'un délicieux tiramisu et nous a fait participer aux joyeux rituels crétois pour Pâques. Mille mercis pour cet inoubliable sejour!

Die Lage des Appartments ist hervorragend und direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Die Busverbindung in die Stadt ist auch super und die Bushaltestelle lediglich 5 min entfernt. Das Appartment ist exakt wie auf den Bildern und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, und die Kommunikation verläuft ohne Probleme. Wir hatten 1-2 kleine Fragen, und hier wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Fazit: Wir würden wieder kommen.

A truly fantastic place to stay. Exceptionally well stocked apartment with absolutely everything you would need for a long or short stay. Close to lots of restaurants, but well stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. Beautiful terrace for dining, both undercover and outside. Host Viky is charming and friendly and could not be more helpful. We hope to return another time.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, zwei Wochen in dieser modernen und perfekt ausgestatteten Unterkunft zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – stilvoll, sauber und mit einem atemberaubenden Meerblick. Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis, jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und direkt aus dem Bett das Meer sehen und hören zu können. Der Service war absolut erstklassig. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft, die das Bett frisch bezogen, neue Handtücher gebracht und die gesamte Unterkunft gründlich gereinigt hat – vom Boden bis zum Badezimmer. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Supermarkt direkt unter der Unterkunft, der den Besitzern gehört. Es war unglaublich praktisch, alle nötigen Dinge nur ein paar Schritte entfernt zu haben. Die Besitzer selbst waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, Fragen zu beantworten oder Empfehlungen zu geben. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub

We are the family of 3 and we had a great stay at Charis's apartment. The place is very big, beds and linens super comfy, towels, bath supplies - like a top end hotel! Kitchen with all you need if you want to cook. My favourite spot was the balcony with comfy furniture to have a morning coffee or to admire stunning sunsets (I think I took like 300 photos). Underground parking was a plus for us as we had a car. The place is outside the old city, but the parking is really cheap (3 euros for a full day at the Marina) or you can take a 15 min walk. Charis is an amazing host. All communication was perfect. He left us candie and Easter specialties to try. last but mot least, as we arrived late on Easter Sunday, he picked up groceries for us as most places were closed. Thank you again Charis. I cannot recommend the place and the host enough. We did not want to leave and hope to be back!

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit großem Balkon (allerdings ohne Sonne). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay. Harry was very responsive and friendly. The house was really nice, just as described, and had everything we needed. The view is beautiful—if you wake up early, you can see the sun rise right in the center of the big window and watch it move all the way up. The location is good. We did hear some highway noise, and there was a friendly group of dogs that barked in the morning. But at least you could pet them they were sweet. The hot tub was nice. Although we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would. It’s on the roof, and since the house has a central spiral staircase, you need to come down it to get back inside. That made it a bit tricky with wet feet and the April nights were a bit too chilly to stay on the roof for too long after the tub. But we really enjoyed using the BBQ. Overall, we had a great time. Harry’s hospitality was top notch.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux, ainsi que votre réactivité et flexibilité. Le airbnb est très bien placé : environ 20-25 min d’Heraklion en voiture et 10 min du centre d’Hersonissos, n’étant pas véhiculée je me suis déplacée en bus ou en taxi, il y arrêt juste en face du logement (au zorbas village hôtel) ou un autre arrêt à environ 15-20 minutes de marche. Il est mieux d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer, aller faire les courses car le airbnb est un peu excentré, il n’y a pas d’hypermarché à proximité à pied, c’est une zone touristique avec beaucoup d’hôtels, le café molo en face propose des transats gratuits. L’emplacement est très agréable et safe, il y a par contre beaucoup de passage de bus, taxis, voitures mais qui n’est pas trop dérangeant. La mer est juste en face à même pas 2 minutes, la vue du jardin est super (sur la mer et les montagnes). Le logement est confortable et parfait pour une ou 2 personnes. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Olga et sa famille sont des gens d'une très grande gentillesse. L'accueil est exemplaire. Sa maman Helene nous a préparé des spécialités grecques pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. De par ses connaissances nous avons aussi pu assister à des spectacles de danses typiques de la région. Je vous recommande cette destination sans aucun problème. Nous y retournerons nous aussi pour approfondir la découverte de cette ile grecques.

The owners of this place were amazing! They were so nice! The apartment is very clean and organized. The view is absolutely stunning from this place! Recommending everyone to stay here! Would stay here again if we ever visited!

We had a lovely time in Gournes. It's a quiet place with a few restaurants and a nice little beach. Georgios was very helpful.

Une petite perle les pieds dans l’eau 😁 l’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et surtout très chaleureux. La vue sur la mer est super et entendre le bruit des vague jour et nuit est très apaisant. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et Vasilis a été un hôte très réactif et disponible. Par ailleurs, il avait prévu un pack bienvenu de nourriture et boisson qui s’est avéré très pratique pour notre séjour. Une belle attention de sa part. Le petit magasin chez Dimitri juste en face est également idéal pour vous dépanner ou pour un bon café le matin. Prévoir en tout cas une voiture si vous voulez aller aux restaurants (il y en a pleins à Agia Pelagia). Un très bon séjour pour nous dans cet appartement que nous recommandons sans hésiter 😊

Wir hatten superschöne 10 Tage bei Petros der uns herzlich empfangen hat und einiges an lokalen Spezialitäten gezeigt hat. Wunderbarer Blick über die Bucht, 3 min ins Wasser und es sind auch etliche Restaurants die Kretische Mezedes anbieten vorhanden. Gerne wieder

sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Trotzdem nicht weit vom Strand und zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Es gibt auch ca. 50 m entfernt einen Steg von dem man mal kurz ins Meer springen kann. Wir hatten am Anfang ein unstabile Internetverbindung (WLAN), innerhalb einer halben Stunde wurde aber auf unsere Frage geantwortet und eine Lösung gefunden. Super-Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.

Wonderful place to stay. Right on the beach. Nikos and his father were there whenever we needed them and very attentive. Highly Recommended, as is Nikos restaurant, Libre, the best on the beach by a long way!
