Very practical accomodation. Clean and well maintained property. Easy access around Kasuga. Running in Kasuga park nearby is one of the best experience in Fukuoka. Great bakery in the neigbourhood. Parking on site is a plus.

We enjoyed staying at Mai’s place. It was a quiet neighborhood that was only a 3-4 walk to Hakozaki station. From that station, it’s about 5-6 minute train ride to Hakata station. There’s also a Reganet supermarket literally across the street. I recommend checking out Nagata Bakery Hakozaki, which is only a 10 min walk. They open at 8am, which is nice since most coffee spots in that area open around 10AM or 11AM. They have a variety of bread and pastries and free coffee refills. Mai was always checking in on us and gave us recommendations with directions. She was very helpful and was always responsive. Definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Mai.

숙소가 정말 깔끔하고 필요한 것들이 전부 구비되어 있었습니다. 다만 3박이나 하는데 타올을 인당 대타올, 중타올(매우 작고 얇음)만 준 건 조금 아쉬워서 가격 대비 만족도에서 별 하나 뺐습니다. 그래도 타올 관련 내용이 공지되어 있었기에 세탁기 사용하겠다고 마음먹고 수시로 세탁해서 썼습니다. 세탁기 건조기능까지 있어서 좋아요! 위치도 하카타역에서 도보로 10분 이내라 이동하기 정말 좋았습니다. 체크인할 때 호스트님이랑 화상통화하는데 새롭고 재밌었어요ㅋㅋ 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요!

很好的住宿体验，性价比非常高，非常干净。只是大门入口的密码要花一点时间才能加载出来。一楼到二楼是只有楼梯的。

great hostel. it’s literally a japanese apartment designed room. facilities are cool that we even made a dinner in the last night. pretty sure its gna be my best hotel i lived so far

the apartment is tidy and clean. The kitchen is not too big but has everything I need. The water is strong and hot for a bath. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets open around and some are open until midnight. The location although is not in the center but quiet. There are bus stops and train in walking distance and convenience. I like the apartment and will stay again if I back FUK.

장점 역세권, 바로 근처에 편의점, 100엔샵, 익스프레스등 편의시설 많음. 근처 공원있어서 러닝좋음, 가성비 갑. 그냥 호텔급.

Super spacious room! Place was just like the photos in the profile. Located near lots of good restaurant and the station. It's a pity that the bed is a bit little for 2 people and can’t watch YouTube on TV but these are just minor problem. Will definitely come back again next time!

후쿠오카에 처음오시면 찾는게 약간 걸어서 오기에는 힘들 수 있는데 한두번 오셨다면 충분히 찾기 쉬운 위치에 있습니다. 금액만 잘 맞다면 충분히 깨끗하고 좋은 시설입니다.

아이들 부모님 모시고 갔는대 조용한동네에 한적하니 좋았습니다. 두군대 역이 근접해있어서 편리했습니다. 어머님이 가장 기억에 남았던 여행이 숙소에서 지냈던거라고 하시네요.

후쿠오카 숙소가격이 전반적으로 올라서 가격이 조금 있더라도 숙소다운 숙소를 잡으려고 했습니다 위치가 하카타역 남쪽 도보 15분 정도 거리에 있어서 조용하고 중심도로와도 가깝습니다 숙소앞에 24시간 마트가있고 주변에 3개 편의점 체인이 다 있습니다 렌트카나 택시 이동을 생각하신다면 위치도 나쁘진 않습니다 룸컨디션이 아주 좋았는데 부모님과 가거나 가족단위로 갈 때 좋을거같아요

Very nice place to stay at. It’s like 2 stops away from Hakata station. Actually quite a walk from the station for older people. Took 15min… other than that really love the place! Will do book again! 👍🏻

在此房源入住6個晚上，第一天下午兩點過後提早去寄放行李，房東非常快速回覆，讓我們寄放行李相當順暢。 房源與照片及房東敘述相符，溫馨舒適設備齊全，且交通非常方便，搭乘JR只要10分鐘不到就可以到博多車站。比起博多車站附近，我更喜歡南福岡的氛圍，靜謐且不擁擠！南福岡車站有24小時超商，還有藥妝店，附近還有Lawson,相當方便。整體來說，下次再到福岡還會選擇入住此房源！

朝の散歩にもよい場所だったし、何より部屋が広くとても快適に過ごすことができました。

The Yamashita Hotel was a great location in Kurosaki that was perfect to explore the city. It was very clean and everything was easy to access. There were lots of amenities like blankets and pillows. The TV was nice for when there was cold weather and having to be inside was necessary.

房间干净整洁，设施齐全，床品干净舒适，附近有商场，购物方便。附近五六百米有一个春吉站，去机场和博多站比较方便，比地铁口近。我们一共住了4晚，是一次满意的体验。

신축이라 넓고 깨끗함. 단 키가 1개만 제공되기에 여러그룹이 여행할 경우 숙소는 항상 같이 들어가거나 키가 있는 사람이 열어줘야만 출입 가능. 반대로 보안이 훌륭하다고 볼 수 있음. 하카타역과 은근히 걷기에 거리가 있어서 항상 집에돌아갈때 힘들어서 걍 택시타고감. 숙소는 사진과 똑같고 넓고 깨끗함.

숙소도 넓고, 엄청 깨끗했습니다! 위치도 하카타 역에서 가까워서 좋았구요ㅋㅋ 그리고 추가로 입실하시는 분들께 꿀팁 드리자면... 받으시는 열쇠로 방 문 여실때 문 손잡이 위 아래의 패킹을 여셔서 둘다 열쇠를 따셔야지 열립니다. 그리고 문이 자동으로 잠기지 않으니 주의하세요!!!

일본에서 사는 듯한 느낌이 들 정도로 집같이 편안했습니다! 주변도 이쁘고 평화롭고 숙소도 깔끔했습니다! 다시 방문할 의향 있습니다☺️
