Sharon and Chris were wonderful hosts and we had a beautiful and peaceful stay. The place was clean, warm and cozy, it became a home away from home, with beautiful views and well equipped amenities. The hospitality that our family received from Sharon and Chris was above and beyond our expectations, we felt welcomed and well attended to, and appreciated the handy info on local spots to see. My husband enjoyed his morning walk right from the front door and my two and a half year old son loved getting to know Kamal. We loved our stay and hope to be back there one day.

Mel’s cottage was absolutely stunning! Bed was so comfortable. Clean fresh and comfortable linen. Cottage had everything we needed and a lovely breakfast was provided.

Great house. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. would stay again.

This place is a little hidden gym tucked away so private and peaceful beautiful surroundings pristine and clean on the inside and outside and lots of extra little goodies for gifts plus a beautiful star spa pool outside amazing. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

Beautiful property. So close to the biking trails. Peaceful setting. Happy chirping birdies. Well cared for property with a bounty of flora to brighten your spirits.

Had my parents stay over for a few weeks and they really enjoyed the unit. The house was fully equipped and felt very homey. It's located right in the CBD, so getting to places was just a short walk or drive away. A couple of things to note: light sleepers might be affected by the vibrations from passing trains in the evening, as there’s a railway down the street. The house is also right by a fairly busy road, so you might hear some traffic noise throughout the day. Additionally, all the bathrooms are located upstairs, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay—especially for longer visits.

Awesome value for space and convenient placing within Tauranga city. Beautiful walks near by and most importantly it was pet friendly. Drews an awesome host super quick to reply and kind to speak to. Thanks for allowing Wilson and I to stay

Great stay. We had a conference nearby & this was a great house to walk into town. Nearby restaurants & shopping. House is great - lovely art and very cute decor.

The house was beautiful with absolutely everything you could want. Perfect for our activities including day trips to Rotorua and Hobbiton. Yvonne was very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend her house!

This was my third stay here. Absolutely love that I can bring my elderly poodle and she feels happy here too. The unit is very clean and tidy and the shower has great pressure !!Jacqui is a fabulous hostess, very helpful and friendly. A big bonus is the secure off road parking behind a large locked gate 🙂

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Teresa and Peter’s place. Having a second bedroom for our 15 month old to sleep in worked out well. Teresa had kindly placed some breakfast items in the fridge for us and Denver the dog would constantly drop fresh avocados outside our door. The tree-lined driveway ushers you up a hill to the main house and detached apartment that has magnificent views over the countryside towards the Kaimai Ranges from the lounge and main bedroom . The large wooden deck is a great place to relax and take in the scenery after a long drive. Matamata has a good choice of restaurants just 5 mins away. I highly recommend this AirBnB. It is clean, modern, well appointed and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful meant a great night sleep. The loft was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The only very slight negative was the driveway was a bit hard to find - but that was google maps fault. I talked to Liz about this and she now has a new link to help people find it. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

We had a wonderful stay at Alison's poolhouse! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Alison was a great host and was super responsive. We arrived after dark and ended up a bit lost one driveway over; Alison immediately drove down to find us and safely escorted us to her poolhouse. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend a stay at The Poolhouse at Blackburn.

Bayley's cottage was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful furnishings, and a large and comfortable space to stay in. It had everything we needed, with a large selection of games and books, and was very relaxing. The farm was lovely, and we wandered round to see the horse and the cows, and made use of the tennis court and pool. It's a very central location for day trips to Karapiro, Cambridge, Waitomo, Matamata, Morrinsville, Raglan, with Te Awamutu shops just down the road. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Thank you for making our stay here easy. It was so comfortable and welcoming. We appreciated the breakfast bits and ease of the place. We would love to come back again.
