Lovely spacious modern villa in a perfect location. great restaurants on your doorstep as is the beach. Great welcome host too

The treehouse was quite special and pretty, and we enjoyed our stay. If you have some adventure spirit and love an out of the box experience this is for you. You are right in the field and your lullaby will be birds singing in the tree, the wind rattling around the house and the leaves, cows in the near by shed, roosters all around, geckos call and some singing from the temple. Saying that we slept amazingly well enjoying the beautiful subrise sky when waling up feeling very close to nature. The beach is rocky and simple, mainly for fishing. The staff super friendly and responsive. We stayed 2 nights and found it a great experience.

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Wir hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist einfach fantastisch und bietete alles was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Kadek und Comang, sowie der gesamten Staff waren äußerst hilfsbereit und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und sehr gut versorgt. Vielen Dank auch an Putu, der uns bei all unseren Touren zuverlässig und sehr freundlich unterstützte. Wir hoffen wir können bald wiederkommen.

Stunning cliff side accommodation and hands down one of the most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is breathtaking, the balcony is lovely, the bathroom feels like you’re in a cave! Stunning design with a comfortable room. That being said there are a few things to note Pros: - Honestly one of the most stunning Airbnbs at a pretty affordable price - Location is great with many beaches and restaurants nearby - Good A/C and drinking water dispenser - Porter service was great for luggage Cons: - You need to climb up/down several steep stairs to get to the place which means it’s not the most accessible. - Blinds are very thin which means the room gets really bright early in the morning - you might get the odd visitor 🐸 Nevertheless on the balance it’s an amazing place that we highly recommend!

Spacious villa with a pool. The pool is clean. Each bedroom has en-suite outdoor bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the ACs works well. The living room/kitchen has a portable fan, a small sofa and a dining table. It is not the most ‘cosy’ and well laid-out living room I have been, but it may just work as a place to get family/group to sit down to have a meal together. Going in and out of the villa can be challenging if you bring your own car and you’re not used to drive on a small lane in Bali. Using scooters to go around Melasti/Amed will be much easier. Good Stuff cafe nearby has excellent fresh and delicious food/coffee.

This place is absolutely incredible!! Private getaway with everything you could want or need, and only a short walk to a Main Street with restaurants, shops, and beach! Vincent was the most gracious host, meeting us upon arrival to show us his space he built for his family, and meeting us at departure to make sure our stay was up to par! Unbelievable way to spend your time in Bali and highly recommend this villa and Vincent!

This property is in a stunning location with easy access to an enormous mostly empty beautiful beach with incredible waves. The house is as described - very eco friendly with a wonderful view from the garden and the outside and inside of the properties blending seamlessly. The master bedrooms have en-suite open air enclosed bathrooms which means you are showering next to happy ferns! Airconditioning is great in the rooms and there are so many place to sit and read. The beach hut down the hill with its own small pool was the highlight for our younger teenage son and swimming in the natural pool was wonderful. Spencer is easy to communicate with and lives next door. Staff come in to make you breakfast on the verandah and for an extra cost can make other meals. Spencer was very helpful with advice via what’s app but was never intrusive. His two dogs would pop round to sit on the porch from time to time which we loved. A five star experience for us.

Iluh는 진짜 최고의 요리사입니다. 아침 점심 저녁 모두너무 훌륭한 식사를 했으며, 정원사는 매일 마당과 수영장을 청소해주었으며, 기사는 어디든 데려다주고 시간 약속도 정확하게 지켰습니다. 시큐리티 직원도 늦은 시간까지 출입문을 지켜주었으며 너무나 친절하고 훌륭했습니다. 최고의 서비스를 받았으며, 최고의 시설에서 너무나 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 발리에 오면 반드시 다시 올 것 입니다. 정말 최고의 사람과 시설에서 충분하게 대접 받는 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 이런 훌륭한 시설과 서비스에 감동했습니다. 반드시 예약하세요! 단 1퍼센트의 후회도 없을 것을 장담합니다.

super hôte, emplacement magnifique, personnel gentil et à notre écoute. Ketut le chauffeur nous a proposé des visites intéressantes, d'une gentillesse extrême. Eka la gouvernante, Wian et le personnel sont bienveillants et très agréables. nous recommandons vivement cet hôte. si nous revenons à Bali, il est certain que nous reviendrons ici.

The hospitality and services are top notch, very grateful to endra and the team for assisting us during our stay. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, fully equipped amenities(plates, cutterly, towel, soap etc) beautiful and breathtaking view. Definitely will come back in the future!

Ein absoluter Traum! Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa auf Bali bei Warren und seiner Frau war einfach unbeschreiblich gut. Die Unterkunft ist ein echtes Paradies – luxuriös, makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der private Pool, das freundliche Personal und das atemberaubende Ambiente haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen! Absolut empfehlenswert – 10 von 10! Vielen Dank lieber Warren, vielen Dank lieber Budi dass du uns so viele km so sicher über die Insel gefahren hast und uns tolle Hotspots gezeigt hast.

Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte gebucht, aber dieses Haus hat uns einfach aus den Socken gehauen, weil wie gemacht für uns. 3 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer - ein wunderschöner großer nach außen offener Wohnbereich und der eigene Pool haben es abgerundet. Die Hängematte wurde direkt vom Ältesten in Beschlag genommen mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer. Was aber neben dem Haus erwähnenswert ist, sind die Gastgeber. Vom ersten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin über die Abstimmung mit dem Team über Ankunft, Frühstückswünsche, Tourenplanung hat alles bestens funktioniert. Da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Umgebung des Hauses weit weg vom übervölkerten Süden war traumhaft schön, egal ob Tauchen, Wanderungen, Restaurantbesuche & Co - hier konnten wir uns blind auf Koming und Gede verlassen, die Haus und uns betreuten. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und macht einfach Lust auf mehr Bali.

What an incredible stay. The villa is huge and it has everything you could need and more. The view is breathtaking as well as the infinity pool and outside area. Nothing beats being able to watch the surf everyday and having your own private entry into the water. The staff is wonderful and everyone is very sweet and helpful. We’re already looking forward to booking here again and coming back!

We’re reluctantly leaving this review, but of not fault of Jennifer’s, but for our own selfish reasons..LOL..We fear that if we adequately describe how AMAZING this place is, that it’ll be extremely hard for us to book again in the future. Not only is the property exactly as described, but coupled with the out of this world amazing staff, this place is truly a dream. Now before I run out of characters allotted, I will make mention that the drive/ride from the airport to the villa is about 3 hours, but if you’re willing to accept that, then welcome to PARADISE! Every meal that was prepared was not only delicious, as well as nutritious and FRESH! We felt right at home and welcomed, whether in the villa our out in the community. This trip was our honeymoon, and Bali and Villa Sedang will forever be a part of our love story. Thanks so much Jennifer and staff!

We were a family of 13 including 2 young children. The staff were excellent and super helpful. Agus could arrange anything for us, including a couple of exceptional meals at very reasonable cost. The Villa is a little way from the main shopping / supermarket but again Agus could arrange transport if required. Would certainly recommend this Villa.

The place was beautiful as described, and was right on the beach. The staff were lovely. House instructions are inside in a laminated booklet that tells you what to expect. We got massages on site which were wonderful. Highly recommend - would love to go back one day.

최고의 숙소입니다. 사진 속 풍경보다 훨씬 더 멋집니다. 1. 빙인 비치가 집 안으로 들어와 있습니다. 바다와 하나 되는 신기한 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 2. 숙소 바로 앞에서 해수욕을 할 수 있습니다. 3. 숙소바로 옆 sea food BBQ에서 저렴한 가격에 식사가 가능합니다. 4. 숙소 옆 Cafe는 Live music으로 당신의 밤을 아름답고 신나게 채워 줄 것입니다. 5. 숙소와 주차장을 오르 내리는 계단이 결코 쉽지 않습니다. 땀이 많이 날 것입니다. 다소의 접근의 불편함은 있지만 나는 다시 올 것입니다. 대단한 경험이 될 것을 확신합니다.

Nous avons séjourné 13jours à La Reserva, et nous avons adoré l’endroit. Le lieu est assez calme, le quartier est encore un peu typique. Le personnel est très agréable, à l’écoute. Ils nous ont recommandé un très bon chauffeur, Johann 😊. On recommande fortement

We had a fabulous stay. Ketut and Wayan took great care of us and were quite thoughtful with meals. We used Luh's Massage recommendations were wonderful in villa! We did short half day trips for the Buddhist Temple, Hot Springs, Git-Git Waterfall, and Aling-Aling Waterfall area with cliff jumping, waterfall slides, and a blue lagoon. We also did a boat ride to see dolphins where they pick you up on the shore, which was prettt wonderful at sunrise (but the boats kind of chase the dolphins, so it was also a little sad even though it was fun to see the pods and babies). The space is big enough to have your own room to relax and communal enough to have fun with friends/family with a fabulous pool that gradually gets deeper and is dive worthy and a great swim length for any swimmers or divers! The hosts are thoughtful and offer a welcome meal and breakfast, so make sure to let them know allergies at the time of booking so they can accomodate. It was a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible time here. we came for our honeymoon and they made so many personal touches and surprises for us. Wayan is an incredible house manager. Anything you need, he's the man. he arranged a driver, our private chef, and was always very responsive to any request. We would absolutely come back here. Wayan amd Firman, thank you for making it all such a wonderful experience for us.
