Beautiful home with a large spacious backyard for my dog. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. I was alone with my dog and felt very safe. The house was equipped with all I needed and more. Very welcoming. Huge TVs in all the rooms. Ami was very friendly and made sure I was able to check in effortlessly. Excellent host and the perfect place to stay! 10/10 recommend! Will absolutely stay again when passing through the area.

My family enjoyed staying at Ami’s place. It was peaceful and serene. When I booked I didn’t realize it was a duplex (my fault ). I wasn’t sure we would all fit comfortably when we arrived, but I was wrong. We had a great time and fit perfectly. I highly recommend staying at this place and I would come back if I am ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rhiannon’s place. The building is beautiful and peacefully nestled beside a river, creating a very serene and calming atmosphere. The surrounding area is lush and green, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Rhiannon was a thoughtful and proactive host—she even recommended a great spot to play soccer, which we really enjoyed. I’d gladly recommend this place to friends and would love to return in the future.

Ami’s place in Manteno is like having your own little one story duplex to call home for however long you’re in need of a comfy comfy place to stay. I immediately felt at home, not only in her home but in all of my communications with both Ami and Steve. It’s apparent how important the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of their guests accommodations are. They were super helpful with local recommendations on more than one occasion. Very responsive and very friendly. Their little one story end unit on a small a cul-de-sac had every creature comfort and then some. And it’s within walking distance to downtown Manteno which is friendly and charming as well. Highly recommended!

Dawn was amazing, the home itself doesn’t have A/C but with the two fans in the room we almost turned in the heat lol. Beautiful home and a beautiful view when waking up in the morning! Saw a fox walking the River one morning even, 10 out 10

My family had a wonderful stay ! Actually my son, said the bed was so comfortable he didn't want to get up ! Love that they had a Christmas tree up ! It's the little things ! This our third stay at JIm and Maggie's place , 1st 2 stays at different location, both were perfect! Thank you !

Staying at Rhiannon and Derrick's home was an absolute pleasure. Their home was cozy, clean and well maintained wth those extra little touches that made it feel like home. The view of the river was an added bonus, which made our stay very relaxing. They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable. We couldn't ask for better hosts.

Great hosts.. very responsive to our needs. We were there for a family funeral and when we arrived there was a wonderful sympathy addressed to our family. So thoughtful really. Home was also great… accolades

Magical place!!! Beautiful community! We just loved staying in the River here with our dog! Rhiannon was the best hostess. This place is stocked to the nines with linens dishes, bowls, pots, pans. You name it! We were able to enjoy the river and. The park is right next door so it was perfect walking my dog! The perennial blooms were making a show when we were here so again. Just a magical place! We will be back for sure. Thank you so much to the Ford's for doing it right!!!!

Felt just like home, the host was very responsive, and the kitchen had everything I needed for family dinners! Love the place and will definitely be back!

Ami was a very responsive and friendly host. I booked this stay for my elderly family members who were traveling to the area, and they absolutely loved the home.
