If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Kroatien war perfekt! Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung – modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war ideal, nur wenige Minuten von einer großen Stadt entfernt.Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Besonders die kleinen Details und die gemütliche Einrichtung haben uns begeistert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Kroatien suchen! Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen wie begeistert wir von allem waren .

Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Es ist alles sauber und genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und beschrieben ist. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, tolle Strände und Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Highlight ist natürlich der wunderschöne Außenbereich, die Zeit dort haben wir sehr genossen. Milan ist ein super netter Gastgeber, bereits vor Anreise hatten wir Kontakt und wurden herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Ми сім'єю з двома дітьми 10 років зупинилися у помешканні Томіслави на тиждень. Це були неймовірні враження. Квартира зручна, красива, обладнанна необхідною технікою (у тому числі посудомийкою), зручними меблями, великий балкон, де можна розкішно проводити час, діти з нього не виходили. До пляжу, 5 хвилин пішки, він розділений на неглибокий з піщаним входом - для маленьких дітей, та на пляж з галькою більш глибокий для дорослих. Щоранку на невеликому базарі біля моря можна придбати свіжу рибу та приготувати її на грилі у зоні барбекю на території проживання у Томіслави. Окремо хочу подякувати господині Томіславі за чуйність і увагу, дуже приємна і дружня людина.

L'alloggio si trova in una bella zona, tranquilla con a due passi un piccolo supermercato e Qualche bar. Fuori casa inizia la strada pedonale che porta al centro storico, raggiungibile in una mezz'oretta a piedi; la strada è caratterizzata da numerose splendide calette. La posizione della casa per noi è stata l'ideale proprio perché tranquilla e buona come posizione. Danijel e sua moglie sono molto disponibili alle comunicazione, riservati e non invadenti. Il monolocale è piccolo ma dispone di tutto il necessario ed è molto comodo e confortevole. Cucina e bagno attrezzato e tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine! Grazie Danijel!

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. We had an amazing stay at Marin’s place! The house was clean, nice spot the terrace for the sunset, and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. What it really made our stay special was the wonderful neighbor, who treated us like old friends. We had a nice short time with her, sharing grapes and figs, She truly was the icing on the cake!

Everything was perfect! Agata, her father, Zeljko and his wife were super friendly and always very helpful! Communication was super fast! The house is beautiful, really remote and calm! Perfect if you are looking for an island escape and are not in the mood for other people ;)

We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

10/10 - das Haus ist super für eine Familie geeignet. Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich und wir mussten uns um nichts sorgen. Auch auf Anfrage, dass wir neue Bettwäsche brauchten, wurde schnell reagiert und uns neue Wäsche gebracht. Die Lage ist super und ruhig mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Man kann direkt vor der Unterkunft parken und der Check-In war unkompliziert.

We had an excellent stay. Rade met us at the house and gave us a very thorough check in and also came to the house for our check out. He also made some great local recommendations and provided us with a very nice bottle of local wine and a corkscrew! Much appreciated. During our stay, he was very responsive when we had any issues. The only slight downside was that it was about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area and the majority of the restaurants. However, there were a few restaurant choices within 10 minutes walk of the house. I would still highly recommend this house.

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

La maison est parfaite en tous points! Parfaitement équipée et très accueillante. Conforme à la description. La maison est idéalement située car proche de plusieurs plages à pieds. Il est aussi possible d’aller jusqu’à la vieille ville de Zadar à pieds (30 minutes environ) Tamara est très gentille et réactive. Elle nous a donné aussi de bonnes recommandations.

Agree with all the other reviewers. This is a lovely older townhouse with two bedrooms upstairs. Toilet is downstairs. I absolutely loved sitting outside in the peaceful garden, but the mosquitoes are really bad, maybe just the time of the year. The house is spacious and its a very short walk to the shopping centre and 10 mins to old town. Ivana was very responsive and helpful. The only negative is that the shower is a small bathtub with shower curtain so the space is a bit small, but probably we're just not used to that style. Overall this is a great place to stay, no noise despite being so close to everything.

We loved our stay during the Easter time. Very private and peaceful. Zadar is the city that is the nearest, approx. 20min drive. Beach access and good internet. Recommended!

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Ante was very welcoming and available for any request. He was attentive to detail and made sure that our stay ran smoothly. The house is incredible, everything is spotless and tastefully decorated. Thanks again, we'll be back! 🥰

Wir durften 16 Tage in dieser Unterkunft mit unseren 2 Hündinnen verbringen und es war wundervoll. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und der Garten ist wundervoll. Solltet Ihr reaktive Hunde haben, könnte dies zum Problem werden, da Katzen Dauergäste im Aussenbereich sind. Unsere Hunde konnten sich mit den Katzen anfreunden und chillten dann zusammen auf der Terasse. Tennis und Botcha Matches machten spaß 😎 Bei Fragen war das Vermieterpaar immer Ansprechbar und hat trotz unserer Sprachbarriere (kein Deutsch oder Englisch seitens Vermieter, kein Kroatisch unsererseits) alle Fragen klären können! Wir hätten uns einen Staubsauger gewünscht, aber bei dem was die Unterkunft mit sich bringt, ist das heulen auf hohem Niveau. 10 Minuten zum Strand, 20 Minuten zum Hundestrand, 15 Min Radius mehrere verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 25 minuten nach Zadar und dann diese Ruhe auf dem Gelände Wir bedanken uns für diesen Aufenthalt und können das nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. es war fantastisch
