Our stay was wonderful, and the location was perfect. We were provided with nice Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and a beach bag, which was a great touch. It’s a fantastic option if you want to avoid the traffic and crowds of a hotel. My only suggestion is that they need assigned parking and newly painted spaces would be helpful. Returning at night, we sometimes found it difficult to find a spot due to other tenants not following the one-car-per-room rule or not parking at an angle, which was made harder by the old faded lines.

This is our second time in two years, staying in this exact condo, and our family of four feels right at home! You can’t be the location across from Magic Sands, we feel very comfortable with our teens, walking across the street or going down to the gated pool on their own. Great separation of space for a family with a living room and kitchen, and we use the kitchen the entire stay. Comfortable beds and lots of beach chairs and boogie boards, etc. on the lanai. Great condo in every way-very responsive hosts.

We stayed at the Kona Hawaiian resort in 2024 and it was just as nice in 2025! It's a really ideal setup for my husband, daughter, my inlaws and myself with the two bedroom suite. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool almost every day. I will likely come back a third time!

Place itself was nice and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. I was in a downstairs unit and noise travels easily, could hear upstairs neighbors at all hours. Despite the noise, I would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – A Hawaiian Dream Come True! I can’t say enough great things about our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, (SHOUT OUT TO BIG MAC) and attentive—going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every comfort you could imagine. And I have to mention the bed—hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a cloud, which made every night feel like a dream. The location was ideal, close enough to enjoy all the best that Kona has to offer while still feeling like our own little peaceful retreat. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a flawless, relaxing, and memorable stay in Hawaii, this is the place. Thank you for making our trip so special we can’t wait to come back!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We stayed a couple of nights at this beautiful place. Meg and Bred are great hosts. We loved the view from the Porch, all the small details in the apartment. We took private surf lessons with Brad and he is a very great teacher, he is super passionate about surfer. He also offers coffee tours. Definitely check with them what to do as we got a lot of recommendations and they help in case something is needed. The environment is peaceful, non touristic and gives you an impression how it is to be a local. Enjoy the jungle sounds at night and the stunning sunsets from the Porch. Thanks for hosting us. Nos encantó la casa! Es un lugar muy tranquilo con sonidos de la naturaleza. A las personas que les guste estar rodeado de lo natural, sin que se pierda la comodidad, es un sitio excepcional, con vista increíble. Jenne nos indico a la perfección la ubicación de la casa y nos recibió con amabilidad y una sorpresa de su parte nos esperaba. We have stayed at a few airbnbs, but Chris’s place was the cleanest airbnb we have ever seen. Seriously. Even places that were far more expensive weren’t as clean as this place. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, even the carport- the entire place was spotless and clean. The driveway is steep but our rental car was a Mazda CX-30 and we had no problems going up or down. Rent an suv and follow Chris’s instructions and you’ll be fine. We loved how secluded and quiet Chris’s place is, while still being only 5-10 minutes away from stores, cafes, etc. Loved the location. Loved the views and the house even more. Also loved the playground in the backyard which was also clean. We especially want to thank Chris for providing various beach gear which was so so convenient. I have never written such a long review for anything in my life so hopefully this just shows how much we appreciated and enjoyed our stay at Chris’s house. Thank you so much!

This place was fantastic. The view is amazing- ocean, stars, mountains, it literally has it all. It’s super family friendly, tons of stuff to help you if you are traveling with an infant, toys, yard, safe space, play pen— everything you could need. It’s in a great spot with beautiful beaches ten minutes away. The hosts are so incredible. We grilled out on the deck watching the stars, picked fruit in the yard, enjoyed Kona coffee. If you stay anywhere else on big island you are missing out. This is a must stay and an incredible experience. We will return ❤️

Absolutely stunning home…great location and furnished with pretty much anything you could ever need. Between the hammock, ping pong table, tree house, and beach toys, it’s hard to imagine that any place could possibly be more kid-friendly. Hosts were responsive and extremely accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again, and highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay at - wonderful amenities and right next to one of the nicese beaches! Also free of any insects that plague alot of other locations (iykyk) - would stay here again for sure!

Second time staying at one of their places and it still was good. I would say it’s a pretty good place to stay. They have outlets in many places for people with tech. It’s also very well designed and good price for what you get. Meaning it’s a good balance. Quality for sure. They have cameras so that your stuff is protected because I had work and had to ship out a million (exaggeration) items and felt cool about leaving them and coming back. Walking around the neighborhood is fabulous because the people around are nice too. Backyard is well kept as well. Didn’t get to enjoy it much this time because I was on the move but my first stay we played outside more. Overall, yea I liked it as you can see and would do it again.

What a perfect place to stay. Beautiful view and awesome accommodations. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to everywhere. Chad was great! Super helpful and attentive. Very comfortable place to stay with everything you could want. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Beautiful condo, very close to an amazing beach. Good amenities. The property management was quick to reach out and deal with anything. We had a lovely visitor we named frank the ghecko every morning while we ate our breakfast.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful- appreciated the central AC during a warm humid few days in Kona! Great amenities, plenty of beach/snorkeling gear, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy couch and beds. The guest room queen bed was a tad firm, but worked well for one of the couples. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with a peek ocean view and the occasional rooster noises (bring earplugs if you like to sleep in! This applies to the whole island, tbh). Oh, and the pool area was great too when we needed a break from all the great beaches nearby! Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was just like the picture. The clean and well-organized accommodation made our vacation start in a good mood. We were very comfortable during our stay, equipped with bathrooms and kitchen supplies, and we also used the rice cooker very well. It had two bathrooms, so it was good for our family to wash up after swimming in the sea. The bed was big and clean, but it was so fluffy for us that our backs hurt a little. It was also very convenient with 2 large boogie boards, a beach chair, parasol, flippers and other beach supplies. When we asked if we had any questions, the host answered us almost right away, so we were grateful. The pool and the Jacuzzi that starts late in the afternoon also made our vacation better. You can walk the Magic Sand and it takes only 10 minutes to get to Kona downtown. We are willing to stay again if you come to Kona again next time. I recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic stay here! Great place and location, close to so much in Kona but still peaceful and relaxed. Rony was exceptional host: proactive, friendly, and flexible.

What a great find!!! Marco’s condo is everything as advertised & more! Beautiful view, quiet, clean, great new appliances. Location is easily walkable to all of Ali’i Drive. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning, watching the paddlers, parasailers, and surfers. Complex has a fantastic pool & hot tub that are immaculately maintained. We miss it already!

Janell’s place was great and really comfortable with fantastic accommodations. The location is central and walkable. Would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect home base for our family. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance. The closest beach is great for families. The rental was well equipped for beach outings (towels, chairs, snorkels etc.) We brought our one year old and needed a high chair. When we asked Tanya about this item since it was not included in the listing, she went above and beyond to borrow one for our stay! We would love to stay here again if we return to the Big Island!! We would highly recommend this rental.
