This home is such a gem! Just under an hour to the south entrance of Grand Canyon NP and 3 minutes from “Main Street” on Route 66. The home was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub and fire pits an awesome bonus…all around great stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thoroughly enjoyed our second time at this house. Only negative this time was the fireplace wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be looked at during our stay.

The property was better than described. The house was very well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Very pet friendly as well. Everything was five stars. The location was great. It is in a nice neighborhood that is a short drive to anything you want to do in. Flagstaff. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks!

Excellent location that is easy walking distance to old town Cottonwood. We enjoyed our stay and are already discussing another trip to explore the area more. Tiffany was extremely easygoing and responded quickly.

Loved the decor. my son spent over an hour looking at all the different maps and other things. loved the red kitchen decor as well. Also loved the hot tub. Would stay here again.

The house was even better than described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal, close to trails and restaurants but still quiet. This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

What a gorgeous Sedona stay! The backyard is one that you never want to leave. But there’s so many iconic landmarks nearby that are well worth the hike. The house is quiet and peaceful and has giant windows with showstopper views. There’s thoughtful things throughout the house, like the snack basket which my kids were thrilled about, lots of family games and a record player for a fun game night. Immaculate kitchen. Good coffee and other essentials within walking distance. Book a reservation ahead of time at Mariposa and get empanadas and drinks on the deck, and take in the stunning views. And if you need anything, the host is very kind and really went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. Enjoy! I know we did!

We stayed here for spring break with our son, who got to see Sedona for the first time. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and well equipped. Our son LOVED the video games. And, of course, the view off the back deck is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and private, and is in easy reach of some great stores, restaurants, and local attractions. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Sedona now, and look forward to coming back.

Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice and quiet. It was great to walk to nearby restaurants. Lots of hiking nearby too. Would definitely stay again.

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay in Cottonwood. It was an excellent location for seeing the area. Very peacefull at night and we loved lazing around the pool. Some minor maintenance issues that may need a look at but otherwise a fantastic stay and well worth booking.

We loved our stay in Sedona at Russel’s place. Location was great, right off main road and close to uptown. Grocery and restaurants all very close by. Was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Appreciated laundry access during vacation. Condo is close to pool and hot tub. Russell provided a guide book with helpful suggestions of local hikes. He was very quick and responsive to any questions. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

My wife and I had such an amazing time staying at the cottage! There are so many activities to do locally and thanks to Joe's recommendations, we had much more fun than we expected. This space was exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room to spread out inside with a cute patio in the back. Host was super responsive and it was a great value for a one night stay! We would stay here again without pets but it isn’t really pet friendly due to the strict requirements of walking the pets in the neighborhood (which requires getting dressed and leashing up dogs before giving them a potty break). We book Air BnB instead of hotels to avoid this.

The place was amazing very nice place exactly as shown on pictures host was also amazing very attentive on anything we needed I would 100% recommend this place you will not be disappointed

Jonathan and Carin’s place was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the serene backyard and beautifully setup interiors. It was as described with no surprises.

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

We stayed here for one night twice in one week - on our way out to CA and then again on our way back. It's a lovely little place in the trees to stay! It's only about 330 square feet so not a ton of room, but the queen bed was very comfortable and there's a nice bar area for dining with a small microwave, awesome retro-looking mini fridge and coffee maker as well as a couple plates, coffee mugs, utensils and fixings for coffee. The bathroom was nice as well with amazing water pressure in the shower!! Big windows in the living area and bedroom let in lots of natural light and I'm sure the wood burning stove is a joy in the winter (it was too warm for us to use this trip). My only wish is that the tv was on the wall in the living room instead of behind the door in the bedroom. It would've been great to have a remote that would work the power and volume for the tv as well instead of just the Roku remote. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the Flagstaff area.
