We were super happy with the house and the location. We would stay there again and again and again! We had a few hiccups with the air conditioning downstairs, but it was taken care of fairly quickly once brought to the hosts attention. We hated to leave… Thank you for an awesome time.

We loved our long winter stay at this beautiful home! It is spacious and gracious! The large rooms with high ceilings give an expansive feel throughout. The peaceful, south-facing sunroom was filled with sunlight all day and is a delightful space to read, nap, chat or practice yoga. The furniture in the master bedroom is simply tremendous! We cooked most of our meals and appreciated the full kitchen and dining spaces. Rebecca and her spouse live nearby and are extremely responsive and accommodating. They are gracious hosts, and we enjoyed our conversations. They truly want you to enjoy your trip to the fullest. Staying at this home is a treat!

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space was clean, and equipped with everything we needed plus some fun amenities. The location was perfect, close to local gems but still peaceful. Thoughtful touches like a full coffee bar and little gift cards made it unforgettable. 10/10, we’ll be back!

Heel mooi gelegen woning in zeer gezellige, veilige buurt. Vriendelijke buren die spontaan gesprek begonnen. Zijn ronde gaan joggen en ook dit was geweldig door de buurt waar we verbleven. Heel attente, spontane gastheer die heel behulpzaam was. Niets op aan te merken, gewoon booken !🫶🏻

Everything was as nice as expected. We had an issue with our door and Eddie responded immediately, even in a torrential rainstorm. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the am with my coffee watching the wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great; the beach, grocery stores, and several restaurants were about 5 minutes away. We booked this house for the backyard and it was our favorite part of the house. We spent most of our time outdoors lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the pool. While the pool is small, it was actually perfect for my toddlers. The house was very clean and the bed was decently comfortable. They also provided all the necessary amenities, provided all the beach essentials, and even had board games. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any reported issues immediately.

This house was perfect for our staycation, super cute, close to everything, and so pretty! Sarah was so responsive to any questions we had, and always responded quickly!

Uitstekend verblijf, leuke locatie. Woning is in het echt een stuk groter dan op de foto’s. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad met ons gezin.

Location is ideal, beautiful water view, perfect place for a getaway! Highly recommended, place was exactly as presented! Thank you!

Great place to stay! Can’t beat the location (extremely walkable to local restaurants, the pier, etc.). Place itself was super nice, extremely clean, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I booked this place for a few of my colleagues who are in the area for work, and they all noted that this place provided the quality and comfort that they were needing after long work days. Jesus was a wonderful host. He was always responsive and ready to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

First, the location was superb to our needs. Restaurants and shops minutes away while walking. As an avid cyclist, the bike trails miles of fun. Paula’s place fitted our needs perfectly. Clean, comfortable and the other guests we met were friendly. We plan to be back soon!

This was a very nice place. It was close to everything. Very easy to get inside very clean and a lot of things to do around the area.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

Absolutely wonderful stay and beautiful home! Description of the listing was completely accurate and all of the extra amenities were great. Having a high chair and pack and play with a mattress was perfect for our 2 year old. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our morning coffee and the pool, and could not beat the location. Communication was quick and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

Amazing place for a group of friends to hangout! Jeff was very helpful with checking in and had the place looking awesome! Will be our go to spot in Tampa from now on!

Margarettes place was wonderful. My wife and I have been doing extended stay trips for years. Her place was the best so far. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived. Margarette was responsive , acted quickly and resolved the problem as quickly as she could. Would definitely recommend the home !
