We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Liz's house. She has been very kind and really helped us enjoy our stay at her place. House was clean, communication fluent and the garden is amazing. Our kids loved playing the toys in the house

Honestly, I can't fault this place—it was perfect from the moment we checked in. The property is simply stunning and spotless. One of the loveliest surprises was the thoughtful basket with blankets and toys for the dogs. They absolutely adored the spacious, secure garden—it gave us such peace of mind knowing they could run around safely. The hot tub was fantastic and heated up so quickly, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable—I've never slept so well! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. If you're thinking about booking this place, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We’re already looking forward to coming back!Can't wait to visit again

Absolutely stunning place to stay, we didn't want to come home. Everything was so well thought out, so many helpful and lovely touches to make your stay enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully furnished, cosy, a dream little getaway. The games room was so much fun, the hot tub is pure luxury with a stunning view, we honestly couldn't have wished for more, would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you Abi and family for sharing your wonderful farm with us for the weekend.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Rectory Camp. It was exactly what we were looking for—relaxing, peaceful, and private. The cabin was spotless and cozy, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for enjoying the evenings, and the indoor fire added an extra touch of warmth and charm. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and our host, Emma, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle—highly recommend!

Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

What a lovely weekend we have just had here. Super instructions made everything a breeze. Location and accommodation was fab. Hot tub was lush and the proximity to Woodstock shops / pubs and Blenheim made this place perfect for us. Slightly quirky layout (low ceilings / beams etc) but full of character. Topped off with gorgeous handwash / hand cream and reed diffusers in every bathroom and a lovely bottle of fizz to welcome us to the house. We would love to return!

Maggie's place was a beautiful home base to explore Oxford from. Her home was immaculate and so gorgeous - we were sad to leave! Thanks for an excellent stay x

We had an amazing time on Alan's boat! Beautiful location, really close to the station and local attractions. Alan was a great and attentive host and the boat was impressively kitted out with everything you could possibly think of! Lovely and clean inside with lots of thoughtful extras to make the stay more comfortable! Would highly recommend staying here and we definitely would stay again! Thank you 😁

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Close to two pubs that provide great food. Close to Didcot for train to Oxford. Very close to the Harwell campus.

Beautifully presented and furnished cottage - exactly as described and had a lovely stay there in a lovely location. Lots of local walks and attractions and Rachel provided a lot of useful information to make our stay as good as possible. Initially found it hard to find the cottage but Rachel was incredibly responsible and helpful and so this didn’t detract from our stay in the slightest. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cotswold. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders das großzügige Kinderzimmer hat den jungen Gästen gefallen. Neben der Lage mitten in der Natur war der Games Room ein weiteres Highlight, was von den Kindern gern genutzt wurde. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben auf Empfehlung die kleinen Pubs der Umgebung besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Oxford ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Oxfordshire.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay Barn! While the house is on a busy road, it felt very private once on the property. We stayed over the Easter weekend and were doing lots of baking and cooking - the kitchen had every appliance you could need. The house was spotless, spacious, and we felt at home immediately. A car is essential as there is nothing realistically in walking distance, but pubs a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. A beautiful little cottage in a very pretty village. Located just off the village green with the pub in view from the kitchen window. We had a very comfortable stay and had an excellent Sunday lunch in the Pointer.

Lovely stay at Tim's place with my hubby Lee and our pooch Huxley. The lodge was very peaceful, warm and comfortable. And the new railway sleeper bed is fab! Tim and his co-host Paulina were good hosts, we had one small issue with the wifi, which they worked to resolve very quickly. Lovely welcome items waiting for us, which was a great touch. I work in the area quite often and wouldn't hesitate to book Tim's space again in the future.

The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. We stayed with three kids (one baby) and it was just perfect. Our kids LOVED the pool (super warm and Just right for the kids) and the games room. The welcome basket was amazing and super generous- best gift ever!

Lovely place to stay with great facilities. Super host. Loved the small touches such as the access to children’s toys and wine on arrival. Fantastic views . We loved that we could watch the animals. The place felt very private and was in a great location to visit nearby towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.
