KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Wildlife Preserve Home in Jennings includes tour

Camphouse in the middle of a wildlife preserve 250 acres. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to go on a wildlife safari ride around the preserve. (Upon availability) You will have the possibility of seeing whitetail, Axis deer, fallow deer, and blackbuck antelope, & fox squirrels. Cabin will sleep 5 people comfortably up to 6 people if they share queen bed .( bunk beds in common area sleeps 4 + separate space with queen bed) Jennings is 30min from Valdosta, GA and Wild adventures
