The Natchez room was very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is within walking distance (1/2 mile) of the French Quarter, Bourbon St, WWII Museum, and multiple excellent restaurants. No real negatives to the location or the building.

Nicki’s home was an amazing place to stay during our trip to New Orleans. We wanted something with authenticity in a residential area away from the madness, and this was perfect. It felt like we were truly immersed in the history of the area, but with all the comforts one could ask for. Comfortable beds and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like home, and a quick 2-block walk to Magazine St offered tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicki was a great host and let us leave our bags early ahead of check in time. I would happily stay here again!

Great location! Perfect size for our family of 8. Responsive host. Easy in/out. Very high ceilings in unit and lots of sweet character. For anyone street parking in this area..we got a parking ticket for parking within 20 ft of a crosswalk. Also lots of 2 hr parking. It was fine until the French Quarter festival started, then there was no parking. We had to find a paid lot.

What a gorgeous home! We were just blown away when we checked in and couldn't get over the layout and the character of the place. I wish we had had more time, and I will definitely book this place again next time I visit NO. The Marigny has always been my favorite neighborhood, and Franz's place was just deep in enough to be quiet, away from the lively bars on Frenchman, while being a short walk to all the action. Mostly though, I could have spent the whole visit on the balcony porch drinking coffee. So dreamy!

We had a great time! Weather was perfect and we ended up walking alot, even to Mardi Gras world from the house, then took shuttle to french quarter and rode the street car back. It's a quiet street and neighbors were friendly. Be sure to ride uptown on the street car to view the beautiful houses.

Had a great stay at Robin’s house. House was well maintained and clean. The neighborhood was quiet but still close enough to the French Quarter.

This place is delightful. Quirky, funky, vintage pieces all over the house. The neighborhood is so fun! I have family in New Orleans and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!
