Mirko is the perfect host. Always available, friendly and with great recommendations. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Authentic, modern with all the amenities you could desire. Great location! We travel often, and we’re very happy with our choice. Delivered breakfast was perfect to start our day!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Smilja ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gut zu erreichen und das Haus ist wunderschön. Absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder!

We had 8 people in the villa for a week and everything went perfect. I was a bit worried about the noise from overflying airplanes but it wasn´t bad at all. The villa was very calm and near shops and the beach. Bikes and scooters were a very nice addition and we used them daily. Djana was a great host and answered all my questions fast. I would strongly recommend this villa for a vacation.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Polecam!!! Super dom zgodny z opisem. Niedaleko do plaży, sklepów itd. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z Ivanem, zawsze odpowiadał na nasze pytania i był bardzo przyjazny! Polecam!

Für uns, 7 Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder war es eine tolle Woche. wir hatten genug Platz und ein Kinderbett stand auch zur Verfügung. Fernab von Stress und mit allem was wir benötigen. tolle Lage, tolles Haus. Das Pool und Whirlpool beheizt sind konnten wir auch Ende Oktober/Anfang November noch ausgiebig baden. Bis zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto etwas zwanzig Minuten. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

In den beiden Apartments hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt im unteren Apartment sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat. Die Einrichtung entsprach exakt den Abbildungen. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönen Unterkunft, alles wie auf den Bildern. Kristian ist ein sehr netter und einfacher Gastgeber. Alles sehr Gastfreundlich, Kuchen und Getränke direkt da gewesen was sehr nett ist. Der Pool wurde von unser jeden Tag genutzt. Mit einer Freundesgruppe eine super Unterkuft. Einziger Minuspunkt, ist die Bundesstraße direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes. Daher ist es schon recht laut. Trotzdem alles in Allem, klasse Unterkunft.

Liebe Valentina und Familie, wir haben uns sehr gefreut über unseren ersten Besuch in eurem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Wettertechnisch hatten wir zwar 3 Tage kein Glück, dennoch konnten wir den Whirlpool auch bei starkem Wind draußen gut nutzen. Das Haus ist perfekt für 5-6 Personen geeignet. Die Betten sind super bequem und mit den zwei Bädern und einer Gästetoilette vergebe ich die volle Punktzahl. Haben ja in Kroatien und der Toskana schon einige schöne Ferienhäuser gehabt aber das Haus von Valentinas Familie hat noch mal einen drauf gesetzt. Zum Strand sind es 30m. Man kann hier den Weg bis zur Brücke nach Vir bei Ebbe gut mit dem Hund laufen. Hier wird gerade einiges neu gebaut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Valentina war immer da um zu helfen bei Fragen. Somit haben wir nun einen neuen Benchmark was Familienurlaub mit Hund angeht. Wirklich top alles! Wir freuen uns schon auf den zweiten Besuch. Tutto fantastico, casa bellissima e pulitissima e non manca proprio nulla. Marija gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, cheesecake fatta in casa e vino di loro produzione! Consiglio vivamente! Grazie Marija!

A great experience - thank you for all your help and advice. The villa itself was large, clean and comfortable and provided a brilliant base to explore Split, Trogir (hidden gem) and the islands. The boat trip was epic and our evening with the private chef was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend. Local amenities were great with shops a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute car ride) away - and having help next door for any minor issues (like needing more bin bags/dishwasher tablets) was brilliant. Thanks for a great stay.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe da und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen und war qualitativ auf einem sehr hohem Niveau! Dominik war jederzeit erreichbar und engagiert unseren Aufenthalt problemlos zu halten! Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a lovely stay with six adults and three children. Lot's of space, had everything we needed. Outside fireplace area was perfect for cooking and dining. Heated pool was a hit for the kids and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mirta and Vinko were great hosts, very responsive and helpful! The taxi servive was perfect for getting around every day.

Wir haben kurzfristig die Unterkunft von Iris gebucht und waren überaus zufrieden. Wir wurden mit kaltem Getränken im Kühlschrank nettem Spielzeug für den Pool, Kaffeekapseln und allem, was man für den Start benötigt, empfangen. Boris hat uns super Einkaufstipps und nette Restaurants empfohlen. Die Lage ist großartig. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns für den großartigen Aufenthalt.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Vi har hatt en utrolig flott storfamilie ferie i huset til Marin. Vi var 12 personer. 8 voksne, 4 barn. Huset innfridde alle våre forventninger til en sånn ferie. Anbefales virkelig! Og vi er ganske sikre på at hit kommer vi igjen ved en senere anledning.

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!
