We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude in der Innenstadt gelegen. Für abendliches erkunden von Porec perfekt.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Necj's farmhouse was a wonderful base for our holiday in this corner of Slovenia. It offers beautiful views and is incredibly quiet, but only a short drive away from Koper, with all its amenities, as well as the highway towards Ljubljana, which can be reached in just over an hour. Necj's recommendations for places to eat and visit were great, and in general the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. The farmhouse has been restored with a lot of love. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a delight to spend time in. We would definitely come here again on a future visit.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt an diesem ruhigen und malerischen Ort. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch – sie haben uns zwischendurch sogar frische Tomaten aus ihrem Garten vorbeigebracht. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, trotzdem hat es seinen historischen Charm behalten. Der Garten war fast den ganzen Tag angenehm schattig, was perfekt für die heißen Tage war. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da und kommen gerne wieder.

Bel appartement avec une superbe terrasse offrant une magnifique vue sur le port. L’appartement est très agréable mais lorsqu’il fait très chaud il est préférable de vivre à l’extérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée mais petite donc il faut bien s’organiser. Umag n’a pas le même charme que les autres petits ports d’Istrie . Dommage que tous les restaurateurs du front de mer à Umag proposent tous les mêmes menus à des prix identiques. Il y a plein de restaurants de bord de mer à l’extérieur et je vous les conseille. La région est vraiment intéressante avec quelques belles découvertes vinicoles et surtout une côte magnifique, une mer chaude et des eaux cristallines. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Istrie

Sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit tollen Terassen und sehr individuell ausgestattet sowie Aufzug im Haus. Mit dem Bus kommt man problemlos in die Innenstadt. Simone ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Irena e suo marito sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto, molto pulito ed ordinato e la cucina è ben accessoriata anche per soggiorni più lunghi del nostro. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare da Irena.

Top Kommunikation. Von der Buchung, über Check-In & Parkplatz bis zum Check-Out hat alles prima gepasst. Es war alles sauber und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon von dem man aus der Ferne sogar aufs Meer schauen kann ist am Abend und in der Früh einfach wunderbar um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder zu starten. Gerne wieder! :)

The host welcomed us in person and was very warm and friendly, explaining all the important details we needed to know. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was equipped with essentials like salt and cooking oil, which made it easy for us to prepare a simple breakfast. It’s best to come by car for more convenience. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit Charme. Dich die Lage im 5.Stock sehr hell und mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war eine Baustelle nebenan, aber die sollte hoffentlich bald vorbei sein.

Pěkné místo, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. Hostitelé byli velmi milí a pozorní. Apartmán má velkou terasu k dispozici jen pro nás. Kuchyň je oddělená a přístupná přes terasu. Vhodné k trávení času a stolování venku. Na uvítanou jsme dostali zeleninu a domácí marmeládu. Moc děkujeme.

Susanna è una super host, davvero molto gentile, carina e attenta alle nostre esigenze e del nostro cagnolino. La mansarda è super silenziosa e la terrazza è fantastica. Super raccomandata! La casa ha anche un parcheggio privat super comodo. Ci ritorneremo! grazie mille

Antonia ci ha gentilmente accolti nel suo appartamento, che abbiamo trovato anche più ampio e luminoso di quanto sembrasse dalle foto. C'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno; in più, Antonia ci ha procurato una culla per il nostro bimbo. Il grande Residence ha una piscina e molto verde attorno. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il mare anche con il passeggino in una decina di minuti. Siamo stati bene! Lo consigliamo!

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ideal. Alles sehr neu - alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend oberhalb vom Bahnhof. Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick zum Meer. Öffentlich sehr gut angebunden; das Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß in 30 min zu erreichen. Luca ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommend Gastgeber, der auf die Wünsche seiner Gäste gerne eingeht. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und es gab ausreichend Platz für 7 Erwachsene. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Triest.

L’emplacement est top. On laisse la voiture et on fait tout à pied. On est littéralement au cœur de la ville en quelques petites minutes. Piran est absolument magnifique. Le gros plus du logement, c’est la terrasse et les extérieurs. Vue géniale sur les alentours, pas de vis à vis. Chris répond très vite aux sollicitations et se montre toujours très amical. Le seul bémol, c’est la facturation du ménage qui fait grimper la note quand on ne reste pas longtemps mais c’est annoncé, il ne s’agit pas d’une mauvaise surprise.
