My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Geoffrey’s place for my work trip. The house was clean and comfortable and the large, fenced in, front and back yards were great for our dogs. Geoffrey’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall it was a great experience!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

This is a beautiful home that is close to historic downtown St Augustine. The description says 'walking distance', just be aware that it is almost 9/10ths of a mile to the edge of town. To see all the sites at St Augustine historical district you have to walk A LOT. So if you are good with the mile there and the mile back, plus all the walking you do downtown, then it is walking distance. We chose to Uber, which was less than $10 each way (the cost of the parking garage without all the hassle). The house is beautiful with upgraded bathrooms. The kitchens are small but workable. There were some minor items that need maintenance but overall we were pleased with the accommodations and they were perfect for our group.

Wonderful place close to the beach. Well accommodated in the kitchen and beach supplies in the garage made vacation so much easier. Just a walk to food places and very clean inside. Perfect cosy little nook for a family outing!

Nikki’s place was nothing less than AMAZING! We felt right at home our entire stay! She was very helpful and very very responsive at all hours of the day/night! Will definitely book here any time I’m in Jacksonville! Thanks again Nikki!

Really peaceful neighborhood and house which is exactly what we needed. The king bed was really comfortable to me as the firmness was practically perfect to what I like. Clean house, comfortable furniture making you feel right at home. We didn’t use the pool due to our own circumstances, but walked out there and it was a nice view. Really responsive host, was always on top of it. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a girl's weekend and it was fabulous! A beautiful, clean home in a cute and quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels and even high quality Beach/pool towels! Nice stackable washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable, including the bunks where two adults slept on the bottom ones 🙂 The pool was a little murky when we arrived but the pool guy was already attending to it and it cleared right up. It was definitely a favorite spot! Host was very responsive, friendly and gave reminders about (easy) trash/check out instructions. Oh and the couch was another favorite spot for everyone..SO cozy! Thanks again Parthesh, everyone is already thinking about the next stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

If you're looking to relax, book Terry's place. I can't say enough good things about the property or hosts. We loved the pool, chickens, and beauty of the property. Clean, and comfortable. Terry and Theresa were fast at responding and so pleasant. Your search for a St Augustine get-a-way ends here.

Wonderful location and house, comfortably sleeps 10. The back yards is perfect for relaxing or playing games, and is a short walk from the beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice, relaxing getaway.

Great & very clean place! Near all attractions we wanted to go to and all the amenities inside the house were wonderful. Nice and very attentive host!

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice quiet spot. Felt safe and close to everything. Only downside was that there was a lot of dog poop in the front yard when we arrived, which is not necessarily the host’s fault, but I did pick it all up so he didn’t think it was my dogs’. Location was great to access the zoo and the Jumbo Shrimp game. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time staying at Connie’s! The location is perfect. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, the beach and other stores. Great for kids with a park right across the street.

Carolina’s home was just as described. Clean, roomy and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. My son’s and I enjoyed our little getaway and Carolina’s home felt like home away from home. She was very responsive to all my questions. 10/10 stay 👌. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I was attending a family reunion in which I thought that I would be able to stay with a family member. Upon realizing that all of us were told we could stay with that family member, I knew me and my family needed to stay somewhere else. I was frantic and needed the house the day of. Glenn was so helpful and accommodating. His home allowed me and my family to be at peace and to have our own space during this time. The home was exactly as described on the inside. The only thing I don’t think I was made aware of is that there are other homes that appear on the same property no one disturbed us and we didn’t disturb them. All in all I would say the home itself is a five star with plenty of room!

Ashley was a great host. Very attentive to anything we asked. Always responded quickly. The house was great and met our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Thanks, Ashley, for helping to make our stay wonderful!

My husband & I stayed at Rachel's place with our dog for a few days. Our stay was fabulous. The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Plus, it was in a wonderful location. We were close to everything. Our dog enjoyed the picket fenced yard & the sidewalks all around the neighborhood for walks. Rachel was very responsive any time I sent a message & always very nice. I would definitely stay here again & would have no problem recommending it to friends.
