Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

This place was actually nicer than advertised. Plenty of games to play for hosting and the back patio area was just so peaceful! I highly recommend this space to anyone wanting to be near downtown but also have quiet, relaxing, and home feel to their return. Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating.

Beautiful home amazing host would definitely rent again

This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your home

Million dollar views! The home is lovely. Each of the beds is comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen is well equipped. What more could you want? Wait a minute -- the views! The back of the living area is a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking early, I sipped my coffee as I watched the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the birds singing and the gentle sounds as the tide rolled in. The beach is a short walk away. It's a wide stretch of the beach and was mostly empty when we walked it in the early evening. Fernandina Beach is such a nice beach town and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch and afternoon of shopping. You'll enjoy your stay here!

Place was exactly as it looked in photos. In a small residential area, felt very safe. Easy access to downtown. Would suggest stopping at dollar store right down the road and purchasing paper towels/kleenex tissues- and shampoos/soaps.

10/10 would recommend! From the beginning Ciara and the property team made sure we were taking care of the entire stay. Fast responses, super clean space, and more!

Location is great, hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very close to airport and I-95. Apartment is very clean and plenty of towels for guests.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

This was our first experience with Airbnb. We booked at the last minute and were approved quickly. The instructions on how to get in were sent right away and we were so surprised at how easy it was! This property is a nicely decorated, newer 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and we especially loved the comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. Other special touches included 3 nesting tables in the living room (easy to move around), a hamper basket in the closet, and a makeup mirror (close-up) in the bathroom. Also, we had plenty of nice thick white towels. We were very happy to find this because we had so much more room than we would have had in a nearby hotel and the cost was less! It was also very close to our daughter and convenient to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. We enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we come! Solace Escape's communication with us was great and we really appreciated that since we were new to Airbnb and had many questions! Highly recommend!

This place was just what we needed. Kids loved the farm and the animals. We even got attached to a select few. We have been cramped up from place to place having as many people in our little troop. So being out there was extra nice. We felt very secluded, didn't feel like jacksonville. except for the weather. Definitely would go and stay again.

Impressively clean and beautiful cottage! We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a peaceful setting to come back to and relax after our busy days in downtown.

It’s a nice and quiet place, if you’re looking for a place that you can rest and relax this is a good place for that. Also you are close of everything you could need. And the place has everything you need and something that I love and appreciate it was super clean.
