Property was clean and easy to find. We drove into Bournemouth each day though as there wasn’t anything to do on the beach we were next too, It was quite noisy, and the 5am wake up call by the dustman on a bank holiday was unexpected But overall, it was a nice place to get our heads down. We only came for the beach over the bank holiday weekend. Owners were responsive and polite 😊

Just returned from a perfect stay at Janet's caravan. Beautifully kept, absolutely spotless with lovely homely touches (thanks for the welcome drinks!) We felt right at home straight away. Janet was very quick to respond to my questions before i booked, and quickly sorted out an issue with the entertainment passes for me. The campsite is huge, but the caravan is ideally situated close to the sea and restaurants/ indoor pool, but was peaceful enough to enjoy the decking area. We were so lucky with the weather! Thank you for having us Janet, and hope to return.

Great place, you can enjoy the place as its private and you can do what ever you like as long as you dont bother others around. Very clean and very easy to check in and out. Lots of shops around and very easy to drove to the beach. Overal i am very happy. I would definitely come back to this place.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the property, the accommodation was squeaky clean, the bedroom was comfortable. We all loved it and hope to book again next time 😊

El apartamento es perfecto, lo tiene todo. 100 % recomendado. El sector es hermoso y cerca de todo lo necesario. La mejor playa de Bournemouth y sus marvillosos jardines están a sólo diez minutos caminando. Nuestros días en este lugar fueron muy felices e inolvidables

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

Stayed for the Surf lifesaving comp at Branksome, apartment was good, everything we needed, location would be great for town, high street round the corner with places to eat.

Before we arrived steve was very clear about the likely difficulty we might face with a wheelchair. When we arrived he was proved right, in that the steps were tricky. He went to great lengths to allow us to swap apartments with a more wheelchair-friendly apartment. He sorted out grab rails and a toilet raiser to make our stay more comfortable. He changed a flickering light bulb and advised us of when there had been a power cut, along with apology for any inconvenience (all the emergency backup lighting etc came on, so there were no issues; the power was restored within 2 hours). When sickness hit our party at departure time, steve helped negotiate with the cleaners to give us enough time to recuperate and leave without feeling stressed. He was more than accommodating and understanding of our situation! Thank you to steve + his family for helping to make our stay so smooth and enjoyable! This is our second time of staying at chale bay farm and we would highly recommend it to others

Had everything you could need for a self catered stay - really well set up. Accommodation was really spacious and agree with others that it’s even nicer than the photos! Fab views of the cliffs / coast. Steve was very responsive to our questions. Wight mouse Inn over the road was brilliant for dinner - not gastro but just decent pub food and massive portions! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return one day!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Definitely would revisit. Great location, especially for my parents who are limited in how far they can walk before needing a breather. Place was cosy for 6 of us, but never too much under each other's feet. Evenings, all warm and cosy especially with the fire.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

Stayed at Helen's holiday home near the sea for a week - I could have stayed longer! Perfect location, both in terms of the New Forest (walkable distance to the beach/sea and not far from other local attractions) and location in the caravan park itself (two minutes one way is a good sized playground my five year old happily made lots of use of, two minutes the other way you are at reception, pool (again, used plenty), restaurant, etc). The home was plenty big enough for the three of us, its comfortable, has everything you might need (sharp knives in the kitchen - unheard of in a rental!) and a spacious deck out front (we didn't unfortunately make use of the deck as although sunny our stay was early in the season so quite windy). Helen was really helpful before our stay and was quick enough to answer any questions I had. I would happily recommend Helen's home (and the site as a whole) and am hoping she will allow us to come stay again sometime.

amazing few days at the holiday park weather ok sat on veranda in the sun at what a sun trap it is. holiday home spotless in a lovely quiet part of the park near the gate to the beach 15 min walk. We cooked and everything was there we needed to make a decent meal, the restaurant on the site did takeaway service very good.Great nights sleep on comfortable beds, both bathrooms were fantastic size, plenty of storage, kitchen fitted out brilliantly everything there you need. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovey kept caravan on a nice family site. Clean and comfortable stay. Sally looked after us with tea, coffee and even treats for the dog. Would recommend and would book again.

A great find! We had a lovely stay at Carl’s place, which was in a great location. Within easy walking distance to the beach, off road parking, clean comfortable annex with all the comforts of home. Carl was very helpful and courteous, checking we had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome treats were also greatly appreciated!! We will definitely be back - thank you 🤩
