A real gem of an apartment right in the heart of Yarmouth yet very quiet. Our third stay here so that speaks volumes . It’s very deceptive from outside , but when you go through the front door and up the stairs it’s amazing …. Light and bright very clever architect design , modern and very well equipped. Bonus of two separate bedrooms , one with double bed and its own en-suite shower , the other a twin bedded room with a separate shower room next to it. Also a little mini terrace to sit outside in the fresh air . I would highly recommend and no doubt we will book again for next year. Host is responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views out to sea, ideal spot for exploring the island. unfortunately Sandown high street is run down and does not have much to offer so you need a car to access nicer restaurants etc. The beach is lovely in Sandown and great for swimming and people are extremely friendly. If you want a peaceful stay with easy access to everything on the island with uninterrupted sea views in a lovely apartment, I can recommend this one highly x

We had a wonderful time here in this great apartment. The location was perfect, and it was balm for the soul to be looking out at the gorgeous sea view with every meal time and cup of tea made! Our two boys (aged 6 and 9) had a brilliant time on the beach, at the arcades, amusement park and the chine which was specially decorated for Halloween (and even better after dark with all the different coloured lights). Our dog was in seventh heaven to be able to head down to the sea just moments after leaving the apartment! (This was after 30th Sept so dogs welcome on the beach until April I think) The apartment was lovely and clean, refurbished and decorated really nicely and had everything you could need, including some board games which were much appreciated. Admittedly we came during the off-season but it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. All in all a fantastic place to stay which gave us a fun and restorative four days!

Really nice space, clean and comfortable, a free beer waiting in the fridge on arrival as well! No oven but a great hob and fool cooking bits so very welcome to be able to cook while working away from home, easy to find and free parking.

The location is perfect, a short walk from the high street, many shops and restaurants and the harbour. Great local walks to take and handy having the Waitrose directly next door. Beautiful flat looks even better than the pictures in real life!

A welcoming place, that is well appointed and a decent kitchen. An easy walk into Cowes. And pet friendly, a great choice for a Cowes Stay.

Such an amazing experience! Beautiful place to stay! Perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus stations, etc. Tracy was the perfect hostess, and the accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for. The private outdoor sitting area was much appreciated! Amenities were just as described. The washer and dryer were a life saver! Thank you, Tracy, for sharing your space with us!

This is a great place for all the many walks in the area, especially a beautiful one around a nature reserve.. A short drive to Shanklin and the seafront. It was a great base from which to explore the island, especially the east coast. Really peaceful.

Beautiful apartment, even better than the photos. Absolutely spotless and very well equipped. 5 minute stroll to the seafront. Just past the pottery is a little path winding up through Bonchurch to an old 11th century church and a house Charles Dickens stayed in. The Bonchurch Inn is another 5/10 mins on and great for a drink. Also from Bonchurch seafront it’s an easy flat 30 min walk along the esplanade to Ventnor, which is a village with a pretty little cove with a few cafes / shops and a lovely shingle beach. Beautiful area to stay and a great base for exploring the island. Would highly recommend.

Our stay with Greenstay was absolutely superb. On self check-in, we found the apartment was impeccably clean and just as described. It had such a great energy about it that we felt right at home. The area being away from the main town and close to the beach brought about a feeling of complete relaxation. The interiors were well thought of and the entire place decorated beautifully. The living room was well laid out even for a party of 6, with Netflix provided for entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the essentials that would be needed for a self-catering stay. Tea, coffee/coffee pods and a pint of milk (nice touch!) were provided along with cleaning up essentials for that quick start. The host, Steve, was very approachable and provided clear instructions for self check-in and answered any questions promptly. He was kind and showed a great deal of hospitability. This was much appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Really lovely property, photos don’t do it justice! Lounge is big and airy with beautiful view of the sea. Bed comfy too and hosts really responsive and helpful. We came with an infant and were accommodated really well for that - very baby friendly, we were able to get our travel cot into the bedroom in the corner next to the wardrobe. We’d definitely recommend this place and would come back

We stayed at Clare’s flat in Ryde for 3 nights. It’s a lovely place in a great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to shops, pubs and cafes in the town. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and furnished, together with lots of nice touches that made staying there a pleasure. We stayed with our small spaniel and that worked very well, with great walks along the beach and promenade. We were visiting family in Ryde and will certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay! Jojo & her husband were super responsive and helpful hosts, the annexe is beautiful with the most lovely sea view & we had a wonderful time :)

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

Das Apartment The Palms hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Es lag sehr zentral, sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zu den Stränden. Der gesicherte Parkplatz war ein Plus. Wir hätten uns nur noch ein par mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Schneidbrett oder eine Salatschleuder gewünscht. Dafür gab es eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Zu dritt war das Apartment ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war schnell und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

El apartamento es perfecto, lo tiene todo. 100 % recomendado. El sector es hermoso y cerca de todo lo necesario. La mejor playa de Bournemouth y sus marvillosos jardines están a sólo diez minutos caminando. Nuestros días en este lugar fueron muy felices e inolvidables

Had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. The place is very well equipped with everything you could need. Huge shower, very comfy beds and a balcony. Short walk to beach, shops and lot's of great restaurants and bars. Friendly, helpful hosts. Can't wait to come back. Thank you so much!
