Just returned from a long weekend, staying at The Barn at Rotherwood. We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) and had a great time. The Barn was perfect for us - really comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Debbie was very responsive and left us a really generous welcome hamper for our arrival - thank you Debbie! It was perfectly situated, on the edge of Itchenor, and was easy to get to Chichester, Bosham and the Witterings from there. We would recommend staying here!

We highly recommend this property and host. My husband and I stayed over Christmas with my elderly, and mobility limited, father-in-law. The host was very accurate in describing the layout and accessibility for my father-in-law. The property was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and inviting, was decorated for us for Christmas and is in a beautiful quiet setting. The host was very responsive to my communications and very accommodating to our changing guest and pet numbers on Christmas Day. A very tasty locally sourced breakfast hamper was left for us, including milk, bread and eggs from their own chickens. Easy access to beautiful walks and short drive to town and coast. We had such a good, relaxing stay we are looking to return in the summer.

kerries property is a little gem, cant rate it high enough. Location and surrounds are so peacful, even though Chichester is on your doorstep. And there are also good pubs near by. its a great place torelax and unwind. Animals were an added bonus for my grandaughter fingers crosseded we are hoping to come back in the summer.

This AirBnB was perfect for what I needed it for. Close to Goodwood, quiet and accommodating. Clare is an extremely friendly host, quick in responding and very easy to talk to. Certainly would seem like the person who would go that extra step should it be needed. But that wasn’t needed in my stay as the place was good for what I needed.

This place was in such a nice area. There's a walk to a pub right outside the house and anything else is just a 10 minute drive away at most. Liz was a great host and told us everything we needed to know and made us feel right at home. We had a lovely time. Thanks Liz.

We were a group of 6 friends meeting up for a staycation. We had the best time! The barn was really lovely with such an amazing surrounding area. The bedroom I was in downstairs had a great view in the morning watching the sunrise over the field with all the sheep. The barn size was perfect for the 6 of us, with the large dining table to enjoy meals. We got lucky with the beautiful weather, so enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The upstairs snug space was really nice to spend the evening relaxing together. The drive had space for all 4 of our cars & definitely could fit more. Guy was a brilliant host, very quick to reply to any questions. Thanks for a lovely stay, I definitely would LOVE to return!

Geweldig en ruime accommodatie! Opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst en zelfs verse bloemen op de keukentafel. Gastvrouw verwelkomt ons direct bij aankomst, ook al zijn we wat te vroeg. We krijgen een korte rondleiding. In de accommodatie zijn verschillende brochures te vinden met activiteiten en wandelingen in de buurt. De pub op 15 minuten stappen is ook een aanrader! Wijzelf kozen voor activiteiten die iets verder gelegen waren, maar ook daarvoor is dit huisje een goede uitvalsbasis.

We had a very lovely stay over bank holiday weekend. The studio was very comfortable, especially the bed. Great big window letting in the views. We loved the walk to the beach via Medmerry RSPB reserve, as did our dogs, even on a drizzly and blustery day. Very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts, and gorgeous resident dog

Great place that was perfect for our family’s stay. Very cosy and clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have just spent three nights at Poplar Farm Barns and enjoyed our time hugely. The barns are beautifully renovated with high-end fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Immaculately clean as well. The surroundings are lovely with excellent views from the property. My kids loved the free-roaming chickens, and the horses in the neighbouring field. Holly and Charley were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was just as we’d hoped and our family will definitely return.

Made some wonderful memories here. Bought this for both families to come together and it was absolutely perfect for a complete range of ages from 6 months to 73! It was exactly like the pictures and as described. Plenty around surrounding areas to do and lovely space out the back for all the dogs the run around in. We had a fantastic time! We used all of the bedrooms and the shepherds hut for 11 of us and the space never felt crowded. The open plan living space is excellent and the space provided to eat in was excellent. I would suggest if bringing dogs that you bring a bright torchlight for night times as there is some outdoor lighting but not a lot. Was everything we hoped it would be and more - thank you Tilly!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay and very relaxing. The property was more than we expected and very well presented. We were very comfortable and even the beds were some of the best we have had. We were made very welcome and left alone. I would recommend staying there.

We had a lovely few days at Tim and Anna's. The location is absolutely perfect: it is close enough to civilisation to be able to pop to the shops but only a few minutes walk and we were walking in The New Forest with terrific views in abundance. The barns have been lovingly restored in a modern manner - with everything we needed for our stay. We found it incredibly easy to check-in and check-out and Anna and Tim were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. All in all, a fantastic few days in lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of the world.

We had a wonderful weekend break, staying the Friday and Saturday night. In the lead up, Richard was very helpful, responding very quickly to any emailed messages. The property itself has four, very generous sized, double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The main living area is stylishly laid out with ample room for multiple guests to relax, either the dining table or around the log burner. There are bi-folding doors out onto a large garden area. It wasn't quite the weather for us, but there is an impressive outdoor kitchen area available as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone with a large family or group

Immaculate well equipped property in a quiet location and with easy access to Chichester as well as lovely small coastal villages and beautiful countryside. Jo gave us clear instructions for finding/accessing the property and a long list of suggestions for places to eat. We hope to return to visit the area again in the not too distant future and won't hesitate to stay at 'The Hayloft' if it's available. One of the best AirBnB places we've stayed at. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. As a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children) the space was fantastic. Every bedroom was really spacious and an en suite in every room was a fantastic bonus - no queues for the shower in the morning! Ron and his family were friendly, really helpful with recommendations for places to visit and extremely reasonable when it came to 4 noisy children running around in the morning! Every amenity you could think of was available - cots, bed guards, BBQ equipment, the works! I would highly recommend to anyone with a large family wanting a peaceful and beautiful location to stay on the Isle of Wight.

Wow! What an absolutely incredible place to stay. There is nothing I can fault about this place. Kate was wonderful with all her help and recommendations- and very responsive messaging even when she was away herself! This place is so stunning - the location is exceptional, it’s peaceful, relaxing, the home itself is spotless and I cannot wait to book again. Thanks so much Kate 😀

This place was really nice, and very clean. My daughter married a young British man, so I will definitely be back in the future.

We had such a lovely time at the cottage...it was the perfect peaceful country getaway. The cottage is beautiful and spacious, set in gorgeous farm surroundings. We had everything we needed there! And only a short trip to the beautiful Wittering beaches. Sally went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! We will definitely be back in the future :-)

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. I had a lovely weekend stay in the Brickbarn with two friends. A beautiful location, with Lymington and the New Forest in easy reach. The farm is beautiful and what a treat to be able to collect fresh eggs for breakfast and pick salad leaves for lunch. It was also fun to get up close to the sheep, chickens and pigs. Thank you George for a great weekend. We hope to be back!

Excellent accomodation.Everything you need for your stay. Centrally located to visit New Forest Christchurch Bournemouth & Poole. Lovely to come back & have use of the Hot Tub & relax. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
