Emmanuel went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s a destination. 100/10 stunning views. Close to delicious restaurants. Easy to enjoy all of the island from this location. The hill is no joke but it’s not hard to deal with. Get a car that’s new and has a lot of horsepower. Loved this stay

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

It's a wonderful quiet place with an amazing view. The co-host Alex was very helpful and available whenever we needed his advice. Definitely check out the restaurant down the road! It's an experience!

Lovely villa in a fantastic location - which means you need a small car to navigate the lanes. Angela was lovely and friendly and didn't mind that I'd not asked for 2 single beds in one bedroom. We'd stay here again.

Nonostante le foto pubblicate sull'annuncio siano molto esaustive, all'arrivo la location lascia davvero senza parole, un vero paradiso. La terrazza con esposizione a 360 gradi è mozzafiato e il giardino è altrettanto panoramico e ricco di agrumi. Interni adeguati in ambiente rustico. Cucina vintage ma attrezzata di tutto. Host super accogliente e disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Appartement tres propre. Mais l’accès à la plage devrait être signalé comme difficile, en tout cas impossible pour une personne en fauteuil. Dommage que vous ne l’ayez pas signalé. Maria et Enrico ont été très réactifs et serviables. La piscine est moins engageante que sur vos photos. Le prix est un peu trop élevé, compte tenu des remarques ci-dessus

Lovely apartment, with a beautiful outdoor space. We felt right at home having lovely breakfasts outside and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Friendly & responsive hosts, and check in was easy and thorough. The bus stop is not too far of a walk, and the buses run regularly so we did not have issues getting to where we needed to go. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in Federica`s apartment. The place is located perfectly - close to the beach, restaurants, the supermarket, stores, etc. We even walked from the harbor, it`s only a 10-min walk. The terrasse is absolutely beautiful. Federica is the perfect host. She even organized a baby chair for our daughter and was super flexible with check-in and check-out. Communication is easy and fast and she checked in with us several times during our stay. We highly recommend Federica`s place for a stay in Ischia.

In una tranquillo angolo di procida, questa piccola casa, curata nei dettagli, affaccia su un giardino con una vista mare meravigliosa. In 2 minuti a piedi attraverso una scala si scende a una spiaggia rocciosa con accesso al mare (e di bellezza incredibile!). Perfetto per chi cerca un posto fresco e tranquillo nell'isola. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie Gianni!

Logement très spacieux situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur avec une grande terrasse. Malgré le trafic de l'avenue, le logement est très silencieux. La literie est de très bonne qualité et nous avons apprécié la climatisation avec ces fortes chaleurs. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Il faudra pensez à la taxe de séjour (en liquide) pour les touristes étrangers. L'accès au métro est très facile et permet de rejoindre le centre et la navette reliant à l'aéroport sans problème.

Ein Absoluter Geheimtipp! Die Unterkunft ist süß und die Anlage drum herum sehr schön. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand mit heißen Quellen. Die Gastgeber sind unfassbar hilfsbereit und geben einem Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal her kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Très bel appartement, à proximité de la plage, des restaurants, du château. Le quartier est calme et la petite terrasse est très agréable. Bon agencement de l'appartement et la literie est confortable. 2 petits points à souligner: L'insonorisation avec les appartements voisins n'est pas optimale mais chaque voisin est respectueux des autres. Une forte odeur de cigarette provient fréquemment de l'aération de la salle de bain et peut se propager rapidement dans tout l'appartement. Mais il suffit de prendre l'habitude de fermer la porte de la salle de bain et d'activer régulièrement l'aération pour ne plus être déranger. Le séjour était merveilleux, Mariafrancesca est réactive et à l'écoute s'il y a un problème. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

très jolie villa avec une vue incroyable sur Ischia et les îles environnantes. piscine super agréable. villa très spacieuse et relativement bien agencée. giovangiuseppe nous a bien accueilli, conseillé et même offert un petit déjeuner. on conseille vivement la maison bien qu'elle soit assez coûteuse

Un soggiorno che ci resterà nel cuore! Augusto, Eva e Enzo sono stati davvero gentili e cordiali, ci hanno accolti e trattati davvero bene dall’inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Non sono mancate le indicazioni per le spiagge e i punti di interesse ma anche le dritte su dove andare a mangiare sia come ristoranti che come stuzzicherie! Che dire? Delle persone davvero squisite con cui è stato piacevole scambiare qualche chiacchiera durante la giornata! Villa Martina è un posto splendido, a partire dall’architettura, la piscina e la zona vista tramonto un poco più appartata. CONSIGLIATISSIMO sotto ogni punto di vista! Speriamo di tornare in futuro :)

La struttura impeccabile,host gentile e disponibile. Zona tranquilla come si suol dire “la pace dei sensi”,zona di relax e tranquillità immersa nella natura. Ultima nota positiva il collaboratore Luca una persona squisita,gentile,intelligente e super cordiale. Ritorneremo di sicuro!

Siamo state benissimo, la strada è tosta ma fattibile, nessun problema con il mio cane (però considerate che ci sono dei gatti che frequentano le zone esterne, soprattutto la sera), Fabio ci ha accolte con gentilezza ed è stato super disponibile, la vista è stupenda e ci sono tanti spazi per apprezzarla, sia da sole che in compagnia. Ci sarebbe piaciuto sperimentare il forno a legna, sarà per la prossima volta!

Ohne Zweifel einer der schönsten Unterkünfte, in denen ich bisher war. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und der Blick auch. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht! Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, komme ich gerne wieder hierher!

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

Rodolfo is very laid back. he picked us up three minutes from the location to make sure we would get to the location in one go and was very responsive to our every needs. he has a lovely place with views over Naples and the bay. Such a present to wake up to this view!
