I recently had a fantastic stay at Rob's place in East Rochester! He was welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and dining options. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful amenities, which added to the comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Morgan and Maria's place was perfect for our trip. The location is extremely walkable, which made it easy and fun to get dinner and breakfast. The apartment is spacious, and the bedding is fresh and clean. Maria was a responsive host. I'd recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience a fun trip to Rochester.

This was the perfect place to spend a couple nights while visiting our daughter in Rochester. It’s located in an interesting neighborhood with plenty of things to do nearby and fun venues for food and drink. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and addressed. We were able to brew coffee and throw in a load of laundry. Everything we needed was there. Josh was immediately responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great weekend stay at Jennifer‘s place. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Jennifer was super prompt in her communications with instructions as well as responses to questions that we had. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and cafés in easy walking distance along with a wonderful food co-op. Would definitely come back again.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

Carlean was communicative and helpful and her place was a great place to stay - clean and quiet - and very convenient for our visit. We were nervous traveling with our 4 mo. old for the first time and all was good!

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

Perfect location on a quiet street but near everything downtown. Would stay again next time I'm in town.

Coleen was an AMAZING host. We had to stay initially a month, the ended up 2 because of renovations and considering our circumstance she went above and beyond what I expected. On top of that she has an amazing restaurant just downstairs with AMAZING breakfast food. You are missing out if you don't go at least once. The apartment was beautiful and the view of main street is awesome. Best experience anyone can have.

Staying at Lynne's Airbnb was an absolute pleasure! The place was beautifully maintained, cozy, and perfectly located. Lynne was a fantastic host, always helpful and kind. The city itself is stunning, full of charm and amazing places to explore. Highly recommend both this Airbnb and the destination!

We had a weekend stay at Marc’s and it was a great, cozy spot and close to Park Ave restaurants and UoR. We appreciate him allowing us to check in early and was very communicative about check in. The bedrooms and living room were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. There were lots of local art decorations which we appreciated. The TV only had access to Netflix and Prime, and did cut out quite a bit when streaming movies which was frustrating. Overall a very easy and cozy stay!

We booked Tim’s place the morning of our check in because we had some changes to our moving plans. The house was as described and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the ability to have garage parking was a huge perk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the whole space was nicely renovated. The neighborhood was quiet, which we also appreciated. We initially checked out before our stay was up, but due to more issues with our move, Tim was very accommodating and let us stay as we initially planned. We recommend staying at Tim’s house if you are in the Rochester area, you won’t be disappointed!

It was a lovely Airbnb…just like the pictures Depicted. It was well stocked except that you need to bring your own soap for the shower. There are plenty of brand stores on Monroe Ave. if your need to purchase anything. Location is perfect and very convenient. Will definitely return again when visiting Rochester.

Jamie's place is amazing! The airbnb is spacious, clean, and quiet. There is a restaurant right there and views of Lake Ontario within walking distance. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautifully decorated, clean, and private location!

We had a fun and relaxing week here. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants, museums and galleries within walking distance. I was working some days and there is a cozy desk spot set up that made that easy. We also cooked a good bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

I had a wonderful stay at Penny’s place! Penny was incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew how to work each amenity and was always available if we had any question or doubt. The place was clean and welcoming which always made us feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day of exploring the Rochester area.

My older son and I made a quick trip to Rochester to check out the University and Michael and Laura’s place was exactly what we were hoping for. Comfortable, rustic, clean, and charming, we couldn’t have asked for a better location or accommodations after a long day of touring the campus. Check in and check out was easy-breezy and perfectly communicated to us. We hated leaving so early, we loved the house so much, and wish we could have stayed longer to really take it all in. I will certainly be back when the new semester begins and hope this can be our go-to for my family’s future visits to Rochester.

Great historic home about a thirty minute walk to center of the university of Rochester on a nice walking path along the river. Check in and communication was seamless. Very quiet and comfortable.

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. Her place was lovely. She made delicious muffins, and there were many snacks. Rebecca had a shelf in the fridge stocked with a variety of items for guests. My stay was peaceful!
