Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

Svitlana’s place was a great place to stay. We gathered here for my brother-in-laws 70th birthday. Family came from PA, NC, TN and FL. The 4 bedrooms were nice giving privacy. Nice table and chairs on back patio with overhang with a view to a pond to enjoy your coffee. Large dining table that could seat 8. Driveway is a little tight for 2 cars side-by-side, so we parked 1 in driveway and 2 in the street without issue. Very safe area. Towels were on the beds waiting. Showers were hot, but took some time getting to temp. Entry was communicated very clearly through door lock code. Checkout was a breeze. We had a small issue with the Coffeemaker not working correctly. Svitlana had a brand new coffeemaker there then next morning. Fantastic! Highly recommend this place. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home for my family and I. This was our trip we took for our 1 year wedding anniversary, it couldn’t have gone better. House was clean and beautiful, everything was so walkable and any drives were no longer than 10 mins. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the house. Updated bathrooms and very comfortable living space made the house really awesome. The pool and trout river were great for easy entertainment. The kids swam daily in the pool and we even had great luck fishing in the backyard! Location is convenient for shopping and dining options. I found that we could get to all of our destinations within 30 minutes with most only being 10 minutes. We didn’t get to go to the zoo, but it was only 5 minutes away! We had two minor issues and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and had the issues promptly resolved which was perfect and top notch. If I had a single issue with anything is that the location has a train that runs periodically and a building up the river has a loud intercom system. I’d say you’ll hear both of these a couple times a day but they aren’t a big deal. If we stay in Jacksonville again, we would absolutely book here again! Wish we would have spent more time fishing in the back yard!

This was a great spot for our rather large group to gather and enjoy a couple days at the beach. Even though there are many other residences close by and within view, the back canal/dock area was quite lovely and comfortable, and the location was great for accessing (even walking to) the beach. There is also a great restaurant (The Back Forty) within an easy walk. The house is nicely set up for easy and comfortable social gathering while offering individuals private space to retreat for privacy and sleeping. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a nice beach vacation with a medium to large size group.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

Everything was great and just as expected. The apartment was very clean and close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. It was also very close to the expressway, so really easy to get to. I would recommend it if you’re going to be in the area. Ciera, the host, was very responsive and communicated well. Exit and cleanup were also wonderful! She had her cleaning crew do everything. We just had to make sure the lights were off and the doors and windows were locked. 100% recommended.

The place looked just like the photos. We walked in. It was bright parking was awesome and the neighbors were also pretty cool. The amount of space the washer and dryer the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the home and the patio were a plus for me. The local area had so many shopping stores they had doggy bags for the poop. The pool was gorgeous and to be quite honest I will go back again. It was far enough from everything but close enough to everything to keep me satisfied.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. A private and peaceful retreat with a dock perfect for fishing. Fully equipped for a relaxed getaway, offering everything needed for a stress-free stay. The owner even surprised us with fresh eggs from their own hens—a lovely touch!

todo estuvo excelente desde la estadía hasta la comunicación, toda la casa muy completa tiene todo lo necesario, aunque la mayor parte de el tiempo la pasamos afuera, en el lago, y cocinando en el porche de atrás, estamos encantados, con gusto regresaríamos de nuevo .

This is my 3rd time staying in Steven's place. Always clean and very peaceful location with a nice view.

Lovely place. Everything was nice even the pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. Not your usual AirBnB. Beds were excellent and the furniture inside and out was nice and comfortable. Easy 20 min walk to St. George St. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Charlene was an excellent host with very quick response times! Check in was a breeze. The home itself was very clean, organized and so roomy! We had a group of 7 and could have comfortably fit many more. We all felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable. The view of the lake was breathtaking and we enjoyed cups of coffee on the huge porch every morning while looking out at the view. The location is quiet and peaceful. Only 20-30 mins from local restaurants and stores. Will certainly stay here again as this place has so much to offer for an affordable price. This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway!

We live in an RV fulltime and my husband had knee replacement surgery and needed a more accommodating place to recover for a couple of weeks that was located in close proximity of our residence in order for us to check up on our other pets and maintain our garden while we were away. This was perfect! The Klare Kottage was private, peaceful,clean and locatex in a nice neighborhood. It had a beautiful view of the lake that my husband could see right out the front windows while he recovered and provided fishing,kayaking or sunset/sunrise views for me to enjoy and keep entertained while he rested. Having a place to stay that our dog was able to be with us and was more safely accessible than our current residence was a HUGE relief and made an already stressful event more bearable and accelerated his post operative recovery progress exponentially. We will definately return if temporary accommodations are needed in the future while we are at base camp versus seasonal traveling. Many thanks!
