This place was perfect for our Jax getaway. The space was able to accommodate my family of 3 without any problem. We had a few questions before & during our trip and the response were always quick!!! The community amenities (specifically the pool 😁) were added bonuses for our preteen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Ashley went above and beyond to assist with any questions we had. Very pleasant stay.

Well-located, convenient, quiet location. Nice, roomy and comfortable unit. Undine (host) very accommodating, responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and likely to stay here when we visit in the future.

I had a great experience staying at Luke's place. The communication was seamless, and Luke was so welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

April's place was great for me and my family to spend our weekend! We felt right at home and April had extra amenities not listed that helped this mamma that was traveling with children! Will definitely book again!

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

We had a blast staying at Kai’s place! I came down from TN with 2 friends and my 8 month old son. We were looking for baby friendly accommodations near the beach and Kai’s place certainly fit the bill. Everything in the pictures/listing and more! I was delighted to find not only the pack n play, but also pool floats, a play mat, and the shallow end of the pool was shallow enough for my baby to stand up in! It was a first trip with the baby and it went so great. We had some trouble with the bathtub but Kai acted promptly to get it resolved. She was responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re traveling with a baby!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house is immaculate and the hosts have thought of everything to make this a perfect place for a family vacation. My daughters (9 and 3 years old) were in love with the house and the walk ability to the beach. We’ve stayed at several Airbnbs and this by far was the most modern and family friendly. Can’t recommend this home and host highly enough and my wife already has us looking at the calendar for an excuse to stay again! Easiest 5 stars ever!

Great place for a family vacation: 2 great pools and a terrific beach. Pros: - pools were terrific and very safe with gates - condo was comfortable and had every thing we needed - sunroom was fine to turn into a 4th bedroom (futon was comfortable) but that area was hotter and seemed to lack AC - beach was terrific ; great for playing in the waves, clean, large, not crowded - easy short drive to good restaurants , eg beachcomber - condo supplied with beach towels, lawn chairs, beach toys, body boards (these were all in laundry room) - great patio - quiet — no noise from neighbors - beds comfortable if a little soft - around pool was a moat (safely fenced off) with turtles and koi fish which were a hit - nicely maintained condo grounds

A beautiful, well maintained condo with all the amenities you would need for a beach getaway. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck looking at the Atlantic Ocean. So close to many great restaurants and the Winn Dixie grocery store was just a few minute away. Would definitely like to stay at Isabel’s condo again.

The check-in and locating the place were great. It is steps away from the beach. the place from the outside looked dated but once you stepped inside, they took a lot of care to update everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Having a washer, dryer in unit was a great and they provided detergent. We had a bottom unit and it could be a bit noisy with the upstairs tenants walking around, but nothing that was of concern. Parking was great. We only had a problem on the weekend when there was a lot of beach goers and all the provided unit parking was full. However, we were able to find a spot just up the block. AC worked great and they were very responsive with some minimal questions that we had!

We've stayed with Nomad twice and what I like most is that they provide plenty of necessities (toilet paper, towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels.) It's the little things that make a big difference.

Well equipped and lovely Airbnb right by the beach. Highly recommended.
