Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Great hospitality. Our family friends enjoyed their visit to the area. Host was super proactive and a great communicator!

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location! Comes with everything you would need and the beach is an added plus!

Great place to unwind, we used it to reach Disney world and Space Center while enjoying a great place!

This is our second visit and once again we loved it. They have everything you can possibly need for the perfect beach day. We are already planning our third visit.

Fabulous spot for people who love walkable neighborhoods and VERY close proximity to the beach! Super close to SO much to do including restaurants and shopping. The place is equipped with everything you need for a beach day! Connie was super responsive and flexible. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!!

Hedy's place is all about the location. Just steps to get across the dune to the beach. The lodging is as described and as shown in the pictures. Its not fancy but is clean, convenient, and very livable. Very much an old Florida vibe with a very friendly, proactive, and communicative host. Perfect for my little spring break getaway with my daughter.

Great location on the Banana River. Any questions i had were answered promptly. Would definitely go back again. We saw manatees and dolphins from the dock. Also great spot to watch rocket launches!

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

Wow!!! Just such a beautiful home and surrounding. The backyard area was a little peace of heaven. From the mangroves, the wild life in and out of the water, the seating with lights to enjoy it and the heated pool left us wanting more. We went with women for Christian retreat and can say we felt the peace beyond understanding there. We even love the sunroom area. There were just so many places to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable too. Big plus was how clean the home was and how stocked it was too. The hosts were so willing to work with us to make our trip so special. It truly is a beautiful home worth staying at! Full 5 Starts from me and all the women that were there! BTW: if you go there, you need to check out El Ambia cuban restaurant and let Alfredo the owner take care of you. Authentic and delicios (and I am from Miami). Also Thrifty's for groceries is awesome.

We had such an amazing stay! The location on the canal was perfect — we loved fishing right from the dock and kayaking through the water, where we saw so many manatees and dolphins up close. It was truly unforgettable! We also got to experience two rocket launches during our stay — one from the beach and one right from the house, which was incredible to watch. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent choice for vacation. House was easy to find and as pictured in listing, except for the newly updated beds in the bedrooms which were very comfortable and the new patio furniture. The place is fully furnished and we appreciated the half bath on the main level. There was ample necessities provided and all cleaning supplies. Pictures do not do the path to the beach justice, it is honestly a short walk from the deck steps. Perfect vacation location and Amy was very easy to work with.

Was looking for a place to accommodate a group of 6 on a business trip. This place was wonderful! I would definitely book again for my own personal vacation! Cindy is a wonderful host!

Place was nice, but dioes need some upgrades. Pool looked great but was to cold for us to try it out. Canel looks alot better in the pictures, But could be due to time of year. Over all was a nice place to stay for tourists g around Cocoa Beach and other areas for a couple days.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for a girls’ trip — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The beds were cozy, the living room was great for hanging out, and the kitchen made it easy to prep meals. The pool and paddle boards were such a bonus — we even got to see manatees and dolphins while out paddling, which was such a highlight! The space is really well laid out and made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was pretty central to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hosts were super responsive and made everything so easy. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and great location. Parking was great and host was super helpful. Very clean inside as well.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Place was just as described. Close to everything on the space coast but very peaceful and quit. The views of Banana River were fantastic and the dock and kayaks were a great bonus. We saw several dolphins and manatees. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.
