We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

We really had a great stay at Villa Lumbreras. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home, like it was our own house. The trip was extra special because it was our family’s first complete out-of-town trip, and we celebrated my Tatay’s 60th birthday there. Besides the villa itself, we definitely enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We knew then that we would definitely go back. Thank you to Ms. Cham and Ms. Abegail!

Nice place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Very nice and relaxing place. It’s very fun that there is a whole separate KTV room as well as a great pool to spend time on. They were pretty strict with the kitchenware but understandable. Overall, the place is a very cozy place for a large group.

The place is absolutely superb! From the moment we arrived, we instantly fell in love with it. It’s perfect for a big family — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with so many beds that comfortably accommodated all 9 of us. The house itself is very well-maintained, and the architecture is beautifully planned, giving it both charm and functionality. Ms. Jenny was incredibly nice and very responsive, and the caretaker gave us such a warm welcome. On our first day, my mom and sister kept saying how perfect the place would be for family reunions and group overnight stays. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. Although there’s no longer a karaoke machine (due to village rules), we still had an amazing time. The pool is spacious and deep, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Plus, the location is very accessible — close to Ayala Mall, Tagaytay’s main road, and other key spots in the area. Overall, it was such a refreshing stay! ?

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

Our stay was ok, the place was nice and clean. The owner and caretaker are also kind. They are responsive to our needs and inquiries!

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

Decent place, affordable parking.

Stayed for a night and we had a restful sleep to recharge our energy. The place is nice, clean and complete. Very organized and most importantly it has a parking slot. Very convenient.

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

Thank you for accommodating us! It was a wonderful staycation for our family! Hosts and caretakers are very responsive and had assisted us all throughout. Very flexible check in and out hours! Till next time!
