家族４人（0歳、2歳）での利用でした。 民泊を初めて利用しましたが、施設は掃除がしっかりされており、キレイでした。調理器具、食器関係も最低限揃っていますので自炊も自宅に比べれば多少の不便はありますが、充分満足です。調味料だけは期限があるので、その時によって置いている物は違いますので、最低限これだけは！って物は持って行くと良いと思います。洗濯についてもハンガー等は充実していますので、洗濯も問題ありません。小さい子どもを連れて行く場合は子ども用のハンガーやピンチがあると便利です。また、管理人の方は本業が有りつつも、電話で即対応してくれるので大変有り難かったです。強いて難点を上げるなら、布団が薄いので腰が痛いのと、珍しくＶＨＳのデッキしかないところです。 今回は移住先の選定が目的でしたのでゴミ出しのルール、気候等大変参考になりました。またスーパーが近いので、大変便利な場所でした。また利用したいと思います！

The accommodation is a combination of traditional and modern Japanese living and is very unique in many ways. Highly recommended.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean, a really good size, everything we needed - and more. Mas helped us with very useful suggestions and was always very fast to respond to any questions. A great location as well. A big thumbs up from us .

The host is friendly and helpful. The house is cosy, clean and well equipped. Checkin and checkout is very easy. Recommend for couple and groups 3-4 people.

The location is everything. Directly next to the castle and very walkable to a restaurant area. Very happy we stayed here! Parking was an amazing bonus and the room was clean and spacious! Highly recommend.

Very central location, we loved it!

Nobu's place was at a great location with many eateries and a mega don quijote within walking distance! It was also only 30mins or so drive from Fujikawaguchiko which was what we wanted as we wanted to get out of the touristy area to get more of a local feel. The flat itself was basic, got what you needed, nothing more, nothing less, was also relatively clean. We were only there to sleep so no real complaints. It was good value and we will stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The host provided clear instructions to make the check in process really easy. It’s in a great location, very close to the station and the castle, also has lots of great food spots around. I would definitely stay here again :)

Mi familia de 4 personas pasamos solo una noche allí, de camino en coche entre Nikko y Matsumoto. El apartamento es fantástico, con todo el menaje necesario, baño completo, y dos habitaciones y otra con tatami y futones donde durmió nuestro hijo mayor. El apartamento es grande, estaba limpio y Kim lo gestiona de maravilla. Aprovechamos por la mañana para visitar el castillo de Matsumoto que está al lado, a un kilómetro aproximadamente y merece la pena

20年来の友人5人で同窓会がてら利用させて頂きました。会食が長引いてしまい予約時にお伝えしていたチェックイン時間に対して遅くなってしまいましたが、セルフチェックインとのことで柔軟に対応頂けました。 お部屋も男5名とむさ苦しい顔ぶれでもちょうどよく、コタツやソファで横になりながら昔話に花が咲きました。特にプロジェクターは友人との集まりにはありがたい設備でした。 予約時に注意事項の記載がありますが下階がスナック？らしく25時過ぎてもカラオケの音が聞こえます。私たちも夜遅くまで騒がしくしていたので下階への騒音を心配する必要がなくむしろありがたかったですが、家族や恋人との利用ではかなり気になる可能性がありますので事前によくご検討頂くのがいいと思います(寝る時に少し気になったので-1とさせて頂きましたが、眠りの浅い方ですと大きなマイナス評価に繋がる可能性アリです) なおベッドは十分大きく和室もありますが同衾しない限り寝るのにちょうどいい人数は大人4人までだと思います。 お部屋はキッチンに加え洗濯機もあるので長期滞在しても困ることはまずないと思います。いずれも清潔ですがバスルームはよく清掃されていたものの下水から臭いが上がってきていたのか臭いが気になりました(アパートでもよくありますが排水溝の利用のない日が続くとトラップの水が乾燥する等が起き、下水から空気が戻る現象があります。決して清掃が不十分なことが原因ではないことを付記させて頂きます) 特に騒音に対しては利用シーンをよくお考え頂くほうがいいと思いますが、コスパもよく総じて満足度が高いので特に学生さんなど若い方のグループ利用でオススメしたいと思いました。

Ce logement est un vrai bijou particulièrement grâce a son hôte Tomoko qui est née dans la région. Elle donne de très bonnes recommandations. L’appartement est bien adapté pour les enfants ayant elle même des enfants (qui sont adorables) Tout est propre et bien pensé. La gare est à environ 20-30 minutes de marche et on peut passer à travers un joli parc ou le centre historique pour s’y rendre. Mega coup de cœur ! Seul regret est de ne pas avoir eu assez de temps pour passer plus de 3 nuits.

Le logement était grand, les futons étaient confortables. La communication avec notre hôte était facile. Merci

Great place in the mountains between Takayama and Matsumoto City. Looking for a private remote place this is prefect. Your surround by a lot of outdoors and friendly people. Lovely place!!!

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
