We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. A home away from home—I believe this is the most fitting description for this property. The location is ideal: it’s close to Tagaytay, allowing guests to enjoy the cool breeze, and it's situated in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are superb—the kids really enjoyed the pool, while the adults liked the billiards table and KTV. All rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as shampoo, soap, shower gel, tissue, and a dental kit—features not typically offered in most Airbnb properties. This level of detail makes the stay exceptionally worth the price. Ate Jen, the caretaker, was very accommodating. She kindly went over the house policies with us and even asked if we needed extra pillows and blankets. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her 3rd birthday here, and I’m already looking forward to celebrating again at this property. I suppose we’ll see you again for her 4th birthday. :)

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

What I liked most about Pina Colina is that it was affordable without compromising on quality. Despite the reasonable rates, we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays.
