If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Der Blick vom Balkon aus, direkt auf das Meer, war super entspannend. Die Anlage hat den Bildern und den Angaben entsprochen. Der Service vom Haus war spektakulär. Dora, die fleißige Fee, hat auf Wunsch alles erfüllt. Sie hat das Haus fleißig gereinigt, auf Wunsch auch täglich. Jure, der Concierge, hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Er hat viele Tipps zum Essen gehen uns gesagt und hat uns viele Freizeitangebote angeboten. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir hatten auch den Service des Chefkochs gebucht, hier muss es jeder für sich entscheiden, ob dies dem Gaumen entspricht. Wir fanden es gut. Wir wollten ursprünglich unsere Fahrräder mitbringen, dies ist nicht zu empfehlen, nicht allein wegen der Anfahrt, sondern ist es in dieser Region nicht machbar. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und waren mit allem Rund um sehr zufrieden.

Schöne saubere Villa, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht 😊 Filip war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

The Villa was amazing, with all we need and more (pool, basketball, coffee etc), clean, organized, practical. the surroundings are also beautiful with beach at walking distance. But what made the stay even more amazing was the host. Before and during the stay Bruno always answered very fast with super helpful answer, great suggestions on what to do and who to contact in the area. Fully recommend!!

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Ivan e la sua villa sono stati superiori alle nostre aspettative. La casa è stata così piena di qualunque comfort che non avremmo potuto desiderare di più. Ivan è stato un padrone di casa eccellente, accogliente, premuroso e i suoi consigli preziosi. Ci è dispiaciuto lasciare la sua casa, il tempo è volato troppo in fretta. Lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici e speriamo di ritornarci in futuro!

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est fidèle a la description, la période ne nous a pas permise de profiter de la piscine mais elle a l’air super agréable. La literie est super confortable & la maison dans un quartier super calme, nous y avons super bien dormis ! La maison est équipé de tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer un séjour paisible. Nous avons été accueilli pas Toni qui nous a expliqué la maison & donné des tips pour trouver à manger un dimanche soir. Bref je conseille !

We were travelling as a group of 9, including 2 teenagers and 2 children under 10, and this villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was ample space to socialise or enjoy quiet moments apart, striking the ideal balance. The top-of-the-line kitchen facilities gave us the option to stay in, and with groceries delivered, we could easily store a week’s worth of food. The high-tech TVs kept the younger ones entertained with their favourite shows. The rear of the villa, with its stunning sea view, is slightly off south-facing so the garden has plenty of sunlight for sunbathing, while the pool stays shaded until lunchtime, perfect for the kids who played for hours in the morning. Croatia’s landscape is breathtaking, and from the villa, you can enjoy views of both the sea and hills. It’s the nicest villa on the hill and truly felt like a home from home. The team have done an excellent job, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect stay!

In dieser Unterkunft konnten wir mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, denn trotz dem gemeinsamen Haus, hatten wir dank den einzelnen Schlaf und Badezimmer privatphäre. Der Strand ist einen gemütlichen Spaziergang entfernt, jedoch sehr anstrengend um wieder zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, da diese auf einem Hügel ist. Darum haben wir ein Taxi gebraucht um dahin zukommen. In Makarska kann man sehr viel Unternehmen, uns wurde nie Langweilig. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt beim Check-in. Danke das wir kommen durften!

A must-stay! We enjoyed our time very much at this house. For one week we were living like royalties (it felt like). A wonderful pool, our own barbecue place and such a spacious villa. Beautiful trails right outside the house and the most amazing view. In addition Josko and his wife were excellent hosts, beyond what you can expect. Cannot brag about this place enough!

Outstanding Villa with breathtaking views. Very helpful at check in with recommendations on where to eat and clear instructions. The two men that checked us in went over and above, we asked for help one day and they turned up within 10 minutes. They really have thought of everything and was more than a home from home. Felt impossible to leave!! Must stay!! Will recommend to anyone visiting split. It is up a hill but Ubers are easy enough to old town and 10/15 euro. Wir waren als große Familie mit 14 Personen (12 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern) in Mimice im Urlaub. Das Haus war für uns ideal! Die 6 Schlafzimmer, davon 3 mit Bad en suite im oberen Bereich, sowie 3 weiteren mit zwei Bädern im unteren Bereich, waren für uns optimal. Von allen Zimmern aus hat man auf jeder der vier Etagen Zugang zu riesigen Balkons bzw. zur Terrasse mit beheiztem Pool + Sitzecken im unteren Bereich mit jeweils fantastischem Ausblick. Alles war blitzeblank sauber, und bestens ausgestattet. Selbst eine Grundausstattung an Hygieneprodukten, sowie für die Kaffeetrinker unter uns Filterkaffee-Maschinen und Nespressomaschinen in den beiden Küchen inkl. Kaffeekapseln waren vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattungen ließen keine Wünsche offen, auch ein super Grill war da, so dass wir an einigen Abenden in der Woche lieber zuhause gegessen hatten als ins Restaurant zu gehen. Die Kommunikation war top - Rückfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet, wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt.

Absolutely stunning place! Felt like staying in a castle or a really nice hotel that you have all to yourself! One thing to be aware of is for check-in. The address they give you is nearby, not the actual address of the place. Once you arrive, they will meet you and escort you to the place. This is to remove any confusion on finding the place. I would have liked to understand ahead of time that is what they were doing because it seemed weird when we arrived at the address and it was not what we expected. No big deal, just something to be aware of.

Grubine is the perfect location for exploring a little bit offbeat Dalamatia, but yet the coast us only 35mins away. The villa is absolutely fantastic with all mod cons. The pool area and summer house with kitchen and pool table were spectacular, and made for a great balance with adults able to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying some grown up time. The volley ball court is an added bonus. Ample parking for 3 or 4 cars. Located on the main road so easy to find, there is a little road noise, but generally this is an idilic spot. We love the outdoors and ran in the countryside near by every day, and even over to the blue lake .. which is an absolute must. I cannot fault the hosts Dino and Lidija were both great at communicating and very helpful. Even coming to alter the pool heating when the temperature dropped a couple of degrees without any prompt. This is an excellent villa the hosts are amazing. The property is modern clean and even better than the pictures portray.

The villa was beyond our expectations from the location (a bit of a walk to town but worth it) with amazing views of the sea and a lovely area to sit out in. It was immaculately clean with 2 equal sized double bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you could need. Great fridge space and good coffee maker. The pool was lovely. Most of all Ivo and Linda were the best hosts. Their communication was great before we arrived and answered all our questions before our arrival. Ivo met us at the ferry and because it was late on a Saturday he kindly took us to the supermarket to buy some supplies. Note that the supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Linda sent us a list of the restaurants which would be open as it was end of season and a lot of places were closed. Their communication throughout our stay was great and they could not have been more helpful. We could not recommend this villa more highly.

The house, pool and view were stunning. Had everything we needed and more. We will be coming back here and we recommend this house to everyone.

Sandra is an amazing host. Our flight was seriously delayed meaning we had to take a ferry to the other side of the island. Not only did Sandra organise a taxi to pick us up, she also waited up past 1am to greet us at the villa. She also got up at 6am on departure date to run us down to the ferry. She did so much to make us feel welcome and was always on hand to help and provide information. Villa Lemo is beautifully clean and tidy, situated just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful harbour area of Bol. 5-star from start to finish.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Beautiful and quiet location. The house had great facilities like the heated pool and PS5. Overall, it was a very relaxing place. It took roughly 25 minutes in a taxi to get to the centre of Split, where there was a lot to do. The host was also extremely helpful, nice and responsive, which made the holiday a lot easier.

We loved the house. The view was wonderful, as was the pool. Very refreshing to come home after a day at the beach. The beds were really good, and a luxury with private bathroom to every bedroom. The house was really well equipped, and we loved the outdoor barbeque area. Would absolutely rent again.

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.
