This place was perfect for us and three young kids. We spent wonderful, fun-filled days at the beach. We could easily go back to the house for lunch, rest time, stuff we forgot, etc…My son’s family stayed a block away with three young kids also. We all used the many amenities of our beach shed: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, noodles, coolers and more. The free washer/dryer was used often. The house itself was very clean, bright and comfortable. Two full bathrooms were ideal for our gang. The kids loved the patio for their meals, games and hanging out. We didn’t use the grill or hot tub this visit but they are great additions to the outdoor space. The location is perfect for the beach access but also to get into town. We were always glad to get out of the traffic and crowds to return to the peaceful home. Evening sunsets were spectacular! We had many photo ops of the family, photos that we will treasure forever. We plan to return next year and are already looking forward to it

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

My family and extended family were extremely comfortable at Jeff’s place. There was everything we needed and more. It was convenient to have a pack and play plus a high chair. The kids loved collecting eggs everyday and swimming in the pool. Jeff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was perfect and not too far for day trips to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We really liked the setup. Grandma and grandpa liked the privacy occupying the smaller adjacent living area. the grandkids could come over often but when it was time, we could send them back by their parents in the larger section. We liked having the swimming area on the first floor which made it easy to prevent the kids from sneaking down. If we kept them off the deck unsupervised, they would not have to worry about pool safety. The 6 grandkids had a blast playing in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook most of our meals in house. The families enjoyed the nearby beaches and other activities. All in all, everyone agreed that we had one of the best family vacations ever and that this Airbnb was fantastic. Brian and Jane Smith

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Jades beautiful townhouse. We loved the rooftop area with all of its amenities. There is great and comfortable furniture, bed linens, extra blankets and sheets and the pretty beach towels were so much appreciated. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The decor is so tasteful and her instructions and communication were perfect!!! We cannot wait to return to Clearwater and Jades home away from home.

Our stay here was amazing. Great space, great location, great amenities. At first we weren’t sure about walking to the beach with kids, but it was very easy. The beach wagon was perfect and the kids loved the beach toys. The bikes were an added bonus to explore the neighborhood. We were able to see a stingray and dolphins right off of the patio. The pool and hot tub are a 2 minute walk and perfect size. We hope to be back soon!

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

Ashley was a fantastic host and the house was as described. The neighborhood was a little rough around the edges, but for the price we paid it worked out. It was only 12 minutes from downtown, which was nice. The house had plenty of space. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for 6 nights while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Lovely historic home! Was spacious and clean, with nice little extras in the kitchen. Perfect location.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

This is what an Airbnb should be!!!! Jimmy nailed it!!!! Very spacious, nice back yard, beautiful decor. I will keep this one on my list for future stays. Jimmy has GREAT communication. This property has easy check in!!!!

My husband and I had a great stay at the bungalow. Nice, clean and homey. The location is good for downtown and neighboring restaurants. It was nice to walk my dog with such friendly neighbors. I recommend the bungalow if your in St. Petersburg. - Gayle & Rob

We went to Tampa for a business trip, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We chose this place because of the location on the water and the kayaks. We spent almost all of our time on the water and fishing. The house was located close to everything you would possibly need, but once you were out back you forgot you were close to the city! The hosts were super responsive anytime I messaged with questions. The house was very comfortable. AC was cold. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again!

This Tampa, Florida house was so beautiful so peaceful shopping places was very close by the beautiful backyard the swimming pool very peaceful area me and my family really really enjoyed it. We were there for a Cheer competition and it went wonderful I would go back again. I am looking forward to come back and visit and visit their house again. Me and my family loved everything about it beautiful clean neat everything that you’re looking for if you’re trying to go to Tampa Florida for a vacation the hostess was very responsive and very pleasant. I enjoyed my whole day.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again should the need arise. I imagine if the weather would have been nicer we would have been able to enjoy the beautiful backyard lanai and pool but unfortunately mother nature had other plans.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Came down here for my boyfriend and I’s 2 year anniversary. We’re all the way from New Jersey, so we really needed a break from the cold and to get some sunshine! I lived down here a few years back, and it’s just as beautiful if not more. The weather is insane!! We love it! We spent most of our time at Clearwater Beach which is just an absolute blast, and definitely worth going to!! It was my favorite when I lived here years ago, and it still is. Thank you for such a wonderful, calm stay we had an incredible time◡̈

The property was clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs! (But we knew that). Beautiful top floor deck. The community is quiet and very private for being in the middle of a very busy area.

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!
