Gail was a wonderful host. We had one of our best Airbnb experiences. The property is quiet and beautiful in the countryside, which is exactly what we looked for. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and Gail also supplies breakfast ingredients.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

We had such a wonderful stay at Lynn's place. Everything we needed was there and she even accommodated one of our requests. The breakfast supplied was amazing! The inside space was very cozy and the outside space was peaceful. She was very quick in answering any questions we threw her way. All in all an amazing stay ☺️

A beautiful tranquil place to stay that had everything you needed.. They have thought of everything including breakfast.. there was homemade jam and an apple pie on arrival.. wish I couldve stayed longer but will definately recommend this place and even go back myself.. The hosts were truly welcoming and their home was amazing..

A very relaxing and quiet stay in a beautiful old country homestead with sensational views of sunsets, rain storms, early morning hot air balloons and the local wildlife, especially from the back verandah. Very convenient to all the main attractions in the Hunter Valley, especially Lovedale. Melissa is a terrific host and the house and location is perfect.

Thanks for the lovely stay and the flexible check in and check out. Most COMFORTABLE beds I’ve had in any accommodation. My son loved the kids room pac man game. Highly recommend. Beautiful fresh breakfast ingredients in the fridge and fruit on the table.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mary’s suite. Loved the ease of the location and the beautiful garden views. Mary was open and enthusiastic giving me plenty of options for sightseeing in the area. Will be coming here again!

We had a beautiful time at Allan's. The apartment was excellent and incredibly clean. It is worth noting that it is situated on a main road and the walk to the beaches and restaurants is steep but these small inconveniences are reflected in the price. Allan was an excellent host and we would happily visit again.

Sue and Brian are really good hosts! They have a beautiful well-equipped and comfortable studio. The space was spotless and there were extremely helpful instructions everywhere. I enjoyed my stay at their studio. Also, I liked the location - close to the local beach and to the town center. Sue was very responsive and her check-in instructions were super clear and helpful. Her local recommendations were also very handy and useful. I loved her place and highly recommend it to others!

We loved our stay and would come back. The accommodation is just like the photos, it's clean, beds are comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay in the well equipped kitchen. The floor to celing windows allow you to really enjoy the stunning view. There were lots of thoughtful touches like cereal for breakfast, pantry essentials, moisturiser and hair products in the bathroom, and plenty of washing products in the kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the views. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but the ceiling fans made it cool and pleasant to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage. The location was fantastic – just a short walk to shops, the station, ferry, and all the local amenities. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful touches like the breakfast basket, snacks, and milk were so appreciated. The space was cozy and comfortable, and we especially loved the peaceful garden – such a lovely spot to relax. A truly delightful place to stay!

Fabulous stay! Cannot recommend staying at Parkway enough! From the location to the beautifully appointed apartment. It exceeded our expectations and we will most certainly be returning. Perfect place to unwind and spend a weekend.

Fantastic stay. Great value and we loved the location, perfect spot to get between both fingal and shoal bay. Everything was immaculate, comfortable bedding and spacious bathroom. Would definitely stay again when we are back at the bay.

Rob’s place is perfect for someone who’s looking for a tranquil and quiet home off-the-grid. If you want to go on an online detox, this is the place to be. There is no reception inside the house but a few steps from it, you could acccess Rob’s wifi if you need it urgently. The surroundings and the whole farm is fantastic, you wake up to kangaroos and hares running around everywhere. My husband even had a run around the property and it was nice. The couple were very helpful to us and gave useful local recommendations on where to go. The interiors of the house made us feel like we were in a different country, we loved the vibe. Recommended as an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Their attention to detail is unparalleled, with every tiny aspect thoughtfully curated to perfection. From the warm hospitality to the beautifully designed space, you can feel the love and care woven into every moment of the experience. The room was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious – a true highlight that felt like the icing on the cake. We are already looking forward to our next visit! The stay was cosy and breakfast was provided. The bacon and eggs were delicious and much appreciated for the long Easter weekend, as most restaurants were closed or booked out. The dogs, Molly and Sam, are adorable and would visit the studio whenever they smelled bacon. Sam in particular was a rascal who could slide open the screen door for attention, but it was good fun. Beautiful place with so many details to make you feel right at home. Great local breakkie including farm eggs, local bacon, organic granola, biscuits, milk, spreads, coffee tea and a bottle of wine with chocolates. I love when hosts go the extra mile to make your stay special. Beds very comfy, each room had its own private ensuite bathroom. Surroundings are very peaceful. Only con is that the place has no internet reception. Host advised this in advance, but is worth noting. Great stay!

Staying at the Tumbi Tiny was an absolute delight! Nestled in the serene forests surrounding Newcastle, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The cabin itself was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort while embracing the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of leaves felt truly magical, and the outdoor seating area provided stunning views of the forest. Fiona and Dean were incredibly welcoming, offering detailed recommendations for nearby hiking trails and local attractions. Our children had an amazing time Fiona even let them collect eggs from the chicken coop and provided plenty of games to keep them entertained. We had initially planned to visit the beaches, but staying at the Tumbi Tiny was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go anywhere else! This stay was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a
