Amazing host and a truly wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. For the first time ever using Airbnb, the kitchen was fully equipped — a real bonus! Thank you for the warm hospitality. We hope to stay again on one of our future trips to the Czech Republic!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, modernen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Platz und Gemütlichkeit. Alles sieht aus, wie auf den Fotos. Besonders toll waren die Sauna, der Naturbadeteich und der Whirlpool. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt - Feuerholz, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Geschirr standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Für Kinder gibt es ein sehr schön ausgestattetes Spielzimmer. Michal hat uns freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet und uns alles über das Haus erklärt. Für eine Reise als große Familie oder Gruppe ist dieses Haus perfekt geeignet, da es genug Platz für gemeinsame Zeit, aber auch ausreichend Privatsphäre bietet. Als Wanderausflug können wir besonders das Felsenlabyrinth empfehlen.

Amazing place surrounded by nature. It's the perfect place for a getaway from a big city. there was lots to do. the grill and the fireplace makes it a magical experience. there is a hot tub as well. all amenities listed were present. as a plus libor also gave us a gift on him. he's a great guy and always helped us when we needed it (called us a taxi when checking out because people here only speak czech). absolutely great stay, this cabin is a definite must visit. 100% will recommend to anyone chrcking this place out. don't miss on it.

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

Es war rundum perfekt!! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, modern und für Familien mit Kindern ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Hälfte unseres Gepäcks haben wir nicht benötigt, weil auch Sachen wie Flaschenwärmer, Lätzchen, Töpfchen etc. da waren. Taschentücher in jedem Zimmer - gerade bei Kleinkindern super. Jana hat uns sogar einen selbst gebackenen Strudel vorbereitet. Ein Spielparadies für Kinder und für Eltern eine super entspannte Zeit. Der Garten ist Klasse und für kältere Tage wird auch Holz für den Kamin bereit gestellt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank für den wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! 🫶

A estadia era ótima, muito acolhedora, ideal para uma familia, e o self check-in ajuda muito para pessoas como nós que vêm de longe e não têm hora de chegada prevista. Um sitio maravilhoso, parece tirando de um filme, muita paz, uma zona super tranquila, uma paisagem linda e para quem vier com a ideia inicial de conhecer a capital como nós, não se vai arrepender de alugar nesta zona porque também é muito bonita.

Mimo mroźnej pogody w Polanicy są możliwości świetnego spędzenia czasu. Dom posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia, gry i książki dodatkowo dały nam chwilę wytchnienia. Polecam bardzo to miejsce, blisko do każdej atrakcji

Skvělé ubytování, které jsme si pronajali během Velikonoc 2025. Dům byl krásně čistý, plně vybavený nádobím na vaření, s grilem a pohodlným venkovním posezením, ideálním na společné večery. Jediné, co nám trochu chybělo, bylo mýdlo na ruce v koupelně – je trochu zvláštní, že hosté musí myslet i na takové drobnosti. I přesto jsme si pobyt moc užili a rozhodně můžeme toto ubytování doporučit dál! Děkujeme!

Krásné ubytování ve velmi hezké "poloroubence". V kuchyni bylo snad vše, co bylo potřeba. Jen větší hrnec na vaření by přišel vhod, ale dva menší hrnce to vynahradily. Pobyt jsme si opravdu užili. Rádi se do této chalupy v budoucnu vrátíme.

Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer gesundheitlichen Notlage mussten wir schnell nach Deutschland. Die relativ kurze Entfernung nach Zittau war unsere Rettung. Zum Glück! Leider konnten wir deshalb nicht all unsere geplanten Trips wahrnehmen, aber die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele liegen in der Nähe. Perfekt für all jene, die am Tag nicht so viele Kilometer fahren wollen. Auch die Nähe zu Nová Paka war optimal zum Einkaufen. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Hauses verlief total unkompliziert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um alles nochmal gesund und fit erleben zu können.

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

Bardzo udany pobyt, duży i wygodny dom z wielkim ogrodem, tarasem i innymi ugodnieniami. Brak zabudowań w zasięgu wzroku, bardzo duża prywatność. Kilka minut od domku znajduje się wejscie do parku krajobrazowego. Z przyjemnością wrócimy :)

Ubytování bylo jedním slovem nádherné. Všude čisto a útulno. Pro skupinu či velkou rodinu opravdu úžasné. U každého pokoje sociální zařízení. Krásná krajina kolem, ski areál pro lyžaře jen 2 km daleko, možno využít skibus, který staví kousek od chalupy.

Dom je perfektny! Vsetko co potrebujete je k dispozici. Kvalitne zariadanie aj spotrebice. Minimalisticky zariadane, ale ihned mate pocit domova. Pekny vyhlad z obyvacky. Udrziavana zahrada s grilom a terasou. Jana je velmi mila a proaktivna pri komunikacii. Vhodne aj pre rodiny s detmi. Velmi odporucame! Dakujeme za pobyt!

Wir waren im April für einen Wanderurlaub dort. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll, direkt am Wald mit Blick auf die Felsen. Die Highlights der Region wie Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer Felsenstadt, Burgruine Bischofstein sind fußläufig erreichbar man braucht das Auto praktisch nicht. Für Winterurlauber interessant: Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Im Ort mehrere gute Restaurants welche auch schon in der Vorostersaison geöffnet hatten. Kleine Lebensmittelläden auch vor Ort. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig, die Betten sind bequem. Grosser schöner Kamin, Holz wurde vom Vermieter ausreichend bereitgelegt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps. Es wäre schön, wenn in den Küchen- und Badezimmerschränken etwas mehr Platz gewesen wäre um eigene Utensilien unterzubringen, die waren doch recht vollgestellt. Sanitäreinrichtungen waren zwar alle funktionstüchtig, könnten aber mal erneuert werden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! We had a truly amazing time. The Airbnb was spotless, well equipped and we found everything we needed. Milan and L. were super helpful and communicative while also respecting our privacy. We had a wonderful breakfast out on the small terrace and thanks to the rual location we never heard any car or other noise, except nature itself. The village itself is quite small but within a 5-10min drive to the neighbouring town, we found all that we needed (Supermarkets, Restaurants, etc.). All in all a really nice and cozy place to stay! :) ♡

התארחנו בבית של פאבל וסימונה, זו הייתה חוויית הRBNB הכי טובה שהייתה לנו מכל המקומות שהיינו בהם עד כה. הבעלים של המקום היה מקסים, קיבל אותנו לאירוח למרות שהגענו קצת לפני השעה שנקבעה. הבית היה מהמם ביופיו – בית גדול, 3 חדרי שינה, סלון וגינה. הבית היה מאובזר בכל דבר עד הפרט הכי קטן- החל ממצרכים לבישול (תבלינים, שמן, סוכר, קפסולות קפה וכו'), כלי בישול מכל הסוגים, נייר טואלט ואפילו קרמים סבונים וכל דבר שאפשר לחשוב עליו. גם האבזור לילדים היה מושלם- חיכה לנו בחדר הילדים סיר עם חבילת מגבונים, חלוקי רחצה לילדים, משחת החתלה, חיתולים, פשוט הכל. הבית מרווח מאוד, גדול ומאוד כפרי וחדשני בעיצוב שלו, רואים שהשקיעו מחשבה בכל פרט ופרט. הילדים שלנו לא רצו לעזוב וביקשו להישאר לגור שם מרוב שהיה להם כיף. רמת ניקיון- מושלם ובכלל, אין שום ביקורת שלילית על מקום האירוח והמארחים. בחצר הבית יש מרפסת ודשא, מקום להדלקת מדורה, חניה פרטית, חימום רצפתי, אח גדול במרכז הסלון. אם נחזור לטייל באזור ללא ספק נרצה להתארח שם שוב ממליצות מאוד

I spent a great time in this cozy place. The allotted block had everything you needed: hot water, good bed, kitchen and bathroom with needed domestic appliances and autonomous heating. In the town center, which is a 15-20 minute walk away, there is a shopping center and a supermarket where you can buy most of the necessary things. Also, comfortable buses run from Prague and back every day if you use public transport. Visitors should understand that this isn’t a Hilton hotel, but a cozy place where you can live comfortably and have a good time in a new city. The owner and the people who look after the estate are very kind and caring. It was a pleasure to interact with them throughout my stay. The speed of communication were also on top. It was my first experience with Airbnb and I'm glad I chose this place. Thanks Zenka.

한적하고 평화로운 시골 마을에서 편안하게 쉬었습니다 아침에는 새소리를 들으며 일어날수 있습니다 난방은 난로를 이용하지만 충분히 따뜻합니다 하루만 머무른게 아쉽습니다 잘 쉬다 갑니다

We had a wonderful stay here. The space is absolutely beautiful, down to the smallest details (the decoration, mugs, bedding) - we felt right at home. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee in the dining room that looks out to the forest, the perfect place for relaxation. We will absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s place. We traveled as two families (7 people total), and from the moment we arrived, Simona went above and beyond to ensure we knew how everything worked—sauna, coffee machine, washing machine, and more. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and her kindness and proactive approach really stood out. She was always available if we had any questions, and she even left us some delicious cookies as a welcome treat. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the house matches the photos perfectly. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend Simona’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Für uns als Paar war es genau richtig von der Größe her, noch dazu hatten wir das kleine Kinderzimmer als separates Zimmer. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, aber fein! Es ist wirklich sehr frisch renoviert und in äußerst gutem Zustand und wundervoll hell. Es bräuchte noch einen besseren Kochherd und einen kleinen Backofen und vielleicht einen etwas geräumigen höheren Küchenschrank für das Geschirr...und für mehr Gäste einen größeren Küchentisch. Das der Zugang der Wohnung über eine Treppe vom Eingangsflur nur durch einen Vohang getrennt wird und dadurch ein Recht offenes Gefühl entsteht, wenn man am Tisch sitzt und unten Jemand reinkommt, ist vielleicht nicht Jedermenschs Sache. Tür zum Wohnzimmer ist dann verschließbar. Dieses Detail könnte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung vielleicht deutlicher beschrieben werden. Klara und ihr Mann sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit
