Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Hoya de Buñol

La casa es ideal para ir a pasar unos días de desconexión, se respira mucha tranquilidad. Está muy limpia por dentro, y bien cuidada. Tiene una zona exterior con Barbacoa grande que te permite disfrutar del aire libre. Tal vez hace falta un poco de menaje - utensilios para la Barbacoa, pero no es algo que te impida realizarla sin problemas. Gareth es un anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lugar recomendado.

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

Fuimos a pasar un finde y hemos estado super bien, Jesús en todo momento muy atento y nos indicó tanto cómo llegar como todas las recomendaciones que podíamos hacer. En cuanto a la casa, hemos sido 15 y hemos cabido todos sin problema, una casa muy amplia y una terraza espectacular. La recomendamos mucho para una escapada y desconectar con familia o amigos.

he pasado unos días de semana santa y todo fue genial sitio maravilloso y la casa ideal para ir con perritos. rodeado de muchas rutas para hacer senderismo. y a 5 minutos del río bolbaite. nos recibieron con una caja de bombones y unos premios para nuestros perritos. y eso se agradece muchísimo. muchas gracias por todo bolveremos.

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

Ruime en verzorgde villa in een rustige buurt, doch goed gelegen voor uitstapjes. De villa is praktisch ingedeeld, elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer (wel niet aansluitend, maar stoort niet), superhandig. De keuken is voorzien van bijna alle benodigdheden. Tip: aankopen dunschiller, snijplank en onderleggers voor warme potten/pannen. Het zwembad was bij ons nog te koud, maar de jacuzzi maakte dit goed. Mooi uitzicht vanop het terras en de jacuzzi. Er werd een kinderbedje voorzien, en er zijn ook tal van (buiten)spelletjes voor de kinderen. Je merkt dat het huis wel goed en veel gebruikt wordt, bijvoorbeeld aan de muren en dergelijke, maar het huis is proper. De host antwoordt snel op vragen, pluspunt. Wij raden het huis aan!

We really enjoyed our stay with Sander and lucie. the accommodation was clean and the interior gave us an instant holiday vibe. Their swimming pool is huge, and we loved the fact that it’s all natural water. There were a lot of cute places the relax around the swimming pool and the around the accommodation itself. We did quite some hiking in the area, like “ruta del agua” and “rio fraille” (both recommended!) but there are also enough cute villages to visit in the area. Last but not least, Sander and Lucie were very friendly hosts.

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location was perfect, a little away from the heavily touristed city center, but still plenty to do and easy to get to the old city center. Our hosts were always available and helpful. The space is “cozy” but the outdoor terrace is a real bonus, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. If you come here by car, I would suggest pre-paying for your parking through the Parkimeter website in the underground lot the hosts suggest. Free on street parking may be available, but in our experience availability is limited. You pretty much have to get a spot immediately when someone vacates it. Also, for you older folks (I’m 75 and reasonably mobile), there is one elevator in the building that takes you to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th(as the listing clearly explains). One night we got home from dinner and the elevator was out of order. It happens, but that was a long walk up for these old legs. We recommend Sandin’s place.

Nos alojamos en familia, dos bebés (2 años y 7 meses) y una mascota pequeña. El alojamiento era tal cual en la descripción, fue fácil llegar, el anfitrión era muy amable y tenía buena disposición. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, dormimos genial, estaba muy bien equipado. Hacía algo de calor pero con el ventilador de la habitación matrimonial estuvimos fresquitos y el aire acondicionado del salón/cocina. Nos pusieron una cuna con todo lo necesario para nuestro bebé, se agradece mucho.

We zijn uiteindelijk 3 weken in het appartement gebleven en het was fantastisch! Het biedt alle goede voorzieningen en vanwege het prachtige weer hebben we veel gebruik gemaakt van het terras en zwembad (vaak voor ons alleen). Ook het uitzicht vanaf het terras op de bergen is prachtig! De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden van prachtige wandelingen in de bergen tot even lekker shoppen in de Mall, terrasjes in Denia, Gandia, Calpe en Altea én niet te vergeten lekker lopen naar het strand. Helaas komt aan alles een einde, maar als het had gekund bleven we nog langer. We komen heel graag terug, dank voor alles! Hans, Stephanie & Lizzy🐾

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s apartment! The flat is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you might need. It’s perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. Eva is a fantastic host—extremely kind, helpful, and always available. An incredible place to stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

Magnífivo alojamiento. En nuestro caso fuimos 3 parejas con 2 perros. La parcela muy grande para poder dar una vuelta. Las camas muy cómodas y el salón muy amplio para poder pasar un buen rato con los amigos. El único pequeño "inconveniente" es la falta de luz en la zona de barbacoa, pero es algo que están solucionando.

Wij (gezin met 2 zoons van 14 en 16 jaar) verbleven eind april 2025 3 nachten in deze bijzondere accommodatie. Over het algemeen hebben Nederlanders denk ik een tamelijk hoge standaard. Het is misschien iets meer back to basic qua comfort van bijvoorbeeld de meubels/bedden. De tuin daarentegen is fantastisch, we hebben erg genoten van de jacuzzi, de barbecue en de verschillende zitjes met feeërieke verlichting in de avond (eind april was het zwembad nog te koud). Olie, azijn, zout, peper, kruiden etc allemaal aanwezig, heel fijn. In de directe omgeving is eigenlijk niets bijzonders te doen, het speelt zich toch meer aan de kust af (45 minuten rijden). Zelf vond ik dat heerlijk voor die paar dagen na een kleine week Valencia, maar het is wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Boodschappen doen is hét uitje ;-). Julie is een erg warm persoon en zeer goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam!

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: acogedora, limpia, con una decoración preciosa y todo lo necesario para disfrutar. El entorno es ideal para desconectar y el jardín con barbacoa y piscina fue un plus. El anfitrión muy atento. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

We hebben heerlijke kerstdagen gehad in jullie fijne huis. Alle 3 de kinderen hadden eigen kamers en vermaakte zich prima met de onwijs leuke boomhut en trampoline. De ligging van het huis ideaal! Privé en super rustig met op nog geen 3 minuten rijden supermarkten en winkeltjes en de boulevard en het strand is nog geen 6 minuten rijden. We komen graag terug!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
