The delightful interior provides a relaxed space of considerable character which has been beautifully and lovingly furnished providing the ideal getaway for pleasure. Trifold doors in garden room lead out onto a large deck with outside furniture and steps to the secluded garden surrounded by trees with sunken seating area. Further down is a fenced pond and a separate games room.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

There are 2 pubs, a village shop / post office, butcher's and the famous Hook Norton Brewery. This is an ideal base for visiting the beautiful Cotswolds, Statford-on- Avon (21 miles), Blenheim Palace (15 miles) and Oxford (25 miles). Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choice with many a country pub to aim for!

Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.
