This place was perfect for a family vacation. The house: It was amazing. We loved the space. Everyone had a room with their own bathroom, all with amazing views. The house and especially the kitchen had every ammenity you might need. There was also a bbq, beach gear, and laundry. It was quiet and private. Cristopher was also very quick to respond to any questions. There is a steep driveway, but we were able to make just fine in standard rental cars. We loved just sitting out at night listening to all of the frogs. The location: For us, it was great. It is upcountry, so you do need to drive places, but it is 3 min from Akaka falls and about half an hour to Hilo and nice beaches. Honomu is close by and is a small quiet town with a few shops and resturants. If you don't mind exploring and getting a little muddy, there is even a small waterfall and pool that you can walk to from the house. We easily could have spent our entire vacation here and we'd love to come back some day!

We really enjoyed our time in Hilo. Richard's house was a great space for our family. Definitely a chill, summer house vibe. It had everything we needed, and the view out the picture windows was stunning. We loved the huge tree in the front yard. We spent a lot of time at Richardson Beach. Snorkeling was really great. We would love to return.

The owners and the property manager were incredibly friendly and responsive, providing us with everything we needed to ensure our stay was seamless. From the luxurious amenities to the stunning surroundings, it was an experience we’ll never forget. This is the place to stay if you want to feel more like a local and less like a tourist. Absolutely beautiful location, wonderful host and close to great restaurants in Pahoa. The property itself also had beautiful trails to walk with steam vents on site, truly a tropical paradise. Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful and her pup was great at public relations! Will definitely come back if we get a chance!

we loved our stay, Matt and Rose's place was the perfect getaway for our 'Baby-moon'. the space is so peaceful and so much more beautiful than the pictures let on. we loved it here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. we would stay again in a heartbeat. thanks so much Matt and Rose!

We had a great stay here in Waimea! In fact, we thought the place was better than the photos. Perfect for our little family of 4 with two toddlers. Our girls loved the toys and the chickens that they could spot from the back porch. Really nice cozy place and would definitely recommend.

We felt like home. Adrianne was proactive in her communication and quick to respond. There were notes inside the house to ensure the guest uses the facilities correctly, I am ok with it. All the items shown in photos matches with what we got. It would be good, if part of the garage will be allowed to use by the guest. If I get a change, we will book it again and will recommend to friends.

Mahalo for everything. I felt at home with Delia & Kim from the very beginning. Their loving nature and the effort they put into everything is extraordinary. I'll never forget the Big Island for several reasons, and staying with Delia and her family is definitely one of them. The location is worth its weight in gold for anyone seeking peace and quiet. My family and I had an amazing time. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spacious living room and outdoor lounging areas. Wayne is very communicative and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were really lucky to have found this winner of an Airbnb and host.

Diane's cabin was a very peaceful place to stay. She was very responsive and flexible. Diane was even kind enough to assist me in coordinating to receive time-sensitive mail while staying at her cabin. The place was clean and organized. You can tell that much thought was put into the layout and where things were placed/organized around the cabin. I would definitely stay at Diane's cabin again.

Enchanted Volcano Forest Escape 3BDRM Rental House

Lucky to grab this location for a few days. Accommodations were great for three parties of folks. Especially great one couple could bring their dog. Unfortunately, we missed the volcano eruptions, which started the day we checked out for home. They seemed to have everything you might need and super cozy, including the reclining couch sections were comfortable enough to sleep in!!

I had a most wonderful stay in the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities provided, above and beyond my expectations. It was so lovely to have coffee, tea and water provided. James and Mila were great hosts and communicated well, I highly recommend this stay!
