We stayed with our family of six including our two small kids 3 and 5 and the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The gem is definitely the large balcony that overlooks the ocean. The pool was visible if you peeked over the side of the balcony. The master bedroom was large and the second bedroom was a bit smaller than I thought but comfortable as well. If you want to be in the heart of Waikiki with a little bit of privacy and amazing ocean views I would definitely recommend this location. It was very convenient to be able to just walk across the street to go to the beach!

Parking was easy to find And didn’t have to pay since it was free the time I was at the place. The private access to the ocean is a huge plus. Great view of Diamond head .

Tiffany's place is at a great location and is located on the 20th floor with amazing views from the balcony. Most importantly for our group, we were looking for assigned parking and her place has assigned parking at an additional cost of $20/day. Note - you'll have send an e-transfer to Tiffany outside of Airbnb services. Tiffany provided easy to follow instructions for both payment and the assigned parking in the same building and we had no issues during the duration of our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tiffany's place to stay!

Carla's place was in the most perfect location! The beach, shopping and so many great restaurants. There was so much to do and all in walking distance. we had a little issue getting locked out of our apartment but that was pretty quickly remedied as it was during daytime hours and maintenance changed the exterior door handle. The bathroom was a little dirty upon arrival. Hair in the shower, etc. Snorkel gear was very dirty and unusable but we really appreciate all the other beach gear that was provided (towels chairs etc). It was nice to have the amenities. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Second time staying at this condo and it was just as fabulous as the first, amazing location, great amenities, beautiful ocean view and wonderful hosts, Will definitely book here again.

Martin’s apartment was clean and has one of the best views of Waikiki. He was very responsive and was kind in accommodating us with a late check-out, as we had a mid-afternoon flight home. Would definitely recommend the stay to future guests.

Barbara was an excellent host & always so responsive. Her home is beautiful & in a perfect walkable location! We would definitely recommend booking this penthouse! Next time we visit Honolulu this is our new place!!

Before I even arrived, I was in contact with Jimmy. He helped me decide if a car would be needed and even provided parking if I did, but the location was literally one block from Waikiki Beach! You could see even see Diamond Head from the balcony! Such a huge luxury! There was plenty of space to put our belongings for our 8 day stay, and we fully took advantage to make some home cooked meals using the equipment that was provided with the unit, but he unit was also so close to everything that Waikiki had to offer. There were great shops, convenience stores, restaurants, even food trucks in the alley right outside of the parking gate. You could see that Jimmy had a well laid out game plan for his guests, to anticipate what their need might be. For example, he had items such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, a wagon, and even boogie boards that you could take to the beach! I hope to return to Waikiki very soon, and hopefully this unit is available again when we come back!

We loved staying at William's place and it felt like home especially after a busy day! Very comfortable, had everything we needed (and then some) and located in such an excellent area - close to shopping, restaurants, beach (and of course the rainbows) but away from the noise of Waikiki streets. William was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay there again if we got a chance to come back.

Very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay on Oahu. I highly recommend this place for your visit to the island!

Stayed here with the primary objective of being able to walk to the Convention Center for a conference each morning. It was a 12-15 min walk to the Convention Center through a shaded promenade beside a river, which was perfect for me. The apartment/condo is slightly smaller than what I perceived from the pictures, but met all of our basic needs for 2 people. Air conditioning was a must even in April and this unit had AC and a fan which was great. Appreciated the option to rent a vehicle through this listing. Very tight, but dedicated parking underneath the building which was very convenient. Bathroom was small but met all basic needs. Host provided little extras that are always appreciated including a functional kitchen with paper towels and aluminum foil, ziplock bags, water filter in the fridge, bath and beach towels, sunscreen. There is an ABC convenient store within a 5min walk, which was great for any quick needs. It is a ~20-30min walk to the main shopping/restaurant district.

BEST view for the price point only 1 block from Waikiki Beach! It was nice to have a private balcony overlooking Diamondhead AND watching the waves with no other building in front to block the pretty view! We enjoyed the colorful song birds who came to visit on the balcony as well. A/C blew cold! Comfy linens. Umbrella and chairs were nice to have! Will be back if in the area :)

My husband, cat, and I needed a peaceful sanctuary during a stressful time in our life. We were moving off Oahu after staying here for four years. We needed a place to stay after moving out of our home while we coordinated shipping everything off island. This is a great location and the guides that Gidget provides are informative. It was such a beautiful place with very thoughtful decorative touches. The printer was very helpful for us, as I was working remotely. If we couldn’t find nearby street parking we would pay for King Kalakaua plaza which is now run by the hotel adjacent to it and is valet parking only, which had excellent service. Gidget was very responsive to my questions before booking and throughout our stay. We’ll remember this stay fondly, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

The building (interior and exterior) are a little dated, and could use a refresh. BUT the location is amazing and the view is stunning. We arrived on a there was an annual parade - we had no idea, but there was so much traffic and road closures making it a little hectic getting to the building - but I managed to run out to speak with one of the attendants, and he came and helped us through the traffic to park. From then on, it everything was a breeze. Check in was easy, car valet, they brought up all of our luggage. We got to see the fireworks that evening that was part of the parade celebration from our balcony. The private walkway to the beach was amazing from the hotel and we felt comfortable letting our kids go back and forth on their own. Eating breakfast on the balcony with the amazing views was one of our favourite things. The location is amazing to be able to just walk to the beach in a minute or two, and anything you need is walkable.

We were first time visitors to Hawaii. I enjoyed this location as it was a little bit on the end of the really crazy busy area of Waikiki strip, especially if you’re driving a rental car! Back lane is busy and parkade down below is small as they do say use caution. I enjoyed the extras such as the laundry detergent, coffee and and tea. My only complaint is the table on the patio is a little high which was not the most comfortable for sitting outside/ getting up and down (vertically challenged). We did go on rooftop patio which was quite nice. Thank you!

Terrific location on the beach at Waikiki. Easy walk to sunbathing, water activities, great food and shopping. Check in was seamless, parking easily accessible across the street. Condo was as described except for couch is an L shaped sectional without a pullout bed. We made it work for our daughter with sheets on the cushions, but this could be an issue for some travelers. View from the balcony is spectacular, and it is front row for Friday night fireworks! All in all, a lovely week away from mainland reality.

I have stayed in countless airbnbs, and this is one of my favorite experiences. The hosts are communicative, thoughtful, generous, and kind. The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy. In the heart of the city, I felt completely peaceful and secluded. The bed/pillows/sheets are also like a cloud. All of Wakiki is walkable and it’s a quick drive to all of the incredible beaches and hikes on the east side of Oahu. The elevator situation can be frustrating but that’s completely expected in a building with 40 floors in a city full of tourists. So much love for this place!!

Ashlee is responsive and helpful from booking through the stay. everything was great just like all other reviews mentioned! The apartment was welcoming and clean. walkable distance from everything you need, including the quick 3 mins walk to the beach. we loved having access to a parking garage. the assigned parking was easy to get in and out of, and fits our SUV (a GMC Acadia) easily.

Ann’s place was perfect for my group of 6. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable trip. The location is amazing as it is minutes from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location; coffee shop in building which was open early. Food trucks across the street. Walkable to great restaurants. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and provided the best views of Waikiki. Would highly recommend.

This unit was perfect for our needs! The location alone makes this place five stars. It’s right off the main strip of Waikiki beach so a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The space in the unit was equally as convenient for our family. The den with a sliding door off the primary bedroom was perfect for our infant away from everything else with still enough room for another person. The building was very safe and secure, requiring a fob to enter any part of the building and to any of the floors. The attached free parking garage was a great amenity, however, it is TIGHT to maneuver. We had a van and it was a challenge as the garage is not large, so if you have a larger vehicle just be prepared for a squeeze and some careful turning. The check in instructions were very clear and made check in a breeze, and check out procedures were the easiest of any place I’ve stayed. We would’ve loved to stay longer, & should we return to the area I would absolutely rebook this property!

Cozy airbnb right in the middle of Waikiki! Great location and steps to the beach! Ann was super accommodating and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Would stay here again. :)
