We had an INCREDIBLE stay! The view was wonderful. We loved that the home was accessible to all the locations we were visiting, while feeling secluded and private. Property was amazing. We would definitely come back! Can’t recommend this stay enough!

Just go!! You won’t be disappointed. I stay in a lot of Airbnb’s and this one has it all ….the details the owners have put into this amazing home can’t be overlooked and the amenities and the outdoor space to hang in a hammock, hot tub sit in the saloon or play corn hole .. the list goes on. We will be back!!

This is a gem of a place in a very private and quiet location. We especially loved watching sunrises and sunsets over the desert. Stargazing from the hot tub was another standout experience. Elena was a thoughtful and responsive host, and the place was very clean and well set up (with thoughtful extra touches like spare toiletries, useful when I needed some extra toothpaste!).

Really appreciated how well-designed and cozy the space was. It had everything as described and you can tell the hosts are really thoughtful. If you want to be a bit out of the main area and have a peaceful few days, this is the perfect home base.

Anthony was very quick to rrspond to a couple of questions and the place was comfortable. Also great place for the pups.

This little place in the desert was great for us and our doggo. The place was great, felt very homey on the inside and had amazing night skies. The place was very quiet, you hear the occasional car on the road or neighbors doing something, but nothing that would cause any disturbance. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

We really enjoyed staying here as a little weekend getaway! It was the perfect spot that feels incredibly private and offers so many things to do, including the cowboy pool, bonfire, hot tub, and hammock. Loved all of the sitting areas in and outside of the home. We even cooked dinner one of the nights we stayed and there were plenty of cooking utensils/spices/supplies to help us make it extra special! The hosts are incredibly responsive as well, so anytime we had a question, we would receive a reply within a few minutes. Only note: There is only one bathroom and it is connected to the primary bedroom. This was completely fine for us, as it was only my partner and I staying here. However, if you were to have 3 or more people staying in this home, someone may have to walk through another’s bedroom to get to the bathroom. Again, overall such a nice spot & they really do leave you with everything you need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, private getaway!

They thought of everything! Went out with my boyfriend for a peaceful secluded vacation and was not disappointed. Super romantic and lovely. Ultimate beautiful escape! Definitely for those who enjoy an early morning cos the eastern windows have no curtains but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Would love to go stay there again soon! Thanks, Jenn!

It was our first time in the desert and we absolutely loved the house and surrounding scenery. Waking up and opening the curtains to the beautiful desert was worth everything. We went to Pappi and Harriet’s for a show and had no problem getting g taxi service, just as long as you reiterate the directions from the hosts. The Sugar Mountain trail head is incredibly convenient, moderately easy, and gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything!!

Everything was Perfect! The enclosed yard was great for our dogs. No TV helped me and the wife bond better by playing the board games and listening to music on the Bluetooth speakers. It was a bit windy so we opened the windows to feel that fresh, clean air. They were both quick with answers to questions I had. Look forward to staying here again as well as the ranch!

We hebben echt een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Wat een leuk huisje en wat heerlijk om zo afgelegen met alle privacy te verblijven. Mooie grote buitenruimte, waar we heerlijk hebben gebbqd. Het huisje is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Overal is aan gedacht. We zaten savonds lekker naast het huisje om te genieten van een drankje, de stille omgeving en echt de perfecte plek om sterren te spotten! Ook binnen is het huisje top. Leuk ingericht, de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, ruime badkamer, leuke zitjes in de woonkamer. Echt een aanrader! We hebben zelfs nog wat wild life gespot: een ratelslang op de veranda! Spannend! De lokale slangenvanger kwam meteen! Leuk avontuur.

This home is like walking into a lived in serene atmosphere. It’s well loved by the owners with all the details in theme throughout, lovely decor and homey. We loved spinning discs and chillin out on the big sectional. Our bed was comfy and the blackout shades were a nice touch. It was perfect for our goal to see no one and not be bothered by neighbors. It’s VERY remote. View of the Marine Corps base was pretty epic.

The inside and the outside of the owl's nest is beautiful, cohesive and comfortable. There were expansive windows, mountains, quails, road runners, coyotes, rabbits, comfortable seating, wiews and sun at every angle. The bedroom was dark enough to sleep in and rest gently. One of the best experiences we've had staying elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Holly's place. The property is large therefore you have plenty of peace and quiet. The property is very private and comfortable. We were able to walk to Pioneertown to grab a bite to eat. The home is very spacious and clean. The backyard with the jacuzzi is very relaxing. If you want to get away and get some rest this is definitely the property to rent. We would definitely be returning to this property.

One of the most peaceful and beautiful airbnb's out in the desert. The indoor/outdoor feel when the door was raised really added to the magic. Loved all the fire fireplaces and being able to play music so easily. Really private and gorgeous views sitting outside by the fire pit. Loved the overall feel of the place.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, exactly as described, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s also really close to Joshua Tree National Park, which made exploring super convenient. The hosts were amazing—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We only stayed for one night - which wasn’t enough! We loved this house. It was extremely clean, yet cozy. It was also the perfect balance of privacy without feel too “in the middle of nowhere”. Amazing views of the mountains and joshua trees. We used the outdoor lounge chairs to stargaze, which is always so magical in the desert. Would definitely recommend!

Okay- Jill might be one of the kindest soul on earth- First of all - she’s bounds to make you smile from the moment of booking - to the check in instructions. Her way with words gets you excited to be there while giggling! Secondly, due to an emergency death in my family, I could not show up for the trip, i understand that it’s a loss on my end and that just happens in life. However Jill reached out to offer her best wishes and refunded cleaning fees when she totally didn’t need to. Her kindness moved my heart in a time of grief. If anything- I assure you that you’re getting a host that wants nothing but the best for you!
