Jennifer’s place in a great location, easy to walk to Main Street. Jennifer provides very clear directions and is very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and there a nice park nearby. The property to colorful and cheerful. There is need for some upkeep and repairs but nothing that impeded our stay.

Our family flew in to spend Easter with my UT son. Although we probably could have booked something closer to campus, we don't regret spending our time at Nima's place. It wasn't in the hustle and bustle of Tampa, which is just fine by us. His place was very clean, private and easy to find. The unit contained everything you'd need too- just when I thought, I wish I brought my hair dryer, I would open a cupboard and find one! My husband and daughter enjoyed the Mexican restaurant/ market across the street and brought back some delicious items. We met the managers of the units (I think that is what they called themselves) and they lent us beach towels, a chair and umbrella when we mentioned we were going to the beach. We highly recommend Nima's spot- You won't be disappointed ! great people and a great price! We will be back for sure :)

Wonderful Stay in Tampa! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ryan’s fantastic 4-level home in Tampa, and I can't say enough good things about it! The neighborhood was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of nearby parks and local shops to explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a clean and spacious home that exceeded our expectations. Each level offered ample room for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for our group. The decor was modern and inviting, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful home with stunning views of the ocean! The location was perfect, and our family loved it! We would definitely recommend this property to others! The beach chairs provided were a HUGE plus, and the host was very responsive.

We had the perfect stay, from the accommodations to the location, our families were extremely comfortable and relaxed! The host was courteous and communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We even brought our boat, which was an incredible touch and allowed us the opportunity to explore the area by water, as well as enjoy a quick walk to the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect location! Easy to walk to Bayfront Park and Payne Park for the kiddo to play. Also easy walks to Publix and Whole Foods and to Main Street for their restaurants/shops. Depending on traffic, it was quick to get to Lido Key Beach and Siesta Key Beach. The location having beach chairs, beach towels, and some sand toys was great too. We had a lovely trip and would definitely stay here again.

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

We stayed at Brannen's place while attending a conference in Tampa. The space is beautiful with plenty of room. The location is excellent - a ten minute walk to restaurants and shops and a 7 minute drive to the Tampa Riverwalk and hotels. Check in was super easy. It is quiet and private, with a parking spot if you need one. A food store is half a block away. The towels and linens were fresh and clean, and there were plenty of them. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will stay there again if I come back to Tampa!

what a beautiful condo. looks freshly remodeled with very comfy beds throught. The included private beach access with sand toys wagon and fixins for the beach! Will be closing this condo for future trips to siesta key!

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and organized as well as open and airy. Had lots of amenities and was as advertised on Airbnb. My host was VERY responsive to questions/messages. Highly recommend.

The Airbnb was in a fairly quiet area, but close enough to town. Overall amazing deal! donny was incredibly helpful and responsive

We had a pleasant stay at the Casa. it was just what we were looking for and felt very at home. It did not bother us but it may bother others so fyi... they are building townhouses a few doors down and the interstate is right behind the home. Not that we didnt hear the noises but they weren't too loud and didn't bother us at all.

The place was just as described. Extremely clean and met our needs for our trip. I felt safe while there and encountered zero issues. Would stay here again.

This was an absolute gem of an home. My daughter and her friends were able to have a wonderful sleepover for her 18th Birthday!!!

The house was very welcoming and had everything you could think of and everything you forgot! It was very close to busch gardens and to some restaurants around. It was lovely and homy. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was clean. It was a great stay.

Great location to walk to the beach! Appreciated the available beach necessities: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, etc. Updated & very clean. Inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Generally quiet location. Would stay here again!!

Slept our group of 9 (two families) perfectly. Property was exactly as described. Kitchen well equipped. Completely adequate beach gear for a day on the beach. So much within a short walk. There was some road noise from Gulf Blvd during the day. This is really my only criticism of the location. Overall, we had a great experience and Gerise was very accommodating and responsive.

Nalini is a great host—she was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of four and the accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do around Tampa. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the outside area but it’s nice to have a covered and shaded area. We would stay again if in the area.

Great spot, especially if traveling solo. Had all necessary amenities, a designated parking spot, and I did not run into issues during my stay. The host was very responsive and provided precise details to make the check in and check out process clear.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen und die Immobilie ist sehr gepflegt. Auf ein zwei kleine Probleme hat uns Lina rasch geantwortet und geholfen. Etwas schade ist, dass es keinen Esstisch hat und einfach 3 Sitzplätze an der Küchenbar. Dies ist für mehr als 3 Gäste nicht so praktisch. Wir konnten uns beim Essen jedoch arrangieren.

Exceeded our expectations in every way, they thought of everything you could possibly need from the fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, extra beach towels, fun family home activities, to a great grilling area! This home is truly beautiful and extremely comfortable, not to mention the daily Dolphin watching that play right outside the dock. The location is gorgeous! There are so many bonus rooms and space in the home that everyone has room to enjoy time together as well as a little privacy time. Diana was great, very responsive, professional, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for everything Diana!

This was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with Airbnb. The host was SO helpful, my sister missed her flight back home and the host allowed us plenty of time to stay until we figured out what we were going to do. She was so so responsive to every little issue we had and got everything corrected right away. The house was BEAUTIFUL, extra linens were provided, BACKUP extra linens... this house really had all we could have possibly needed and it was such a wonderful stay. 10/10 stay !! I would definitely recommend this stay but I really hope it's available when I come back to the Tampa area 😅 !

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect - beautiful views, quiet, and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a slow cooker to make some chili for dinner one night! There were a variety of games that kept us entertained on the one rainy day. The three bedrooms each have an attached bathroom, which was ideal for guests. The garage has an exercise area, lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc.) and bikes. The shared pool is a nice size and has plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. Our favorite was the roof top deck with the hot tub and grill. Again, there is plenty of seating and lovely views from up there. Misty and her team responded within minutes to all of our questions, before we arrived and while we were there. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Clearwater Beach!
