This home is located perfectly to explore greater Portland from beautiful parks/trials to the shopping outlets not far away. Charming, modern 2-bedroom open-concept home in Lyman, this delightful house offers a lovely escape for guests. With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, a full bathroom with washer/dryer, and a nice open concept living area, this property provides a comfortable stay. Just steps from Kennebunk Pond, you can hear the loons from the deck! Quiet, serene area but just 15 minutes to downtown Biddeford and Kennebunk, 25 mins to Kennebunkport. This season, I will be on property in a camper.

Architect-designed alpine cabin with panoramic White Mountain views, including Mount Washington Relax in the hot tub, watch the sunset over the mountains, and enjoy a peaceful forest setting close to lakes, hiking trails, and skiing. 4WD or AWD REQUIRED Nov 1st-April 15th Starting May–Fall 2026, there may occasionally be (weekday only) construction noise up the road (250ft) from neighbors building their home. Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Our Bathroom Greenhouse has a shower & a green Compostable toilet. ( changed daily) We provide bathrobes, hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

Enjoy the best of Maine without the long drive. Completely Remodeled in 2024 with private fenced yard. Beautiful views of our pond and private Eagle islands. Great fishing, kayaking, Bird Watching, Gorgeous sunsets. Many Bald Eagles frequent the pond and trees of Eagle Island. 3 kayaks and a paddle boat are onsite for guest use “Use at own risk”. Enjoy the Fire pit on cool New England nights. Close to Kennebunkport, Biddeford, Portland. 3 Security cameras in use outside the home for safety.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our Log Cabin is located in the woods on the Salmon Falls River, right next door to our family run farm. The property is located half in Sanbornville NH and half in Acton Maine. There is so much to do on the property and throughout the Lakes Region. Our Log Cabin is completely off grid, which runs fully off solar and Wi-Fi.
