The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Enjoy the best of Maine without the long drive. Completely Remodeled in 2024 with private fenced yard. Beautiful views of our pond and private Eagle islands. Great fishing, kayaking, Bird Watching, Gorgeous sunsets. Many Bald Eagles frequent the pond and trees of Eagle Island. 3 kayaks and a paddle boat are onsite for guest use “Use at own risk”. Enjoy the Fire pit on cool New England nights. Close to Kennebunkport, Biddeford, Portland. 3 Security cameras in use outside the home for safety.

The Getaway at Lake Arrowhead

The Getaway is a new space, completed in 2025 over our garage with its own entrance and private deck. Located on a quiet cove on Lake Arrowhead, you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on your deck or the deck on the water’s edge. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, walking or a morning run. Shopping at the outlets in either North Conway or Freeport is about an hour away. There are several restaurants nearby and Portland is about an hour away. Getaway and relax on the lake.

Waterhouse Family Farm Chalet

The chalet sits beside our maple woods in Southern Maine. Upstairs queen suite TV, tea/coffee nook with books and games; first-floor cozy bedroom with full bed. One full bathroom. Open concept living room with full bed pull out couch option, dining area, all-season porch with electric fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use. Multiple wedding venues, restaurants, beaches and hospitals are less than 30 minutes away. Visit our maple sugar shack just down the road!

Inside is cozy knotty pine, comfy and lived-in, with good linens on every bed. Sleeps 8. It's a camp, not a luxury rental, and the water and sandy beach are why you come.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired.
