Dom znajduje się w małej osadzie pośród lasów, na granicy działki płynie Mikowy potok. Duża ilość szlaków pieszych w okolicy, szum potoku, czyste powietrze, niebo na którym przy bezchmurnej nocy widać całą drogę mleczną, wieczorne ogniska to tylko mały ułamek tego co można u nas doświadczyć.
