This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

Timoney Lake Cottage

The cottage was built in 2017 with full Amish construction. It is located on Timoney Lake in Oakfield, ME, in the heart of Amish country. The cottage comes with a 16 foot dock with a canoe and two kayaks. Swimming is available, but silty bottom directly in front of cottage. We recommend swimming off a boat in deeper water. This cottage provides great fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and hiking. Enjoy the outdoors with all of the amenities of home! We are 100% pet friendly!

Walk-out apt with kitchen

The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

This is a prefect peaceful getaway for you & your family. Just a few feet from the lake! You can enjoy fishing, swimming, camp fire, and watching the ducks and loons!! Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
